I like this place but now it seems like the mighty dollar is more important than a clean car. I have noticed that they rarely do the wheel wheels so my cars are not cleaned. My suggestion is get more help so you are not running cars through so fast and not getting our cars cleaned.

Awesome place, Amber gave me a free wash and they offer the best vacuums and the biggest part is theres ready to use microfibers that are slightly wet which is perfect for drying or cleaning your interior

It's a beautiful car wash, but I have to agree with some of the other negative comments. They charge $12 for a standard wash, most of the other car washes I go to only charge $8 and they will do the pre-wash of your vehicle as you're pulling into the car wash itself. The other problem is there's a lot of dirt that they missed, especially on my tailgate. I have to go rewash it because it looks terrible. So, not a very good deal, I would recommend using the other car washes, there seem to be a lot of them around now.

I really liked this place my first time there so I bought the membership but now I’ll be canceling it. They are so quick to send you through even when you’re the only car there that they don’t spray your car before so my car is still dirty after. I’ve been there 5 times hoping it was just that one time but nope it’s every time!

They are very detailed and willing to help with anything you need. Even power washing my rubber mats that do not go on their in cleaning machine. I love that they provide everything I need to clean the inside of the car as well.

These guys are awesome and always Helpful and kind. Today they were having computer issues, but they were still open and letting cars get washed. This very cool in my book to keep a business open to keep customers happy even though they can’t log everything exactly how they should. It says a lot about how they appreciate their customers.

The staff is always positive and ready to help. I have been using them now for almost a year and have found them to be very consistent. Whipping towels are always ready for me to use. Interior spray bottles are provided for detailing my windows and upholstery. The self cleaning tools(vacuums, air spray hoses, and clean towels) are always in working order and in great condition. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly.

Great concept but not executed so well. Parking lot is pretty tight... do not take a long vehicle in there. They do not dry your car but they say they provide free amenities, towels, vacuums etc. However there were no dry towels to use so I had to use one of the maybe 8 pre-used towels that were around, oh and they were still wet, vacuum hose was not even long enough to reach to the backseat of my truck. The wash itself was mediocre at best. Still had to use the wet towels to remove the rest of the bugs and dirt that the wash didn't remove. I feel the price was a bit high for still having to dry my own car. Pros and cons to the whole experience but I will not return.

Been to alot of these types of car washes. If there is a white water in your area I'd highly recommend choosing it over the competitor. I've got a 1/2 ton truck, suv and a sports car that we use the monthly membership on. And even in different parts of metro detroit when we pop in, we get great results. Special shout out to Tony and the team off highland rd tho 👏

When I first started coming here the wash was excellent. They use to take their time spraying down the vehicle before the wash. I was next in line and I watched the person's vehicle get sprayed down and it was needed but I also needed it and they rushed me through without even spraying vehicle down and brushing front or rear window, tailgate and wheels. The workers are not consistent when it comes to spraying down the car before a wash. When I asked about why they did this the response was we rely on the chemicals to do the job and that was from a worker, not the manager. Well so do I but don't you think that the build of of dirt which is gritty will scratch the paint once it hits the spinning pads? Some of the vacuums had very short hoses compared to the rest of them and sometimes the compressed air is not working due to the cold. They compressor tanks need to bled of moisture which collect condensate due to temperature changes on a regular basis. That's regular maintenance when the air temp drops dramatically. They have gone through a few managers and many line workers too. They also raised the price of a car wash a year later but the quality dropped since then. They are polite I will not dispute that. Nobody's is perfect I understand that but if you want to keep customers coming back or getting more membership then maintaining and delivering a quality service and product will insure that. Bring that back the quality and stay consistent and I will give you a five star rating.
