The ladies working at AMPM on Roosevelt the morning of September 20th 2024 were unbelievably rude when I had my car die on my way to work. They threatened to have my car towed at my expense rather than help me push my car out of the way. I'm 5'1 and barely weigh more than 100lbs but I was able to push my car onto the busy road myself to get away from their rudeness. Thank you to everyone else who helped me today who doesn't work for AMPM. You are the real MVPs in this town.

Went to this gas station at 6pm, they had no attendants and only a single person running the shop. He refused to help me and said he couldn't leave. Though technically open 24 hours, don't expect to be helped if you come here during reasonable working hours. This flagrant violation of the law goes against both Oregon House Bill 2426 and the Americans with Disabilities Act which require gas stations to have someone on hand to assist customers with fueling. The management here broke the law with their staffing practices, and I don't recommend this station.

No service offered even when in the "full service" lane. Twice now I've had the attendant just sit on their phone even when I pull in right beside them. Worst service I've seen.

Pretty sure my gas attendant was high as the rest of four corners as he asked me not to pump had me pay inside and circled my car for +8 minutes scraping nonexistent something off the ground with a knife.....but after I honked twice (late for work) and asked him if he still wanted to pump it he realized he was at work and hopped right to and was so expedient he even pulled it before it was done! Inside workers are great. Decent prices.

After getting gas at this service station, I decided to use their car wash machine. I put the car into neutral as instructed and did not touch the brakes or the steering wheel until the very end, when the "Go Now" sign lit up. I did not touch the brakes or steering wheel while the machine did the wash. Towards the end of travel, the machine pinched or grabbed the front left tire/rim and pulled the car back before releasing it. This mechanical action happened approximately three times. The "Wait to Go" sign was lit during this time. Finally, the machine released the car, the "Go Now" sign lit up, and I could pull forward out of the car wash. This car wash mechanical action did not feel right, so I checked both front Tires/Rims when I exited the car wash. The front-left driver's side rim had two areas: the paint was removed from the rim, the underlying metal was marked up, and tire sidewall damage was also present. This was a direct result of the mechanical action at the very end of the car wash, as this rim had zero marks before that. In fact, the entire car has zero dents or marks anywhere, as it is a new car, and I have been taking excellent care of my new Acura Integra 2024. I spoke to the car wash attendant and pointed out the damage, and he dismissed me by shrugging his shoulders and walking away. I went inside, talked to someone behind the counter, and described the incident above. They said to come back the next day, 11/25/23 and admitted to me this had happened before. I called and spoke to Scott, the manager, who said he would get back to me after talking to the owner, Sunny/Sunil. No one ever got back to me. I have a $660 replacement cost to bear for tire and rim replacement because the owner is not an ethical businessman who does not care about customers. This naastik man is never to be trusted and runs a horrible business, which I would caution others to avoid. I am also compiling a more detailed report to send to all sales/service managers for Kendall's 250 dealer network in Oregon. Their extensive database of new car owners must be warned and avoid the ARCO Am/Pm on 2815 Roosevelt Blvd, Eugene, Oregon. I will be filing additional legal documents as well.

So it looks as though the gas attendant that was not meant for the job, is no longer working there. However, you guys have a lovely, not really, young girl working either nights or graveyard. She is a vial and extremely rude to people. I started to come back after the attendant was no longer there. I know her name but won't put her on blast here, I'm way too old for that drama but it's the girl with long dark hair and glasses.. name starts with an A. It's too bad. I know how hard it is to get a good staff since I've managed many restaurants and bars as well as being self employed for several years. You guys just opened recently this last year and it takes time to get the perfect staff. Everyone else I've come in contact with besides those two, have been amazing! It's a hard job dealing with the public, especially in that area. We desperately needed a gas station there so I'm looking forward to coming in without being harassed. You guys are awesome, just a couple of bad apples. Remember, each customer that has a bad experience will, on average, tell about 8 people and those 8 people are sepereatly telling several more people. Basically, one bad experience can cost you 48-60 customers and quite possibly more. This is not including bad reviews. Again, your store is awesome and I usually love coming there. I hope you guys can weed out the bad and get the goods. ✌️❤️ Let's keep this city polite and the care in our communities up. This is a beautiful city.

I went there specifically because they have the only Crypto ATM 🏧 within 50 miles where you can Buy & Sell BTC. The next closest one is in Silverton. Most crypto ATMs only let you buy crypto. This RockItCoin ATM also allows transactions for a few other cryptocurrencies too. Smooth and quick transaction. They do have KYC enabled and ask some basic security questions to help identify that you're not submitting the transaction because of being scammed by fake utility payments, etc. All in all it was a good experience. They're rates are kinda high. But, it is what it is. Then I bought something at the counter and the clerk was friendly, too.

No gas attendant. Thought by law you had to have an attendant for those unable to pump gas. I rarely see one. When I go to call and ask about it, their phone number doesn't work. Not sure why I keep giving them a chance. Disappointing for sure.

Large space. Easy enough access. In and out without any problems. Self serve or service on demand.

UPDATE: Joey found my my keys and kept watch until he could return them to me! Thank you! I just wanted to give a 5-star review and shout out to Joey, who works at the car wash. About a week ago, I accidentally sucked my keys into the vacuum. Joey did an incredible job of managing the steady stream of cars coming through for washing while also taking apart the vacuum in search of my keys. He even sifted through the trash and got dirty on a hot, humid day. He truly went above and beyond! Thank you for your help, Joey. The world needs more of your kindness and excellent customer service! 🙏

Came in to use their restroom with no intentions on buying gas or items but was lured into a pitch from one of the employees. I have been in car sales for over 3 decades and know all the ins and outs of it all. This kaden guy was on fire he sold me on downloading his app inexchange for a pizza plus a discount on gas. I ended up leaving this store with a tank of gas a pizza and car wash. I have only put Chevron gas in all my cars for mlre than 20 years. This fella took 20 minutes out of his day to convince me to fill up with arco and not my normal Chevron. Cannot get out of my head that I walked into a store to use their restroom and ended up spending $80 and left with a new perspective on arco. Good job to them all and lots of positive energy inside. All perfection besides this guy asking for money on the side of the building very sketchy guy

I want to recognize Jason for his incredible kindness and assistance the other night. I discovered I had accidentally locked my keys and cell phone in my car while getting gas. Jason not only offered me his phone to make a call but also took the initiative to help me get into my car. He even found additional help and successfully opened the door. Jason was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond truly a lifesaver. Thank you Jason!

Jason Spoon was our gas attendant and was super helpful and friendly. He immediately came over and started pulling out debris from the bottom of the windshield and hood where it collects from trees with the biggest smile ever! This is a great example of someone doing their job to the fullest with the best attitude possible which is so rare these days. Thanks Jason we really appreciated you!

Got premium here last night (I usually go to a station closer to my job for premium) for one of my motorcycles and went a quarter mile home. Today I left the house and bike could barely run. Drained the carbs and tank and there was about 6-8 ounces of water. I only bought a gallon and a half of gas. Seems like the premium sells slow and water collects in the tanks. I will continue to get diesel here but unless you are getting diesel or regular, go somewhere else for premium. Never had a bad experience with the staff, they've been inatentive but friendly on the rare occasion they do come out to check on you.
