I went here to vacuum and wash in the automatic wash. There was an extremely friendly attendant who kept my kids laughing while wiping down my car. The vacuums did a great job. I am an extremely harsh critic at times but this place did fantastic. It exceeded expectations. We will be back one a week with my car and my husbands truck. Thank you!

I went to get my car washed here for the first time this week. The gentleman that was working at the time was very helpful, he even dried my car and mirrors once I was through the wash area. I had bird poop on my car and after going through the wash my car and wheels looked fantastic. I purchased the deluxe wash. I will definitely be going back.

I love having the monthly membership, however I do wish that the laser wash operated a little more efficiently. Overall the grounds are well kept and really clean. I like the ability to use the Fragrance and vacuum or shampoo your vehicle. It's never overly busy and I'm glad I chose this place.

I really appreciate the care that the company puts keeping the wash equipment clean and free of any contaminants that actually touch your vehicle. I have a brand new truck , it's never been scratched or dented in any way by the wash equipment. They also informed me of the frequent inspection of the brushes and washers . The staff has always been nice and professional. Quick in and quick out - with a clean vehicle. Now that's the bottom line. I would recommend them to anyone !!

I am usually very picky with where I wash my car especially with automatic car washes because most are usually never that clean especially the self use brushes, but this place so far has proven to be excellent! There is usually an attendant there I believe his name is Adrian who is always super kind and very helpful and you never see him without a huge smile. I definitely recommend this car wash and I believe they also have some kind of monthly prepaid packages.

Fantastic service! Went above and beyond to ensure my car was clean. When the auto wash did not clean my car perfectly the gentleman took my car into the washing bay and finished the job thoroughly. I didn’t even ask for this, it was done without question or prompting of any kind. Thank you!

I really wanted to give a higher rating because my rating is based on the incredibly difficult communication and not the quality of the wash. Over the past two weeks, I have been to this car wash three times trying to inquire about their touchless memberships. I was really excited to find a touchless was near my gym and I saw you could purchase a membership online. This confused me so I called the wash and was informed that you cannot in fact buy a membership online. Glad I called…why have an option online then? That evening I decided to go in person around 7pm. I parked and called the wash again but this time the call went to voicemail three times. It appears no one was around and on the clock to help me which was my exact same experience a week prior at 7pm. I was super disappointed because the website says they are open until 8pm which implies they are also staffed. I will likely have to continue my touchless car wash search elsewhere unless I can get help and therefore will also update my review.

Great place to get your car washed. If you do the automatic wash, they dry it for you. I recommend the monthly plan if you are as obsessed as me keeping my car looking clean. I dropped it to 4 stars because they sometimes use drying towels that have something on them instead of clean and dry towels.

This is by far the best car wash that I have visited all the base and all the mechanisms work properly and they were all full of any fluids that they were offering there was staff there it was extremely friendly the place is very very clean and well lit it's a safe place to visit to detail your own vehicle

Been going here for years this is the best touchless ive come across gainesville. I would've given 5 but lately the automatic wash has been closed at night. I Have a membership and sometimes I cant make it during regular business hours. The vacuums also seem to be getting a little week. Overall great place.

I sent a friend of mine to this car wash because he was trying to find a place that would be able to wash his 3500 Chevy dually service body, He pulled into the wash and the truck was to long so Josh the Manager told him to move to the next wash and also the truck was too big, so Josh told him to pull into the self serve bay and Josh washed his truck front to back for him! WOW!! what awesome customer service! will definitely be back! I will drive out of my way to go to this car wash. Thanks again Josh!!

One star is being GRACIOUS. My car looks worse than it did when I got there. I definitely want my money back. Total waste of $15! DON'T go here. You're better off washing your car yourself with Dawn dish soap and a sponge.

The car wash itself is great. self service anyway. the drive thru ones are never thorough enough anywhere you go. i’m one starring because the dang change machine ate my five dollar bill and then wouldn’t give it back. unfortunately i have no proof of this but if you check the cameras that supposedly are recording on Oct 18, 2025 at 22:18 you should see me.
