Made an appt at 8 am. Told it would take 3 to 4 hrs. Dropped the car at 7:55 am. Come back at 10:45 and they haven’t touched my car. Ask about it and owner says I have an attitude and gives me my keys. Thanks for wasting my morning.

We’ve been going to R&R for years but super disappointed in this last window tint. We took in a brand new truck with paper plates to get window tint. A month later my husband was pulled over for illegal tint so we called Roy. He said that’s what we asked for. No we did not. Then he says illegal tint he only takes cash payments. We paid with a credit card and have a receipt. He’s not willing to fix his mistake. He kept on about “In all my 30 years…. Blah blah blah.” Sir you just admitted that you install illegal tint for cash. We are now having to dispute our credit card and get the tint removed somewhere else and redone. Not a happy camper.

We’d never bring our car here again. Earlier this week my husband made an in-person appointment for this Saturday. They told him to bring it in at 8am and it’d be ready around 12pm. My husband called to check on the status at 12:30pm and was told that they hadn’t even started on it yet because they were tending to a truck. Wanted us to give them 2 more hours to even start on it and it probably would’ve been a rush job. Bad customer service and it shouldn’t take all the employees to work on one truck and ignore the appointments other customers made.

This place is great! I needed last minute detailing done after someone cut me off on the highway and I ended up with smashed eggs on my seat and carpet. After getting turned down by 2 other places, Roy agreed to help me out. They did a fantastic job at a fair price and everyone that works there is so damn nice! The business is owned by two brothers and they’ve been around for 30+ years. Their shop is a bit out of the way for me but I won’t be taking my car or my family’s cars anywhere else moving forward

Just moved to the area and decided to bring in my new black Titan that had hard water spots over the hood that were driving me crazy. Heard nothing but good reviews from my girlfriends family who have used this business for over a decade. They did an amazing job detailing the exterior (didn't order an interior detailing) and were able to remove the hard water spots that I wasn't able to get off washing the truck myself. Overall great attention to detail and all for a decent price. They also provide nano ceramic coating which I'm planning on getting next month. Will update my review once I bring my truck in. Update: Ended up taking my truck in for a ceramic nano coat I mentioned in my last review.. Just want to say I'm disappointed and honestly have that kind of sick stomach feeling of being ripped off. This wasn't the job I was expecting when paying hundreds and hundreds of $$ for a detailing job. What first made me skeptical was how fast it took. They took it late in the afternoon and gave it back first thing the following morning. When I researched nano coating online I saw that it's around a 5-6 step process. But the results showed me they probably only washed the truck then sprayed a nano coat and wiped it down really fast. There was no mirror finish or brilliant shine. There was smear marks all over the entire truck. And TONS of swirl marks. Which is super noticable on black paint. Attached a photo below. This truck is only a month old. And I've only ever washed it one other time which was the last review I left here. All in all I wasn't pleased with their service. And will be detailing my own truck from now on unfortunately.

I took delivery of my brand new 2022 VW Golf GTI last week, and dropped it off with R&R in Pearland earlier this week for a full front high impact PPF and full car ceramic coating. From the initial text and phone conversations, meeting Rene, his brother and their crew in person my experience was fantastic. They showed me around the shop just because, and that meant a lot since Ive been a car guy all my life. They sure do have some nice cars and trucks up there. I shopped around and Rene beat everyone else’s price quotes, and the turn around to get my new ride back was twice as fast. Rene answered all my questions and talked me through the entire process. Took a recently purchased 2012 Honda Odyssey to them and it looks great! Have a baby on the way and wife wanted a clean van and R&R “delivered” what I needed. Highly recommended. Additionally, I had the van “cut and buffed” and it came out looking amazing. Paint was opaque and I thought it needed a new paint job but R&R pulled out a miracle on this van.

I judge my experience on this place by the quality of work that I received on my tint. I left with bubbles in the film of the tint. The man Roy said it will take a few days to go away or else come back. Why would I come back for another horrible job regardless of a “5 year warranty”, on a 2024 vehicle. Took my card for my payment then overcharged my card and didn’t say a word about it. I talked to the other employee about it and his response was “this is America”. That’s exactly why they deserve a review. I attached pictures of the job done and you be the judge. This place doesn’t deserve your time or money, believe me people you can do better by not coming here.

Horrible service and even worse customer service. Now I know why no one goes there anymore. I knew as soon as I got there they were going to do a rush job and sure enough they did. Dirt marks still and around the trunk. Sure smudges around the trunk and license plate. Called to voice my concerns and the guy immediately got defensive and started cussing at me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Said I needed additional services to get the car cleaner and when I asked what he started name calling. Apparently the guy has never looked in the mirror. I’ve used them many times before and will never go back. They may have been the only place in town and around 20 years ago but not anymore.
