The highlight of this place is that it's easy to use. I'm not a fan of there not being an attendant at the car wash. Also think that the prices are way to high. The fully automated car wash is worthless because it doesn't fully wash my car. Don't buy the premium prices, get the basic. You get the same results

The automated car wash system gives great directions. However the car wash itself under performs. The back of my vehicle looks just has dirty as when I came in. There are still dirt and droppings on the side of my vehicle. This is unfortunate because I paid for the 15.00 dollar wash.

The stuff works okay here and the car wash is like most in Raleigh area in that you think you might be able to do a decent car wash for $5 or so. What happens is that you get started for a few dollars and then end up putting more money in so you don't end up with soap on your car. The good thing I can say is that the spot free rinse does work. I was able to do a so so job of washing my car for $10. I could pay a little more and get someone to wash it good.

I like this car wash because it is touchless. There is almost always a line of cars waiting for it, so I'm not the only one. I did have to wait today, for about 20 minutes or so. The car wash was in good operating order and has four tiers of service options.

Great car wash for a diy style wash. I had forgotten some stuff I'd taken out of my Jeep so they wouldn't get wet. Upon calling the number online someone picked up right away and was able to contact the person working at the time and they were able to locate and put the items inside the office for me. The machine they have to get change only gives you tokens back. Inside the bays though the machines accept cash, change, tokens and cards so it is very customer friendly. If there is ever any issue with the machines the owner has his phone number posted and will address and fix the problems. I choose this place for all of my vehicles solely for that reason.

Sorry, the credit card payment method is terrible. I have a big truck, so i need a lot of time. I think it was 3 or 4 min first swipe, and 1 min per swipe after that. It takes 15-20 seconds per authorization. I must have swiped 15 times. I almost spent more time swiping, than washing. The cash slot would not take any of the bills in my wallet. The tools are on the opposite side of the selector, so you waste time if you want more than 1 function. It just seems like everything at this wash is set up to waste time and take more money. It's too bad...the location is so convenient, but I won't be back.

The touchless automatic carwash is pretty good, but the only problem I had was after the dryer (which doesn’t fully dry the car), then it drips a bunch of water all over the car. I brought towels the next time, which kind if defeats the purpose of auto wash.

If you are someone who keeps their car relatively clean most of the time and need a quick 5 dollar powered soap and rinse this is the perfect place. The no spot spray worked great too. You get 6 minutes for 5 dollars and for days such as after a snow/salt event, it is the perfect solution in a hurry. I was very pleased with the results.

Gets 5 stars from me because I had an issue and it was promptly solved. Used the automatic car wash and I guess the "arm" hit my side mirror. Which flummoxed the system and me. It's Sunday around 7am and foggy and I pulled out of the bay with soap all over my windshield. I called the number listed on the door, thinking I was going to get some electronic voice letting me know someone will be sure to help me before the next Ice Age. To my pleasant surprise, Betty (I hope I got the name right) answered the phone. I explained the situation as best I could (which probably wasn't very good, but she understood my babbling) and next thing I know, Mason was there helping me out and making sure I got what I paid for. Yeah, it's just a car wash. But Betty and Mason did something very few companies seem to get right: customer service.

This place was really a convenient find. We'd given a friend a ride back to our hotel, only to discover that they'd spilled makeup all over the back seat of our rental car. I'm sure rental car companies have seen worse, but I wasn't about to return a car with this mess. So I noticed Wright Way coin op car wash was practically across the street from our hotel. I went over and cleaned it up. They had some high power vacuums and a carpet cleaning specific vacuum that I was able to make use of. The only challenge was breaking a 20 so we could use the vacuums, which accepted dollar bills, dollar coins, and quarters.

If you've already paid the amount to get the car wash started do not and I repeat. Do not add any money afterwards because it gives you like 3 seconds credit. It's crazy. I put in like like 10 quarters and literally didn't even get a minutes worth of time extra!! The equipment is newer but that's the only reason why I gave this place 3 stars

Absolutely horrible. I think I can honestly say my car looks WORSE than before washing it. What an absolute waste of money. I cannot believe that they are still in business. If someone was there who worked there I would have demanded my money back. These pictures were take 10 minutes later once car dried.

Every time I come here their vacuum hoes doesn’t work or broken off at the same place, (never fixed) also don’t bother trying to get supplies to clean your car because the machine doesn’t work either. I don’t understand because I see a staff member there with glasses and he looks like he just walks in and out of the supplies door but doesn’t think to fix these things? So what does he do all day when he’s “working” I mean months you haven’t been able to dispense any supplies for your car. Just ridiculous. I never post comments on places and leave reviews but this place needs one and this needs to be fixed. I’ll go back in a couple weeks and I’ll put money on the fact this still won’t be fixed

The touch free auto wash is just ok compared to others. Drips all over the car while trying to dry. Not bad but not like a PDQ wash system or similar.

The wash was fine, but the dryer needs to be fixed. It leaks a lot of water durning the drying cycle.
