I bought the 39.00 car wash, windows inside and out, vacuum interior. 10$ extra for dog hair. (Worth every penny) You must know exactly what you want when you go there then watch them like hawks, check everything before u leave and ask them to redo if needed. (Extras on my plan: mats 2$ each to wash, seats 4$ extra to wipe down, etc.) My 50$ was well worth it for me. Spotless floors, clean car, clean windows. Better than 150.00 for similar elsewhere. I had them redo some vacuuming before i left. They redid graciously. Its well worth it for me to do extras myself. Nice people . They will do exactly what you pay for and do it well. Be sure you order what you want!!! Be informed!!! Empty your car yourself before you go in . On a sunny day, longer wait . On a gloomy day, short wait after 3.

Really nice to get your car washed a little bit of spray wax and hand vacuumed door jambs cleaned for 20 bucks. Great value! They have a more detailed service for 30 might be worth checking out if you're going to sell your car I think it's very well worth it

Ignore the pennies but i thought this included an interior wipe down as well and the gearshift and foot areas by the door were ignored. When trying to get change for a tip i was ignored completely and when the other customer pointed me out the guy just said "oh yeah, but he has already paid. But YOU (talking to the lady) are ALLLLLLLL set." Now with that said, literally everything else is awesome. The attendant guiding me in was very vocal and helpful getting my car aligned for the wash. The drying guy did a killer job as soon as my car started rolling out of the wash! 10/10 for all but the cashier (manager?) for assuming. Would still go back 👌🏼

Since there are not many choices for full service car wash places in Eugene, this was my best option. I paid $50 for a mediocre car wash. I was traveling from California where car wash places are a dime a dozen and cost about $20 for a complete full service job and all the places I go to do an excellent job. They charged $10 extra for pet hair!! Now, the car WAS really dirty as we had been traveling for a month but they didn’t clean it completely and there were missed spots and they didn’t vacuum the back of the SUV at all. Plus their customer service was awful. It was like I was putting them OUT by being there. I’m not sure how this place stays in business. Maybe because there aren’t many to choose from.

Prices are great. Always friendly attendants, and the hand pre-wash is definitely a preference for me after trips where bug guts are involved. This is my go-to car wash!

Great monthly deals! They do a prewash and have lots of options. Will detail in and out. They do a good thorough job. When I break down the price vs time and energy it's worth it. I pay 40$ a month and wash my car at least 20 times in a month. Owner prolly hates me. But it's his deal. And my car is always clean. For 40$, totally worth it.

I guess I’m giving up on finding a reliable full-service car wash in the Eugene Springfield area. While this place is quick, their attention to detail is lacking.

Took my granddaughter to the coast and came home with sand all over, crumbs in the seats and chocolate milk on windows and doors of my BRAND new car. (There was a battle between the granddaughter, straw and chocolate milk, the milk won). Anyways, after paying almost $50 with tip, you would think all is good. Well a couple days after getting my car cleaned, I cracked in my back seat to get some work papers and that's when I seen the chocolate milk still all over the door and a few streaks on the window and crumbs so in the seat. This is the third time I've been to this place and each time I have been disappointed. The drive through car was doesn't even seem to get the hood or the trunk. It's an older establishment and usually manned by just a couple people. I will not be returning to this place.

You call this clean? I paid for the wash and detail plus extra for the seats. Here is the result. (And no, it wasn’t that dirty before I came in.)

Got the "ultimate detail" for a car which hasn't been washed in over 2 years (was sitting for a year then used daily) kids had left crumbs in the backseat, it was a mess and I was happy to pay the very reasonable price for the package. $34.99 plus $8 for the floor mats and a $10 tip. I would have tipped more but they definitely rushed. The exterior was consisted of the car going through the machine which washed the sides well. Bumpers and roof were nearly completely missed. Interior was vacuumed out by the staff who did very good where the did a good job and did very poorly where they skipped it. Seats were in very good condition after being finished but the corners of the floor were mostly all missed and still had lots of dirt and debris that were very easily removed myself at home with just one more pass of a vacuum. Trunk was the same. Rear windows and front windshield were cleaned, front windows and rear windshield were missed completely. Spots were missed on the windows that had been cleaned, and I had to go over them again myself to get it "perfect" I asked to have the rear windshield cleaned after they were done because honestly it was pretty filthy so I wanted that taken care of before I left. Door jambs were cleaned as part of the package. Spots were very obviously gone over once with a rag and dirt streaks were left behind around any bump or curve in the door. The hinge area where the door connects to the frame was missed completely on both the door and body. Armorall wipe on interior, much like the rest of the work, was done really well on some areas and completely missed on others. The interior of my car does have grease stains which would have required scrubbing but were also easily removed at home with some elbow grease, but other obviously spots still had dust and grime that were simply wiped off. Wheels were cleaned as part of the package. I recommend staying on the street for a while after your wash because the shine stays sticky and will get completely dirty if you go on gravel, but that's obviously completely on me. Overall 7.5 /10 I would go again if I wanted most of the work of a good wash done in a half hour so I could use another hour to finish it myself instead of spending much more time detailing completely from start to finish. Side note: it was 90something degrees outside and there was more cars waiting to be cleaned. They aren't gonna spend an hour plus per car getting it perfect so if that's what you want, they have different packages, or go to another auto detailing place and expect to spend $200++ Edit: You can choose to include scents at the end. The one my S/O had chosen is SUPER strong. We drove for a few hours, left the car for a few hours, and when coming back to it you can smell it from a couple hundred feet away with the windows just cracked an inch. I'm not into it because I think "a clean car doesn't smell of anything" but the S/O likes it.

