My sales person had great patience in showing me a variety of vehicles since I wasn't sure what I wanted. He took the time to help me narrow down the choices to what best met my needs. I've been a customer at this dealership for 6 years. I bought another vehicle here because I had a positive experience the first time and the service department has provided excellent service as well.

I shopped online and visited dealers here in Indy too for the car I wanted. Found a couple I wanted but the dealers acted like their cars were made of solid gold and wanted absolute top dollar. Then online I found Jackie Jones Lincoln who had a car I wanted and they acted like they were actually in the business to sell cars not collect them ! I saw my car on their website at a reasonable price and called them for more details about a possible transaction with them. Their website had many photos of my car online including the original window sticker , A rarity in a sometimes less than up front business. I talked to salesman Jeremiah Wright over the phone several times asking him many more details and asking for photos dealing with certain aspects of the car. I had just come off of a bad attempted purchase of a similar car online and was not dealt with in a forthright manner by that dealership So I was wary and full of questions and requests of Jeremiah. He went the extra mile to prove to me that the car was indeed in the condition that I was looking for. My wife and I left Indy for Jackie Jones in Georgia and when we are arrived we were not disappointed. Jeremiah had described the car's condition properly and we were not disappointed and there were no surprises. The sales manager who we did the paperwork with was an absolute gem also He did us a couple favors that we asked. Driving details of the car were fully explain to us before we took our long trip back to Indy for our safety. I cannot say enough positive things about these good people down there at Jackie Jones Lincoln. I even called with a couple more favors a couple weeks after we got back home with this great Mustang They fulfilled those requests too very quickly. All dealers are your friend during the process of buying but after the sale you just get lost in the crowd. I have a Ford dealer 5 miles from my house but in 20 years I have never been able to buy a car from them! I'm so glad we found Jackie Jones Lincoln on line and I recommend them and Jeremiah Wright. Also they have a great price on the Lincoln and Ford extended warranty which I bought for peace of mind although I don't expect to have to use it. See Jackie Jones Lincoln !

I called this dealer needing them to fill out an online form for me to transfer my title to another state. To put things nicely, extremely unkind and unwilling to assist me would be an understatement in describing the salesman I spoke to. I would recommend spending your money somewhere where the staff is at bare minimum kind.

I bought a used truck for my daughter and the entire experience was great!! Everyone was warm and friendly and I never felt any pressure! None of the usual sales gimmicks...just straight forward business. Nelson, my sales rep was great and very knowledgeable! I will be back next time I purchase another vehicle. Highly recommend Jacky Jones!!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car! Bryan talked to me on the phone and we handled all the details of the sell. After explaining to Bryan and his team that I had several things that would not allow me to get to the dealership, they offered to deliver the car to me. I explained that I was 2 hrs or more away from them and they still offered the delivery. Saturday morning my car arrived at my house and I checked out the car and signed the paperwork that was clearly marked to make it easy for me to see where to sign. Bryan and the team at Jacky Jones were awesome.

Very recently, I traded in my Lincoln Town Car with Jacky Jones Lincoln in Gainsville, Ga. for the exact same model and year, but with half as many miles. Can't say enough good things about Jacky Jones and how wonderful and fair they were with me!! Kacey was my sales person and we came to a price agreement before I ever left home, by sending pictures of my car. When I got there (662 miles later) they kept their word and I paid the exact price quoted on the phone. The used car I got was in such good condition it was hard to believe it was used......looked brand new. I felt they were very honest and quite concerned for me driving back the 662 miles since I'm a female 88 yrs. old and driving alone. Kacey even gave me his business card and told me to call him when I got home so he'd know I was OK......how sweet is that? Absolutely LOVE my car and would recommend Kacey Jones Lincoln to anyone either looking for a used or new car....they were wonderful!

SALES DEPARTMENT: We LOVE our Lincoln Nautilus. We were greeted by Nelson Rivero. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy and gave us time to really look the car over before making a decision. Since we do not live in Gainesville, Nelson allowed us to text him back and forth with pictures of the vehicle we wanted to trade and worked with the general manager to give us a fair price. Many car buying experiences feel as if the dealership does not care, but this is not the case here. Russ (financial manager) went above and beyond to find all of the rebates in which we qualified and to efficiently complete the paperwork in a short amount of time. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Service department is amazing. We brought our car in thinking it was only one issue. Turns out more was wrong with our car then service initially thought. Not only was service great with calling me with updates but they even gave us a rental car to fulfil our family vacation with. It was a wonder experience and Heidi and Daniel from the front were amazing with going above and beyond with this whole experience. I pray nothing is ever wrong with my car again but if there is we definitely will be coming back to Jacky Jones Lincoln.

As always, I am pleased with the wonderful customer service I received at Jacky Jones Lincoln this week. Jasen ordered a new airbag for my Mustang when he found out it was a recall before I was even notified. I called on Thursday to see if they would have a loaner car for me to use. He asked me to call back Friday morning and happily, they had one come in. So the airbag was installed and I went about my day, rather than waiting around the dealership. I REALLY like that!! I also like that they wash my car whenever it's serviced.

I have been buying cars from Jacky Jones Lincoln for years and when it comes to purchasing vehicles, their team is the best in town. These professionals know how to put a deal together that is good for their customers. I always recommend Jack Jones Lincoln to my kids and to my friends. Their service department has always been very courteous and helpful when I need maintenance and repairs on my vehicles. In all they do a great job.

