I went to the wash shop today and purchased a wash and got a free wash for up to 30 days for father’s day ! Johnny & Noelle helped me a lot with the wash since it was my first time and made me feel super comfortable! Will definitely be coming back!!

Terrible car wash. I paid for the top tier wash with $15 extra for interior cleaning, and it looks like they barely touched it. Spots on the windshield, too. It was my first visit, and I specifically went there instead of Rocket Wash for the interior cleaning. I'll go back to RW next time - even the exterior wash was not as thorough.

I stopped by today & was met by the manager Johnny & he walked me through the entire kiosk process and helped me with purchases the interior cleaning & made my wash experience the best ! Kevin & Robert were helpful with the interior cleaning and made my car look brand new

Friendly staff and cars from our fleet look great afterwards, especially with the towel drying they do at the end. Which is rare to have manual towel dry at the end if a wash... Definitely recommend to try them out.

First of all, when we pulled up, we were forced to sit and wait for nearly five minutes because someone ahead of us was having issues with their membership card. We had an emergency and needed to leave immediately, but instead, we were essentially held hostage. The manager, Johnny, told us we couldn’t leave unless we paid—even though we hadn’t received any service yet. That alone was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we were finally allowed through, the car wash itself was an absolute joke. It looked like a child had washed and dried the car—spots everywhere, dirt still on the body, and streaks on the windows. It was by far the worst wash we’ve ever had. This entire experience was beyond frustrating and incredibly disappointing.

Was there yesterday. Friendly staff but the results of the car wash did not satisfy me. Still insects on front and windshield, rims dirty (not black break dust, just dust).

Visited on 8-22 and went through the wash. Decided on this place instead of going across town to Rocket Wash as the interior was needed. I paid an additional $15 for an absolute JOKE of an interior wash. All of the workers walked away to go inside AFTER I asked if they could wash the inside since I paid for it. 1 kid came back out to wipe it down inside with windex. I miss when this place was full service from the start to the finish and was flawless. Now its nothing more then a basic wash with vaccums that have the power equivalent to a house vaccum. Never again! Not even if this was free.

Unfortunately, the detailing I've had at this location BEFORE they sold or changed names was exceptional HOWEVER, this is about business practices. I utilized the auto car wash and and they offered an upcharge of $10 for a month sooooooo silly me I thought, BECAUSE it was not advertised to be otherwise, it was a one time deal. Low and behold I was ROBBED, it was not. APPARENTLY, I signed up for the rest of my life. I was told, I should have looked at the bottom of my receipt because it was spelled out there. GO FIGURE! I know I have received mile long receipts in the past from other car washes and I wasn't charged until the cows come home. It is a sneaky underhanded way to do business and I do not APRRECIATE IT. You got your $120 of my hard earned cash, that you never earned because I did not get the car washed for the months I was charged extra, BUT you will not get one more red cent from me. You are wrong and you need to let people know that a "Deal" goes on for perpetuity!

The Wash Shop is hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. The wash itself was thorough, and the interior cleaning was excellent — everything looked spotless and well cared for. But what really stood out was the towel drying at the end. The staff took their time to carefully dry every inch of the car by hand — no streaks, no spots, just a flawless shine. You can tell they take pride in the little details, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend if you want your car to look and feel its best.

Way too expensive! Paid for top clean interior and exterior. Workers only did exterior and I told them I paid for both they said where your receipt! Did not get one when I entered new payment machine only said thank you and gate opened.

The guy power spraying the car is lazy. He refuses to spray the passenger side. When I asked him to, He said he couldn’t because it was a safety hazard. Pretty laughable. I will say the gentleman drying the car does an excellent job every time. He’s a very hard worker and is there all the time. He’s the only reason I keep my membership

Shady way of doing business. All I wanted was a car wash. Guy comes over tells me for $10 I can get 2 months unlimited car washes. I reluctantly go ahead with it. Leave and arrive at my next destination and look at the unusually long receipt and see that after the 2 months are up iwould automatically be charged $19.99 a month. Was never mentioned by the guy. Went back to have it canceled and not sure I can trust that it has been canceled on their end.

Been paying for this wash monthly for about a year. If it weren't for the hand dry this place would suck. The guys at the front of the line pressure wash half your car because they're too lazy to walk all the way around and pressure wash all 4 sides. Every now and then you get a thorough pressure wash job, but generally not satisfied at all. Been back 3 times since my review. These guys are still too lazy to pressure wash all 4 sides of my car when I come through.

1/4/2026 I decided to give this car wash another opportunity; however, upon arrival, I observed that one of the vehicle lanes was blocked by a traffic cone. Shortly thereafter, the attendant began directing customers away due to the car wash being out of service once again. Since the change in ownership, I have been dissatisfied with this carwash’ s performance. Due to frequent outages, I am unable to use the service as intended and will be canceling my monthly membership. I have tried to use the car wash for the last three weeks and the carwash has either malfunction during the carwash or not work at all. When I arrived, the gate wasn't working, so I was told to switch lanes, but then learned the whole car wash was out of order. This carwash was run better when it was Royal Carwash and was the best carwash in town. Now it is the worst carwash in town.

Jessie was great, he explained all the options and really wanted to provide a great service. I paid $15 extra for the interior cleaning, including vacuuming, mats, windows and wipe. Shay did a great job and was really thorough. (This is only offered at limited times, was from 10-4 today). Will be back.

The only reason I'm giving this place a five is because of Mike the gentleman after I got it washed and he cleaned my whole interior. I felt bad for him because he was the only one that was working at the time and there were cars everywhere. He was working like crazy. But still remained to have a good attitude. I asked him why he was there alone and he told me that it was because other workers did not come in. He also said this happens a lot. I really liked Mike. He was very friendly and very hard-working. He also told me that they came out and took 15.00 out of his tip jar to order pizza for the employees that were there. I find that to be rather shity. For a company that's making hundreds of thousands of dollars per year can't afford to pay for lunch for your employees? Totally shameful! I don't think that I will be coming back to this car wash again. I will not spend my hard-earned dollars here anymore. They treat their employees very badly and I don't like that at all. Times are tough enough nowadays. Why would you treat a good employee like that? You need to do better.
