The mat washing machine has been broken for months. The pre scrub stations now only have dirty water with no cleaning solution mixed in. I have two $40.00 membership’s & we may wash combined 5 washes a month. At the O’Neal location the tire shine roller has been broken as well. Do I understand that equipment does fail “yes” but this is just plain neglect.

The WhiteWater Express Car Wash on Seigen LN is great.They move very fast. The gentlemen Avery Smith is always polite, energetic and welcoming when I come to wash my truck. Love the option of the towels to wipe your vehicle down afterwards as well.
