This location is hyperfocused on selling memberships. Perhaps a pre clean station will entice membership purchases . The car wash process leaves alot to be wanted.

We’ve been a member at this car wash for a few months. Wash gets the car clean and the vacuums always work great. Convenient members only line with automatic gate. The employees are always nice and helpful. Today, Bobby approached and asked if I needed any help and we ended up talking about cars while I cleaned. Very personable and good customer service.

Excellent experience from start to finish! This car wash offers more than just a wash and vacuum, they also provide towels, air to help with detailing, and air fresheners, which really sets them apart. Abigail was amazing and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and great customer service made the visit even better. Best car wash in town with the best prices. And a big thank you to Ms.Clare she was very friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. My car came out looking great, and the service really stood out compared to other locations. I highly recommend this location! They have towels accessible and other amenities for your car. Getting a membership here from Clare was quick and easy on which membership to choose she’s a lifesaver! Thank you! The monthly subscription is definitely worth the price for the quality that you get.

Came to this car wash and it’s pretty great! Got the cheapest $10 car wash but they have clean unlimited towels and cleaning solution complementary along with top notch vacuums, heavy duty mat grippers, and air pressured cleaner at every station for crevices in your car. You will leave from there with your car looking like it was detailed professionally. I wish I’d come to this place sooner. If you have OCD, you might want to come with someone or you’ll be here all day. I didn’t feel pressured by anyone to buy a membership, but found out later my husband already has one.

This Whitewater location is one of the best I’ve been to. The amenities are all there plus extra more. It’s just shiny and new.
