What a nice place for a car wash. There are only 2 bays that work, the vacuum is 2 bucks and it ate my money. I never did get to vacuum my car. Very FRUSTRATING! SAVE yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I like this carwash better than others I've been to but last time I went I was charged more than what I should have. It's probably a better to pay in cash because you can't get ripped off that way.

The self wash area is a joke. Only one of the four stalls has decent water pressure. My pee flows faster than their watering system. They don’t replenish the soap or supplies regularly so when you use it the entire stall shakes violently. I’m pretty sure people at Publix can here the racket while they shop. Don’t waste your time or money here.

4 of the 6 vacuums are busted are out of service. Ni sign just duct tape over the coin slot or they would return coins. Scrolling message says $.75. The one I used is $2.00 to start for 4min. And it didn't suck up much of anything. Also the sign says Wow Now Car Wash. Seriously avoid the place.

Don’t want this service no more. Out of two months of paying 24.99 a month was only able to get car washed 3 times. No one is ever there. They are supposed to be open 7 days a week. The automatic is always closed. Why am I paying for the service if it’s closed all the time…

Do not use!!! They do not repair damage the auto wash does to vehicles! My mother went through their auto wash and followed the instructions of the young girl up front and her car was damaged. At first the owner stated where to take her car to be fixed and talked like it would not be a problem for them to pay. After receiving an estimate and contacting the owner he then stated that they were not going to pay. Stay clear.

I’m posting a review for the self serve section... I swear the “soap” used is the same stuff used for making bubbles. Like the cheap bubbles you get at a dollar tree for kids. Matter of fact, that may have done a better job. Not happy at all with this place and not a single employee in sight. After I rinsed I kept seeing little black spots. Normally, I would think that the soap dried before it was rinsed off but that was not the case as it only took me five minutes to wash vehicle. You are better off finding a self-serve car wash that looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s. I Do not recommend wow now. As for the drive through car wash I cannot say but honestly I don’t even dare test it. Also, nothing kept in stock as far as air fresheners, wipes etc. Ya know, all the stuff you expect a car wash to offer..

Same thing happened to me! New car and need a new sticker for my windshield. Called for weeks no one calls you back. They are taking my money and I can’t use the service! No one is ever there so how do you get in touch with them. My last message was just cancel my membership so we’ll see. Be aware!!

I have been using this car wash since they open and have always had good experience with the drive-thru. Recently it has not functioned as well as in the past and I believe that settings need to be reviewed as it has not rinsed all of the soap off of car the past five or six times that I've been there . I typically go through drive thru twice a week . The self wash stalls function sporadically. Vacuums are less than functional.

I went for basic car wash for total of $5.00 and paid with a $20 bill and only received $1 for change instead of $15. I have called multiple times and no one will answer the phone so I can get my money back. The car wash left soap on the windshield and mirrors. I would not recommend this place.

I have called I cannot tell you how many times to get in touch to let them know I had to change my windshield and the glass company took off the scanner part to let me get me truck washed. Let message after message. No response I am paying for services I am not getting besides the fact when they apparently sold to this sorry company they were closed most days and you could not wash your truck and so I lost about a month then. You can tell by the trash coming out of the cans and the soap left on your truck they have no idea or do not care about their establishment. Poor way to do business and way to treat people. The people before this group were great! This place now is not a Wow! Still after all of this and leaving messages no return calls and they are still charging my card. I am now thinking about getting a lawyer to start a lawsuit for charging for non services after payment since they have not got back in touch and we are going on two months. And even before that it was closed more than it was open. Anyone want to join in? This is absolutely ridiculous.

For the last 3 times in the past month, it’s closed . And I tried calling the number to cancel my membership leaving a message to call me back to stop my membership, I didn’t get a phone call . So I called my bank and told them to cancel all transactions from this company. It was a good place to go when they had a guy there when you go in that used a car brush for the front & back glass and even done the bumpers also. Which he’s not there anymore and it’s not the same car wash , even the wash itself isn’t the same . I highly don’t recommend this place . Go to the one on 290 . I will start going to the car wash on 290 where there is always someone there and it’s such a better car wash , I rather pay 5$ more and get great service .

I went to use the automatic car wash this evening. The cost of a super wash was $10 and I entered $10 into the cash department and it would not allow me to get the car wash that I purchased. I tried all the different buttons, and plus calling the number that is listed on the Google app for the car wash. I called several times only to get a voicemail that had not been set up yet. I am very upset about this. It took my money and I was not able to get my car wash this evening. I was not able to get the money back either. I tried calling the other numbers I went to see the attendant in the booth, which there was no attendant in the booth, and when I went on the app to look it up, it said temporarily closed. There were no signs, nor any information or inclination of the car wash being closed as I put my money into the machine. The other car wash that you do yourself was working accurately so I am not sure why the one that you drive through was not. I would like to get my $10 back and I would like another car washed at it on top of that. Recommendation recommendation is that do not ever use this car wash

Paid for the top car wash. Barely cleaned my car. Vacuum ate my money and didn’t work. Waste of $20 for sure. The ‘wash’ did nothing.

I use to have the monthly subscription to the drive thru wash, but I stopped it because it has gone down hill. I stopped by today, paid and went through, but my car is still dirty. You can see the swish marks in the dirt on my hood from the wash. The self wash may be ok, but I don't know.

Self serve equipment is faulty and causes over charges to wash vehicle. Timer is too short per function and no instructions to know which setting comes from the correct hose, causing loss of time. Poor pressure reduces cleaning efficiency and delay when switching modes. Bring extra quarters as it starts at $2 for 4 minutes, but more like $5 when it doesn't accept all quarters or takes every 5th like it is setup to scam you. Will not recommend till overhauled. This used to be the place to have a membership but competition really shows them up if you are willing to drive a little farther.