I've been a customer of Jacky Jones for about 3 years. I own a 2010 Lincoln Mks, my third Lincoln l might add. I like the people there, but I just wish they were more accurate. I have to take my car there 3 or 4 times for them to find an issue. Also they will make little remarks like, it's an older car so it's going to make noise. Well yeah but Jacky Jones sold me a warranty so I'm going to use it. But it's nice that a loner is given if it has to stay in the shop a day or 2 weeks. That's understandable due to getting parts and all. It's time to add another car to the family and I think I'm going to shop around a while before I buy this time. Update: I will not be going back to Jacky Jones Lincoln. I don't think minorities are to welcomed there anymore. It's Fox news and Trump supporters only.

We were so blessed to find such a wonderful honest dealership. Our sales person was Danny and he was such an honest and knowledgeable man. We had such a humble man that went out of his way to make our purchase easy. We drove 2.5 hours from Thomson to Gainesville and to was worth it. Everything he shared was just as we found it with the vehicle. Danny Roman gave us excellent service.

Jacky Jones Lincoln was the best car buying experience I've had in nearly 30 years of buying cars. Everyone from our wonderful salesman, amazing finance staff, and first rate service department were professional and courteous. I felt like a customer rather than just another sale to them and they all bent over backwards to accommodate us. Thanks to everyone at Jacky Jones, we'll be back.

I purchased a truck to replace my car, which I traded in with no hassles with an extremely fair price. The vehicle I received has had exceptional care under their ownership and when I arrived to pick it up not only was it immaculately clean inside and out, it also had a full tank of gas and was pulled into an area for ease of access. The representatives I dealt with were extremely professional, friendly, and provided one of the easiest and stress free vehicle purchases I've had. Overall it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Jacky Jones Lincoln.

*After service edit - The service advisor was able to have all of my issues resolved. Overall, the service was good (They knocked out all the recalls, fixed the HUD, and addressed the warranty issue - all during the oil change appointment), but communication could be better with customers from the start. The difference in experience from when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up was like day and night. I've updated the stars to reflect the latter service experience. _________________________________________________________________ Look elsewhere to have your Lincoln vehicle serviced. The online scheduling system means nothing. Scheduled to have an oil change and a warranty item addressed on my new Aviator, but surprise, come in to find out that they won't look at the warranty request during my appointment. They want to schedule another appointment for that - do you even read the appointment requests online? Requesting to leave the vehicle there and get a loaner was immediately shot down by the service department. I thought that Lincoln was trying to become luxury brand, but Jacky Jones Lincoln does not meet any level of service that other Lincoln dealerships offer, which overall hurts the image of Lincoln. I very rarely post negative reviews, but after having great experiences with other Lincoln dealerships, this was such a disappointing experience/service at Jacky Jones Lincoln.

*****Buyer Beware***** Went to look at used Lincoln town cars with low mileage and was disappointed in the experience.... The first town car they showed us smelt of aging mildew and was musty/// The third lincoln we looked at had a dead battery, service took another battery out of a previously test driven car and put it in the one we were considering without testing if there was a draw on the vehicle.."hence the battery being dead" Salesman tried to lean on it being cold for the dead battery///// Salesman also suggested I drilled holes in the headlights to reduce condensation that was building inside of the driver side head light. Dim lit show room to hide the dirt//// No paper towels in the bathroom/// Floors were sticky/// Dealership did not work with the numbers we provided and would not come off original price even a quarter. Just know what price is presented online is the price at the dealership nooooooo bugging. Spoke with another sales rep from another store and informed me it's a front at that it's just Jackys named on the building and a fella name Deniss G. Actually owns it. Salesman told me jacky jones hasn't been to the establishment in over a year and a half... he would surely disapprove of the lack lustered sales force and effort being provided around the dealership. I now know how a dysfunctional dealership works and operates. Sad sad sad.

No service after sale and broken promises. Purchased MKC from these people and was told they would have to find second key fob, then was told they could not find it and they would send me one. that was two months ago and they will not return any contacts with me. 240.00 dollar lesson learned. Can not recommend his dealership to anyone.

Jacky Jones Lincoln is a warm, inviting dealership that has a small, family style setting. The sales staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and the sales managers are very good at working to numbers to get you where you want to be. I have now bought 3 of my last 4 cars here (the 1 from elsewhere was a Ford that they didn't have anything like at the time I bought it) and have been extremely happy everytime.

Got to give credit where credit is due, and the service folks are good, but the loaner car we got while having our Lincoln serviced was, well, look at the pictures. It made me sick. I don't even know how a regular person's car gets this dirty, let alone a company loaner. Forgot to take pix of the front and back seats full of food crumbs before I got in. NEVER going back there. Five stars for the people, one star for the run-down building that shows no pride in their business, and zero stars for the filthy loaner car. ------ Updated here after response from owner, just to say I wonder if the loaner vehicle was up to THEIR expectations, as they stated only that they were sorry that it wasn't up to mine. And the grimey exterior/canopy isn't a function of any shortages except a water hose with a spray nozzle and a bottle of outdoor cleaner. (Owner, the car came in under the name Crader.)
