Love this place. I pay $20 a month for the basic car wash and can run my car through as many times as I want in that month. The vacuum on site is included. I was ready with a bunch of quarters to vacuum my car and was pleasantly surprised to find it was included with the wash. What a deal!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THE OWNER has no integrity in serving his customers. My husband signed up for this car wash while on job assignment in Coolidge, for all intents and purposes it was fine. However, my husband WENT IN to cancel his membership here, spoke to a representative and they took down his info and told him he'd be taken off. 5 months go by and I start to notice our card still being charged every month. It was a small amount compared to the rest of our bills so didn't think much of it til funds started to run low. I have him call the company and they said they'd get back to him. They finally call back a month later (after being charged AGAIN) and the woman on the phone says the owner is willing to give back only two months, because it's "only fair". Only fair? My husband hasn't been in Arizona for 5 months and did his part to cancel the payments. In what world is that fair? What more could've been done for us not to be continuously charged for a service no longer being provided? The woman on the phone tried to get an attitude and said "well there's no proof that you came in to cancel, and that employee probably doesn't even work here anymore" What kind of business are these people running? The kind that others should be warned about.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Love that they prewash your car before it goes through the wash. Vacuums are free and have good suction, I like the air by them also, so I can blow off any water in the doors and under the wipers.

It's nice to have a car wash closer to home. Your vehicle isn't rushed through the tunnel, and before entering, attention is given to your windshield and front end, scrubbing the harder-to-get gunk with a soapy brush and a pressure hose. Staff doesn't seem rushed. a little pricier than other memberships I've had, but the vehicle gets dirty out here, so the convenience of washing when you need it, and being closer to home is a big plus. edited on Monday, June 28 after reply to initial review asking how the business could get a 5th star from me. honestly, I should have rated 5 stars on the service alone. This past weekend I even got my windows scrubbed before entering the tunnel. I am very happy with this place. I will say that other wash places give you an armor-all sheet and air freshener with a membership. Maybe something to consider down the line. Changed rating to 5 stars

Horrible customer service, guy was rude with attitude even started pointing at my boyfriend and saying something to the other guy. Unprofessional. On top of that there were no clean towels at all AND I saw one of the guys just put the dirty towels in the ones. Really disappointed, it was my first time here to. Never again.

This is the friendliest, fast car wash place I have ever been to. I was greeted promptly, but not pressured to sign-up. I loved that they used a soapy brush on the front of my car before I entered the automatic wash. My windshield, mirror backs, hood, and grill actually came out clean the first time. Their monthly rates are competitive as well. Overall great experience!

Had a horrible customer service experience with this business. I tried to cancel service membership on two vehicles. Only one got cancelled. When I realized this was overlooked, I brought it to their attention. More than fifteen emails later, I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charges. So glad that I have the email paper trail. I won't do business with them again and will steer others away from them. They wouldn't even call me on the phone. Very, very sad.

I went in on Sept 4th and the bug scrubber broke my windshield wiper. He offered to give me $20 but my replacement cost $35. I put in an incident report and never heard from the manager. I have called several times but no one answers and the phone doesn't allow messages. I have gone up their and asked for the manager but they are never in. I was trying to keep my business with them...but I'm going to be switching to Super Star wash. Super Star has locations all over and they give you air freshners, an interior wipe for your dash, and the clean towels are always in stock. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to support our small town but the manager didn't find my issue important enough to respond.

I love that my car got scrubbed before it went through the wash! I drive lots of miles to and from work so the dead bugs are out of control. These folks know that a lil extra spray to the windshield does not help. Staff was attentive in guiding me through the wash. I feel like it’s a little more narrow than others but that would’ve still me from going there and getting a good wash.
