I always go to that car wash and pay for number 4, and I'm always satisfied with the price. Today they decided to change to service number 1, the most expensive of all, and they really leave your car as if it were the cheapest service. I had to finish cleaning the inside of my car at home.

Their package #1, highest package includes a pretty basic interior wipe down and vacuum. They sprayed my rubber mats but it didn't remove stuck salt or beach sand. There were spots in the interior that we had to ask to clean. When asked what spray product they use, they said it's just windex - that doesn't seem appropriate for the dash and other areas, certainly doesn't leave any protective layer on the plastics and vinyl. The basic interior doesn't include cleaning of the seats, for that, I believe you have to opt for a $10 add-on which does more vacuuming. The staff were kind enough and the whole process was pretty quick!

I have used Windsor car wash for the past 20 + years, I have had no issues, the staff are extra friendly and the owner goes the extra mile to make sure your car is not to low or your tires and rims are not to wide so they don’t get damaged. Simply the best. HG Venom, Black & Red Mustang

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible customer service. The manager is rude and disrespectful. I paid almost $25 and no tire cleaning was done. I asked the manager. He stated that service isn't fulfilled. So why am I being charged for that service. He said Enjoy your day. I would never again.

I chose Package #1, but I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning. They only wiped the front mats—and not thoroughly—since there was still visible salt and dirt. The rear mats were left untouched. Interior vacuuming was poorly done, especially around the seat corners. When I asked about it, they gave a weak excuse, claiming they might damage something under the seat. Deep vacuuming costs an additional $10, which brings the total to nearly $35 for a single car wash. Honestly, it doesn’t seem worth it. They also didn’t clean the cup holders or the center console, saying they avoid those areas because people often keep valuables there. Updated on 11/06/2025: I recently revisited this car wash for a full service, including trunk cleaning—even though I wasn’t satisfied the last time. When I asked the attendant outside about trunk cleaning and deep vacuuming, he told me to check with the billing counter. The billing manager then informed me they didn’t have enough staff to clean the trunk. Unfortunately, by that point, my car had already been taken in and the wash had started. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated before accepting the car, I didn’t receive a proper response. Once again, the cleaning was incomplete, and even the basic vacuuming wasn’t done properly. I won’t be returning. Be cautious and ask upfront about what services will actually be provided. And they don’t wash backside mats.

My car was covered in salt and grime, so I took it to this wonderful car wash yesterday. I have been having my cars washed there for years. They always do an outstanding job and yesterday was no different. I selected package 3 and was not disappointed.
