Went to have my car inspected today after coming to auto spa St.charles since I moved back to Houma almost 3 years ago. When I first moved back my car was inspected here and I have since gotten my oil changed every 3 months. It is always the same man working and today was no different. When I pulled in the guy was upset that I tried to pull closer to him while he was walking to my car. He told me to pull around back so he could inspect my car. While I was in the middle of asking him a question about my temporary registration, he cut me off to tell me “it wouldn’t work and I’ll tell you why” he tested my windows and proceeded to tell me that my tint was too dark. To my surprise being that he was the same person who inspected this same car with the same tint two years ago I said “what” and he proceeded to go off on me saying “what you mean what, I don’t know what WHAT means” he was extremely rude so I decided to just say “I’m going to go somewhere else. After being a loyal customer here for years I will not only never be going back but I will NEVER recommend them again. And for the record, I went it Nissan and my tint was NOT too dark!

Advertised hours are wrong. Normally, that wouldn't be so bad, except I called at 11am and confirmed that this location is open until 5pm.. 4:35, and they're closed.. Having the wrong hours listed online is a minor inconvenience.. Your employees assuring customers that the business is open until 5pm when it clearly is not is just horrible customer service..

This place is garbage. It has broken the Antenna in my truck Broken my windshield wiper, broke My driver side mirror still no one has called me to do any of the repairs. Now these little children they have working they won’t allow my truck to go Through because I have 150 pound spare tire in the back of my truck and want me to take it out each time. Find somewhere else to go unless you want your vehicle constantly destroyed.

Broke 3 antennas in a span of two weeks. On 3 different vehicles. It has put 2 dings in my car on the quarter panel. Whatever they turned up (water pressure jets or faster spinning cloths) they need to change. I have been going there for over a year and the past two weeks it has damaged all 3 of my vehicles. I canceled my monthly plan and would not recommend using there car wash.

Initially went for inspection sticker,but also had a noise coming from the front end of my truck,they heard it and corrected the issue.i couldn't be happier. In addition ,a thorough inspection was performed ,was issued the sticker and I was on my way. Extremely great guys there! I know I can trust these guys to repair whatever my truck needs,as they are really knowledgeable .I will be back for all my automotive needs. Thank y'all so very much!!!

Very poor customer service (edited) My vehicle passed the inspection my problem was with how extremely disappointed I was with the poor customer service I received while trying to get my inspection sticker changed. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed little regard for my time or concerns. I was given unclear instructions, and treated with indifference when I asked simple questions. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily drawn-out experience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will seriously reconsider returning in the future or recommending this place to anyone else.
