Staff is normally friendly enough but there's always some issue with SpinxRewards. Today I was told that Shell put in a new system that doesn't read the barcodes on your phone! Seriously!??? AND you obviously can't pay with it. Burger King got all my food business today because they have an app that works! Last. Visit. Ever.

Spinx at first glance looks like the Walmart of gas stations. But after doing business with them for the past few months I've noticed that the employees care about what they do and what they say to their customers. The rewards program is absolutely amazing. By purchasing things earn you points in the program save you a significant amount of money per gallon in fuel. For instance I spent $6 and some change on Powerade and Pepsi and earned $0.50 per gallon off. There is no limit of how much per gallon you can get deducted. I filled up for $0.40 today because of the rewards I had gathered through the week on things that I was already buying for work. This program is the most effective program I've ever been involved with. With the pipeline being shut down in Texas due to the hurricane prices have been through the roof but yet I've stayed in budget because of their program. Thank you Spinx!!!

Worst automated car wash ever. Once it only sprayed car with suds then shut down. Went inside & complained & they have me a code to run through again. Same thing! Had to drive home all soaped up! And 90% of the time, the card reader won't work. And the back of the car it will barely touch, so you have to finish the job at home.

Staff is always very friendly and never had a problem with. Usually my go to gas station. But ever since the new card readers have been installed it only takes a chip, no swipe is available. And seeing as my debit card the chips go bad every couple months this is very inconvenient. QT can read my card...

The new manger will run this place to the ground. Very Racist and condescending towards minorities. Asks older non white men For ID for lottery tickets?! But not for white customers. When they refuse she tells them to leave. Rules are Rules but the law allows discretion. If you obviously look over 40! But she started this culture and the rest of the staff follows laughing at angry customers. Eventually that loss of revenue will hurt the business.

Brandy that’s works there a white women got me and my husband band from the store for absolutely no reason at all i literally just asked her for corporate’s number and she called the police! A officer she of course knew he didn’t investigate, he told us if Brandy didn’t like the outfit I had on she could band me! How is it we give these stores our business and money and they treat us like this! Brandy didn’t like the way I looked because I’m black and she hit the panic button as if she was being robbed because of me asking her for corporates number! A man in the line offered to Google it, i would love it if he could try and find it, I asked brandy for a piece of paper and pin to write it on, I had just bought gas as well so she could have given me my recipe, brandy told me she didn’t have any paper, I said do ur out of paper? She said no I just don’t have any for you! QT would never! I’m now waiting to speak with corporate Monday. Spinx has this women representing their company in the worst way! Don’t go here go to QT

Usually has great coffee as well as great customer service. On Friday nights the crowd seems to be a bit rowdy but no big deal- just teenagers having fun not at all being disruptive. The Customer service representatives are excellent and is truly the strength of this store.

The whole point of paying at the pump is to not have to go inside. The receipt is never available at the pump when I stop there. Same for my family. Cashier was not very friendly when I had to go in to get the receipt. Claimed the pump needed a new printer. But it never matters what pump, there's never a receipt at the pump.

I'm a regular customer at this gas station because it's close to my house, and I pay for a car wash for three cars. My frustration is precisely with the car wash; it's out of service every week.

Husband and I went in last night got my mom her Starbucks drinks and he got him two alcoholic drinks go to the register to pay and the lady asked for both IDs (which has never happened) I’m 7 months pregnant with twins I don’t have my ID on me so I have to go out to the car to get mine which I didn’t know where my license was so I grabbed my military ID cause it was right there go back in has my DOB but it’s expired so she won’t except it so I have to go back out to the car and find my license go back in and she didn’t even speak a word or apologize. I think it’s real shitty to make a pregnant women go outside in the cold multiple times for an ID when I didn’t touch the alcohol nor was I the one purchasing it and she was completely rude about it. Since when do you need to ID more than the person making the purchase??the lady stood there the whole time never spoke a single word but to ask for both ID. Terrible customer service. Not friendly at all will go to QT from now on they’re super nice every time you walk in and take care of their customers correctly.

I visited this location 11.19.25. Pump #6 would not work and pump #8 was so slow that I didn't fill my tank as planned. What a hassle! Not to mention the $100 hold on my card twice. This "Convenience" store was not at all convenient!
