Pay 25 a month for unlimited washes, and it's worth it for sure. The vacuums on the side after you come out the wash are significantly better than the ones at the front before you pull in, just FYI. If you come during the early after noon there isn't many cars there that you can take your time detailing your car however much you want.

Our car looks clean after so I'd definitely recommend. The vacuum suction is also very strong so it sucks up all the dirt and sands. I'd bring your own microfiber towels to wipe down the car.

I like when the attendant points in the direction I need to turn the steering wheel but I keep messing it up anyways and they keep trying to help me. Clean car, Convenient vacuums. 10/10

Hello I just wanted to share my experience that I had this Monday the 16 and Friday 13 2024 and other days that I have been going to the location 1195 Baker St. Costa Mesa, CA. Every time that I drive by to get my 4 cars in rolled in the 50 % summer special I get an employer by the name Angel Ramires (I doubt is his name because when I ask him he took time to tell me his name and did not want to tell me) That constantly do not want to give me that receipt every time that I take any of my cars to wash or wants to teach me manners by telling me every time when I ask for and air refresher or wipe. Something shady is doing with the money. Just will not give me the voice My partner and I get hassled by this individual every single time that we take any of my cars to wash. He is extremely rude likes to argue every single time when we ask for and extra air refreshment and makes raciest comments about my. We have been going to this place for more that 10 years and never had any problems with any employee that works there except either Angel Ramirez. Every one at this location is very accommodating but this Angel Ramirez (goatee) need to change his bad attitude towards customers and learn customer service 101. His demeanor is extremely aggressive, and disrespectful. When I told him about this behavior I just dismiss me by shaking his and give me the finger. Some one has to take care of this problem employee is this location if wants to have customers. After my 50 % special is over I will not renew it and I will make sure never came back to this location. Thanks to this individual. No one deserves this kind of service or treatment. I just hope that some one takes care of this employee.

Car is worse than when I brought it in. Tons of curb rash because the boozo guided me in wrong. Large parts of the car, like a rear look like they weren't even touched

Came for the vacuums only but can only be used by people buying the whole car wash. I just cleaned my car and didn’t need the wash. I would have paid for just the vacuums.

"Headlight Restoration" I had my headlights restored here, and the difference is amazing! They were cloudy and dim before, but now they’re crystal clear. I purchased their $10 (Best) car wash. The result was extremely disappointing. The car was not much cleaner at the end of the car wash and it was at the beginning of the carwash. That having been said they have plenty of vacuum stations and the vacuums are reasonably powerful. The people who work there are nice. However, I would not recommend going there if you want to get your car clean.

Avoid at all costs! $14 for a basic wash and the machinery is so old it doesn’t even wash. The vacuums don’t work and the staff is incompetent. At Fast 5 down the street to Harbor you pay $16 for 2 washes and new technology.

Cheap $6 basic car wash just to get a quick clean. I like that there was a guy at the start just making sure you’re getting car set up correctly. I would be comfortable sending my mom here. Have vaccines available too. In and out quickly even with a line.

I had been several times with ok results. The most recent time the machine heavily gouged 2 of my wheels. Showed the employee who agreed that the carwash caused it. Filed a report and was told the owner Jasmine would contact me. Owner never reached out.

Had a very negative experience with Omar was disrespectful and poor customer service experience. I have been coming here for years and never been treated so poorly. I had asked for a simple air freshener and Omar refused to give me what I requested. He never gave me option to pay extra for it and once I spoke with manager Martin was given option and yet Omar still had a negative attitude with me. He clearly doesn’t know how to treat a customer that has been loyal. I’ll never go back.Omar needs to be educated on how to treat his customers. Martin should have stepped out of his office to handle this in the proper manner.

??? Questionable wash. This used to be a must go to place. Here’s my most recent wash. I could tell something was off because of how quiet it seemed. Well no scrubbing and. You can still see all the dirt. And no I don’t go off roading. It’s a Honda for gods sake. lol. This was just dirt from the recent rains. The one plus is their vacuums on the back side are amazing. I’ll pass for now or ask about a quality assurance that at least this shouldn’t have happened. I was a wash club member before but had to cancel when I moved out of the area.

I'm not sure about this car was. I came back to re-wash the car, because of this leftovers on the trunk door and bumper. Even on the second time looks like this. I have to finish it by my self. 👎 But the guys at the window were nice&friendly. 👍
