I'm a membership customer who washes my car at least 3 times a week here. It's a good wash but there always seems to be something that requires extra work on my part. Today there was tire treatment around the entire lower portion of my car. Last week grease dropped from the brushes. Sometimes the drying rollers create more mess than help. The vacuums are terrific and they give you access to an air gun to blow water from cracks. The grounds are always clean. Update 4/21/18 my previous complaints seem to have been remedied over the past several months. Haven't had a single issue. The staff is always available to address any problem immediately.

Homeboy at the front was really kind and cool. They got a discount going for their anniversary or something on August 4th. Go see these guys, for $10 you get the deluxe car wash package which pretty much has every category checked. I went on a Saturday around 1130am and I didn't wait one second. Not in line for the wash nor finding a bay to use their vacuums and such, which by the way are FREE. I would as advise bringing your own drying cloth, but you can buy one from their machine for two bucks.

Fair pricing. Free self vacuuming with car wash purchase...machine wash..have black mercedes and it cleaned it well, bad was is easily noticed on my car..very satisfied..got what i expected...they are open now during pandemic..no close contact with employees, just bring something to sterilize vacuum to be safe, or wear gloves..could be virus on vacuum handle. I just skipped vacuum to be safe

Car hood was scratched during wash. I drove home and called them about it and was told they are not liable because I left the premises. I absolutely would NOT recommend this place. And if you decide to go anyway, check your car for damage before you leave so you can advise them and they can prepare an incident report. My car is a 2020 and now has a scratch with complete paint removal. I completely regret ever going to this place. This was my first visit and it will be my last.

This is a great drive thru car wash if you don't mind doing your own vacuuming. The vacuums nominally have a 5 minute limit but there were plenty of open spaces when we were there and nobody rushed us. We choose the $11 "Super" wash. Next time I would probably try one of the cheaper ones, because I still had to clean some dirty runoff on the wheels. The back window also had a film of some sort, probably from one of the waxes. However, overall it was a great wash and a nice place to visit The restrooms were clean.

It's close to my home, quick, and was a breeze to go through when I wanted to give my car a wash without spending a lot of time. At first look I almost pulled into the audio place next door, because the drive looked a little small but I noticed the in arrow before it was to late. They have a few prices $6, $8, and $11 with some add-ons for tires and premium wax. The wash came with a dash wipe as well, but no air freshener which was the only downside. Overall I've been looking for a new car wash place close to my place and I've found. I'll definitely be back.

My go to place. I get the $11 or $13 wash and its worth it for the extra care. The vacuum is great, cleans up really nicely. The little air tool too (dont know the name, pressure tool?) Really gets the small particles or crumbs out of the corners and hard to reach areas. The staff is friendly and its overall great. Very few times has something been iffy and when it has been, the staff has been nice enough to handle the situation in a professional manner.

This is my first time visiting this car wash while on the clock. I work as a shuttle driver, and decided to come here to clean my vehicle between trips. I chose the premium wash, which is $13 and not a bad price compared to other places. The drive-thru wash process seemed a bit rushed but not too bad! The equipment seems to be in okay shape and does a pretty decent job of washing the vehicle. I did notice the soap distribution over the vehicle is a little off and this is probably due to clogged valves or low on soap supply? I feel like the drying process is the part that's really rushed, as I ended up having the hand dry about 40% of the vehicle. There are plenty of vacuum bays at this location, which is a plus! The vacuums have powerful suction and there's also an air hose to blow dry excess water in those hard to reach places. Parking space in each vacuum bay is a little tight, but manageable. I wasn't able to open my driver side door completely but I was able to dry off the door jambs and crevices. Pros: reasonable rates, plenty of vacuum bays with powerful suction, air hoses at each bay, equipment in decent shape, excellent hours of operation (opens at 7 am), product dispensers available, towel ringer and sink available Cons: wash process seems a bit rushed, especially the drying sequence, parking in vacuum bays a little tight but manageable, cleanliness in vacuum bays could be better, soap and other cleaning products distribution are a little off

The car wash is a big help with our busy schedule. I wish the tire shine would look like it actually applied something to both of our cars. We pay for the gold car wash.. See attached picture and you decide if the tire shine actually worked. Other than that, be careful when entering/exiting the wash. The attendant tends to crowd the cars too close together and when exiting the wash several cars nearly get into rear end collisions. Please manage this process better. If cars are not pulling out, don't continue sending more cars through causing grid lock and possible rear end collisions when exiting the wash tunnel.

One Of The World worst Car Wash i have ever Experienced . Paid for the top program, Went In and out with the same dirty car. People who are working there have absolutely no customer service. They are only looking for a fight when you share your Complaints and they have even told me “show us what you can do” . This will end for sure at the Better Business Bureau and Claim Court, for the rip off there, but also for the rudeness, disrespect and attitude. I wish rating can be done with no stars But System does not allow that

This is one of the worst drive-through car washes I've ever been to. It left my car with soap on the roof, back windows, and trunk. There was also water all over the car. They did let me go through the wash a second time for free, which was kind. However, the same problem again; it left water and soap spots everywhere. Maybe this wash would be worth it if they lent you free towels to dry your car with. But for $8 basic wash, you can get a real Carwash (and dry) down the street at Fast Five.
