The jet stream side need a lot of improvement. The roller side is the way to go. The staff is very friendly too.. all machineries are fully operational

Hose was electrical taped instead of fixed, so water was going every where, so I lost my $10 in the machine and left there soaking wet down to the bone. Never got to finish washing my truck.

The vacuums are horrible and the self care wash doesn't even get the dirt off. Waste of time and money

The first time I went to use the automated wash on mlk, it took my money and I didn't get a wash. I went to the 1 on hollywood rd today and went thru the laser wash and my car wasn't wash all the way. I won't be using Blue Marlin again.

The worst automatic car wash I’ve EVER been to !!! Cost $12 for the deluxe wash all it did was spray the tiniest bit of soap on my truck and spay water everywhere! Then the so called protection spray lasted maybe at the most 2 seconds ( not even long enough for me to pull forward) and the dryer only lasted 10 seconds!! Worst car wash ever!!!

Nice car wash with automated wash, manual/DIY wash and vacuums for cleaning interior. Accepts credit cards and paper currency at each stall, eliminating the need to leave your vehicle unattended while searching for a change machine or waiting in line for change on busier days. Every stall has a high roofline/entrance for washing tall vehicles such as RV's with AC's on roofs or large trucks/boats, as well as the various spray hoses that extend from pivotal ceiling connectors that are designed to not get intertwined with one another which in turn saves time from having to untangle supply hoses from one another, which always seems to occur at other car washes when washing a large RV which limit your access and ability to untangle supply hoses without having to get on the roof of the RV, which takes a large amount of time to accomplish, time not spent washing and we all know at every car wash time is money!!

I prefer the laser no brush drive through wash of theirs. However, the drive through one with brushes is just as good. Get the $12 wash, it's worth the money. Leaves my car completely protected against rain, beads right off.

Fair price and a lot of bays, also a drive through. Many settings avaliable for wax, foams, tires. Takes cash or cards. Strong vacuums. I'd advise not using the brush I had to have my car waxed after it left swirl marks. I'd definitely go again. Convenient location

Here's the edited version of your review: "It's old, but the owners seem fairly brilliant. This is a passive income complex with a self-service car wash in the front and a self-storage facility in the back. Unfortunately, it seems that they've become too passive when it comes to maintaining the car wash. I accidentally chose "the touchless car wash," which has always sounded suspect to me. If I'm paying for a service, I want some touch. However, it seems like signage has just gone by the wayside at the Blue Marlin. The instructions, lights, bells, and whistles have long faded away on every machine at this self-serve car wash version 1.0. Water pressure and vacuum strength are also suffering. It's a good business idea, but some of that easy money has to go back into it. The place definitely needs updating and maintenance. I took a gamble on the $8 car wash, mostly because I was flying blind at that point. There are no descriptions of the various priced services, so $8 seemed like it would be better than $5. The most expensive service is $10, but from past experience, the most expensive drive-through car wash usually includes a bunch of crazy promises of service that I have no way of confirming were delivered. The $10 service is $5 cheaper than Auto Spa's $15 top service, but Auto Spa lets you vacuum your car for no additional charge. Blue Marlin, on the other hand, charges a dollar for 3 minutes of "super" 3-motor vacuuming. Two of those motors must be damaged. I'd have to say that there are better-maintained self-service car washes all over Houma and Thibodaux. Until Blue Marlin puts some money back into their equipment, I see no sense in going back."
