Stopped by both guys on the phone. They didn't want to attend me or answer my questions. It felt like I was a bother to them. I just wanted to get a detail. Worst customer service. I asked for a business card and they just ignored me.

Dude have nice cars but somethings wrong with them after he said it’s not. Still haven’t got my plates or title after months of buying it. At this point I don’t recommend them anymore .

WOW. Just. WOW. I wish I could give them more stars! It's late February 2020, and my 2016 Nissan Rogue looks just-drove-it-off-the-lot-brand-new. Over the summer the wife and I did some landscaping and used my SUV to haul the yard debris (10 trips!) to the dump. At one point one of the bungees holding the tarps closed burst and I had mud, branches, leaves and debris spill out and the branches stained the cream! colored! ceiling! brown, black gray and green--my ceiling looked like someone tried to make it into camouflage print. I love my car and drive it *a lot* and that event made me very sad. My wife found Winston Automotive online. After discussing the detailing work with them and making sure to mention that we needed the ceiling cleaned, we took my SUV in and dropped it off. When they let me know it was ready I went out to pick it up and--no exaggeration--I had to look around for a minute to find it. I didn't even recognize my own car! It wasn't just clean, it *shone*. It's so clean and beautiful! These guys did an incredible job. Winston Automotive truly knows what they are doing. If you need detail work done, do not hesitate. don't buy a car from here. I got a check engine lot 2 minutes after we drove off and they "offered" to fix it but whenever i tried contacting them about it they always said that they'll see when someone is available to fix it but never get back to me even when i asked. Also told me the car i bought has never been in an accident, turns out it's been in 2 reported accidents.

Purchased a car from Michael at Winston Automotive recently. It was a pleasure to work with them as they are automotive enthusiasts. Spent some time talking classic cars and getting to know them. I have bought and sold many cars over the years and there is a reputation in the used car industry that many sellers are not exactly honest or reliable. Not here, nope. I should have listened to my gut and relied on my judge of character as I felt very good about working with them initially. Instead I went into this transaction with some hesitation assuming the worst (being burned before). Michael proved me wrong and I am embarrassed to have assumed the worst from him. He is a stand up guy, and held up his promise and delivered just as he said he would. It is so reassuring to know that there are still good people out there that do what they say they will do. Where an old school handshake still means something. Real car enthusiast do care and Winston Automotive delivers! The car I purchased was represented accurately. No hidden surprises.