This car wash is simply unethical and is far from its “mission”. I needed to wash my car just on the interior and I paid $20 for it. They didn’t wipe my seats, didn’t clean the floor mats, etc. (see pictures) The person working there said the $20 only included cleaning the doors, console and middle arm rest (wasn’t even clean). If they would be honest and disclaim that, I definitely would not have paid $20 for it. I asked for the young guys superior, he said he was it. I asked for his name, wouldn’t give it. I’m not expecting a $100 detail wash but $20 dollars for this?? They even had the nerve to put the air fresheners on my back seats. Definition of abuse. Emerald Valley also has a towing truck company. They are literally hunting for people (in my case, a college student) to screw $300 from. I didn’t realize they were the same people until I went to their car wash.

The employees are not very kind. They want you in and out as quick as possible. That leads to a terrible job. When getting my car washed, the employee did circular motions with the brush, and you could see there was heavy pressure being used. I can totally believe people have gotten their car scratched. There’s light scratching on mine and I definitely checked beforehand. I found it weird they were using the same cleaner for my windows, my seat wipe, and quite literally everything else. I was told it’s not even a multi purpose cleaner either. I will not be going back. If you care about your vehicle, this is NOT the place to go.

I qa sputting my Audi S8 in a local car show so I got the "Elite wash and detail" for $39.99 but was charged an extra $8 without notice or mention on my receipt (I assume for cleaning my already clean floor mats x4). We went through the automatic car wash, which only took about 2 minutes. It seemed short to me. We then went into the detail area and watched as the car next to me had their trunk opened and cleaned, but mine was not even opened and left dirty. My center consoles and door compartments were not vacuumed out at either. Nor, were my back seat cracks. My drivers floor mat was placed on top of the gas pedal, which almost turned into an out of control issue, which is scary in a V10 capable of over 170mph, luckily I was able to pull it off before anything bad happened. Overall, I would not suggest the detail service here.

In the spring, my mother gave me her remaining pre-paid car wash coupons for Thurston Car Wash, which was purchased by Wild Willy in February. When I noticed the change of ownership in June, I asked an employee how long I could still use the coupons and was told "through the end of the year, we will stop taking them in January." Perfectly reasonable. Today, I was told 1) they stopped taking the coupons in October; 2) there was no possible way that I had been given incorrect information back in June; and 3) they would not honor the coupons one last time. I've been there three times since June using those coupons and not once did an employee alert me to the approaching expiration. Nope. There are plenty of carwashes in Eugene/Springfield that are more convenient with easier access. For the sake of $10, Wild Willy lost a customer with five vehicles. Well done, Wild Willy.

This place is nothing but a money grab. The prices are absurd for what you actually get, and there’s absolutely no value in the service. Every other car wash in the area is cheaper *and* does a better job without rushing you through like you’re an inconvenience. It genuinely feels like they care more about squeezing out every dollar than providing even basic quality. Honestly, at this point, hit me up. I’ve got a shop vac at home and will clean your whole car better than they do for five bucks. At least you’d get your money’s worth lol. Slick Willy (that’s the owners name!) isn’t a very good owner. You can totally tell he doesn’t know what he’s doing and was handed down a business. The replies you can see in some of his review replies show that; it’s everyone’s fault but his own when an issue arises.

Do not go! Two weeks ago I took my brand new car in for an inside/outside clean and as soon as it came out of the car wash my husband noticed the scratches. My car has small scratches all over the whole car. It’s black and shows everything. As soon as I called for the worker to come over to see it he told me it wasn’t their car wash before ever seeing it. Like I said it’s a brand new car. It hadn’t been through a car wash yet. The guy was the “manager” and told me he didn’t see anything. I was told the owner wasn’t there and I could fill out a complaint for and if the owner felt it worthy he would contact me. I’ve tried calling multiple times and have left messages with no call back. There was absolutely no customer service and no care at all.

I want to like this place because they offer something that I think is a great idea - a cheap version of a car detail. Unfortunately they do such a lousy job that it is just a disappointing experience that isn't even worth the $50. The wash was good, but the "detail" was a total joke ripoff. They cleaned maybe 50% of surfaces. Left tons of obvious dirt and stuff. Vacuuming was badly done. I ended up spending another 10-15 minutes cleaning it myself. They forgot my air freshener, too. Probably best to avoid this place. They don't take your business seriously.
