5 stars for Juan Rivera who detailed the inside of my car. He worked so hard and did an amazing job. Very amazing work from this guy, I will make sure to ask for him again next time. 2 stars as far as the vacuuming goes, left a whole lot of mess under the seats and on the side of the seats, but Juan was not responsible for that part of the cleaning. For him I am thankful, as he definitely saved this place from a worse review.

2 times Bad experiences. One time car wasnt clean properly and no fragrance. Second time I wait for 45 mins and pick up the car without cleaning and they charge for vacuum, which wasn't done at all. Manager have ego problem. He had no sympathy for not doing a good job. HIGH PRICES LOWEST SERVICES. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE.

Worst Job I’ve seen in the longest time .We had to clean ourselves cause they didn’t have the audacity to even try.We payed full price for a ten dollar job. Owner should take into consideration all these reviews cause they won’t be in business long when people find out about this horrid place. Update 2025, I guess you have nothing better to do. The reviews speak for themselves

I just went there today for the first time because I was driving by and needed my car washed. They did an ok job. They didn't clean the backseat very well and didn't touch the trash back there at all. My car was extremely dirty when I went so I'm happy just to have a fairly clean car again. I will not go there again though.

Found a nice car wash place near home. Good prices. And the quality of cleaning was excellent. Prices range from $30-60. Don’t forget to get your customer card stamped each visit. By the 12th stamp, car wash will be discounted, or free.

The service used to be decent. Several of my past visits, they have forgotten to put armor all on my tires when I paid for it. The few times I went to go back from my house after noticing, the staff was rude after I asked if they can fufill the service I paid for and even provided proof on my receipt. I feel I shouldn't have to ask whether my tires have been cleaned or not every single time I take my car to get washed.

We gave it several tries but they do not stand by their work. The first time the chain broke on the line. Not their fault. Next time we came the car wasn't even that bad when it went in. When we got it back it still had a lot of bird poop that could have easily come off. We basically had to rewash the car we just paid to wash. Thinking that maybe this is a fluke my boyfriend took it once more. Not only did they once again not fully clean the car but they also spilled liquid inside the car and did not clean it up. So I got the car back a little worse off on the inside and just a tiny bit better on the outside. He asked for a refund since this was absolutely not what he was promised and the guy asked him to leave. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never go here again. It's not like we were rude or anything. Disappointing.

parts of the car are STILL dirty. You can see that they didn't even wipe it down on the inside. there are SPOTS on the outside of the car (hood of the car).. TOOK FOR EVER.. WILL NEVER GO BACK

This establishment is highly unprofessional and messy. The owners are messy and rude with no respect. I came and paid to get my car washed and when I picked my car up she left my car dirty and I had to come and clean all the mess myself. When I came back to explain to her that my car was left unwashed she was completely rude and did not care.

Well, over the years, I've been to this place about a dozen times and most of the time they give me good service. I rate a 7.5. However, however, I would like to say that on one occasion. While vacuuming. they? Broke my review mirror which means the vacuum hit the mirror and Tore the glue from the windshield. And they didn't say anything. They put some quick glue or super glue. On it. And I drove out of there and a week later it fell in my lap. I didn't go back to complain cause I knew I couldn't prove anything.But they should have been more professional and stood behind their work. I have to take it to an automotive glass shop in. They reglued the mirror braced it for a week, which is how long it takes to properly set and then the next week I came back and they removed the brace cost me 60 bucks.

This is the worst car wash ever. The workers are great and friendly and are trying, but the owners are two rude women who do not respect their customers. I came to get my car washed and when I got it back it was still super dirty and all my windows were still dirty. It was the older lady owner who took charge of drying and cleaning my car because they both overwhelmed their employees by over loading them on cars which resulted in the owner ladies having to step in. I came back and simply asked if she could clean the sunroof because it was still dirty and she basically threw another employee who didn’t even clean my car under the bus to take her fault. The owners are not careful either in the car wash machine itself one car hit the other and I had to go tell the same lady to stop it or else another car would have been hit. Don’t come here.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. this establishment did not do a good job when cleaning my car. i was very disappointed and in the end there were things that could have been cleaned better and the interior was dirty it sucks because this was after paying and tipping. in the end i did have to clean my car myself. i should have listened to the reviews below but decided to give it a try i wont be coming back. i did notice that there were too many cars for many of the employees to handle it seemed a bit much and maybe there should be a cut off or limit if you can’t do quality cleaning when there are too many cars. the two ladies were not welcoming at all and were not attentive. the customer service was not good unfortunately. it seems like they care more about making money than the actual care of the cars. go to a better car wash there’s so many in the valley.

I've been a customer here for about 2 years and today I just went to wash my car with this guy. They damaged the undercarriage of my car. I went to ask the person in charge . He said there was nothing wrong with the car wash machine and there weren't any pieces of your car on it. No one is responsible. KO. Thanks for the 2 years that keep my car clean. If you guys want to destroy your car you can come here anytime 😊

I have a nissan kick 2022 and the cleaning stuff ruin my brand new car they don't have consideration and the owner will not do anything about it they like always wash their hands by saying it wasn't not their employees they don't deserve any start as a matter a fact will appreciate if any of you guys readers will support me and never go there again look what they did to my car and I know they will take me out of this rate post

My husband just used this neighborhood car wash for our Tundra Truck and they badly scratched the front window tinting on the passenger side. When my husband approached the manager about it, the manager told the person that did it to not to say anything, and then tried to tell my husband that it was that way before...UNBELIEVABLE! They wouldn't pay for the repair of the window tinting, even though it was their fault. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

I get my car wash here all the time. Unfortunately, they only spend about 2 minutes cleaning the inside of the car, so it never gets fully clean, and by the time you realize, it's too late to complain. Also, they are not cheap, it's somewhat expensive. But why do I keep going back? Well, there is a Mexican restaurant right next door, so I get to have a nice breakfast while my car gets clean. Unfortunately, this place has not changed much, one of there works broke my drivers chair, not sure what happened, when I mentioned it to one of the employees, all I got was a laugh, like they won't take responsibility. To fix the driver chair electric motor may cause me a few hundred dollars if not more. Sad, but I may never again go back.

I went in today for a simple car wash. I own a Honda CRV and it has an electric braking system. Anyone with electrical system inside car beware!!! Staff is nice but not worth it if they ruin your car. When I started to leave my car gave me the alerts brakes, steering, lane assist, and brake system malfunction. They did something to it and now I have to go to the dealer to fix it which is going to cost a fortune. Dont waste your time here ..they will ruin your car!!! See pictures below
