I have nothing but great things to say about Nationwide Auto Group. Great customer service and wonderful people! Whether you're looking to buy a car, repair a car, or rent one, I'd recommend these guys. I've rented many cars from Nationwide and the experience has always been simple, quick, and pleasant. When my daughter was looking to buy her first car, we shopped around at many places, but Steve and Amy at Nationwide were who we went with. They gave us a good deal on a great car, and she couldn't be happier. And auto repairs is where they really shine. I brought my 20-year-old truck in for a long list of repairs. They worked hard to find the right parts at the best prices and even recommended that I hold off on some repairs because they were not necessary. They always go the extra mile, which is why I will continue to go back to them.

They checked out my car and found nothing that needed immediate attention. And, the price they quoted me based on the dealership's quote was about half. So, I'm keeping my old car and going to Nationwide for future service and repairs.

Honest, Professional, and Incredibly Affordable – A Rare Gem! I can't recommend Nationwide of East Windsor highly enough. From start to finish, their professional competence was clear—they know what they're doing and do it well. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service attitude: courteous, honest, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. They provided an honest appraisal for some minor bodywork, and to my surprise, completed the job for under $150—a job that the nationally known automobile manufacturer dealer body shop had quoted between $1,500 to $1,700! Even more impressive, they were willing to do the work for free due to a long-standing professional relationship with an associate, which speaks volumes about their integrity, values and care in fostering long term business relationships. The value for money was simply outstanding, without compromising quality in the slightest. It's rare to find a business with this level of honesty, skill, and decency. I would absolutely return and recommend them to anyone needing car service or repairs.

I bit my tongue long enough on this and this needs to be said. I was friends with Steve and Amy for 12 years. I considered them close friends. They had always tried to help me and with that I kept my repeated business with them. Unfortunately, it didn’t end as expected. I brought my vehicle in to have the issue or issues addressed and fixed initially. It was said to be an axle and two new tires. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix my vehicle at all for what the actual problem was. After numerous times bringing it back to them. They eventually told me I needed some parts that were not cheap installed that would fix this issue. I didn’t want to spend the money, but I did not really have a choice as it was my only vehicle at the time. I received a phone call a number of days later that told me that my vehicle was fixed, and that the problems were gone. That definitely was not the case and even after speaking to one of their mechanics when I arrived to pick up my car then said that this error code was there the entire time. Now granted they did say that there was another code, but I had to spend an additional $1500 to get the other two parts fixed on this vehicle. Steve, knowing my situation and that I don’t have much money, had me fix a car and then after the big issue that my transmission needed to be replaced. That was what the actual error code told me. To then spend more money on a transmission flush. It was at that point I realized I would never use them again. My friendship ended up turning into more of how much money can I make off of my supposed friend. Granted parts were used, but the problem was never fixed and instead of Steve trying to help me out and maybe try and get me back some money for a vehicle that was no longer usable, he gave me an attitude in which I gave him one back, but this is the person that’s supposed to be my friend and instead makes me spend money that I never should’ve in the first place. I will never trust this business ever again. I will never trust Steve ever again and I will never recommend anyone to ever use their services ever again. Now I’m pretty sure they’ll be a reply from Steve with some type of excuse or blame game. But talking about taking advantage of your friends. Yes, he helped me out plenty of times in the past but the fact remains if it comes to friends or money, he will always take the money route. You at least try and help out in a financial Way.

Helped a friend move so he rented a U-Haul from this facility and although the truck was great to work with, dropping the truck off later the same day was an ordeal that I will never go through again!!!!! My suggestion is to use paper contracts! Logging on to uhaul.com in 40° weather trying to locate all the information on that site and being unsuccessful due to the website unable to locate the contract after 20 minutes of that we just dropped off the keys and left very frustrated!!!!! Please change this and make it easier!

This was my first interaction with the team at Nationwide Auto Group. What a wonderful overall experience. It’s not easy to find an honest and fair auto dealer/service center. Steve and the team were terrific and transparent about what needed to get done with my car. And they did the work for about one-fourth the price quoted by the Audi Dealer. I just got in a serious pickle during the after hours drop off. I locked myself out of my car before dropping my keys through the slot. There was still stuff in my car I needed, but the keys were through the key drop-off door...classic mistake. However, Steve, the owner, was super responsive to me reaching out. Their team was able to let me back in ON A SUNDAY! The day before Columbus Day, when some places aren't even open. Super grateful to Nationwide Auto Group for making time for me and fixing my mistake. I don't know many places that would go the extra mile like that when they really didn't have to.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!! We were driving by and saw a car we were interested in. Right from the start Steve and Jordan were helpful and explained everything about the car from head to tail. I mention this because we have gone to car specific dealers (a Ford dealer for a new Ford vehicle) and the dealer was not familiar with the features of that specific vehicle. Steve and Jordan knew this car from head to tail and could answer all of our questions. This is an impressive feat since they have so many different makes and models on their lot. This told me that they care enough to help their customers and make sure we were well informed and comfortable with the car. We made the decision to purchase and worked with Amy to get a great deal. We have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best experience we have had. There was full transparency with the car, pricing and service options if needed. We will definitely be going back to Steve and Amy for service and future vehicle purchases.

Drove pass and saw a vehicle , Van I was interested in I called and met Amy she talk to me and looked at the van with me I took for a drive and it was wonderful. Amy went Beyond And above for me. The staff was also great to talk and very helpful. I bought the van in November- December area and have no problems… everything is good like they said and they offered me plenty of maintenance tips from there shop and all. I really don’t trust used dealership but this one really was great and wasn’t pushy. I would definitely be buying another car from them! Our Van! Thanks guys
