My favorite spot is the central location, the soap tanks are on point the staff is Friendly and courteous and the cleanliness of the lot is impeccable. It’s my number one location out of all the spots in Baton Rouge.

I've had a membership for many years at Geaux Clean/WhiteWater Express in Central. Recently, I got sandwiched in the wash between two vehicles so I decided it's time to part ways and I urge you to do the same after you hear my story and realize this can happen to you, too. Unfortunately, WhiteWater does NOT have the best interest of the customer or customer satisfaction in mind. On 4/13/25, as I was directed to enter the wash, I was quite nervous being the guy directing kept looking in the opposite direction while motioning me to drive forward. Upon entering the wash, I felt unusually close to the car in front of me and same for the car behind me. With suds covering my windows, I couldn't see a thing but could feel something wasn't right. I was sandwiched in between the two cars. The wash attendant was quick to point the blame and advised all 3 involved parties that this incident was not Whitewater's fault and insisted driver 1 did something to cause his car to come off the tire track causing me to hit him and the truck behind me to hit me. Car 1 driver insisted he did nothing to cause this incident and recalled feeling his car shift shortly after entering the wash. Per our request, the attendant pulled camera footage to see what happened. The footage only shows vehicles entering the wash. Once inside the wash, footage must be requested at corporate level (a 3-5 day process). In an attempt to give driver 1 the benefit of the doubt, we filed a police report with CPD to obtain more information as to who was actually at fault since the car wash attendant assured us continuously that it wasn’t the washes fault as they wash over 700 cars a day and this doesn’t ever happen. On 4/22, driver 1 said the officer informed him he's still been trying to catch the manager to see the cameras inside the wash. On 4/24, after giving them ample time to provide information (8 business days to be exact), I left a message at Whitewater requesting their insurance information. On 5/8, I requested a copy of the police report and was told it was in progress. On 5/16 I called the officer for an update on the police report. He said he’d been by there at least two times and they’ve failed to provide the footage. Today is 5/19. It has been over a month with no word from the car wash except an email I received wanting me to renew my membership at a discounted rate. I've talked to others who've stated they've heard similar situations occurring at the same location and it's apparent the car wash is quick to blame the customer. I've also talked to many others who feel uneasy with being guided in the wash lately. In fact, two friends who visited the wash this same day felt the same as I did upon entering the wash. In reading up on this, most reputable washes have sensors that detect issues and prevent accidents inside the wash. Be mindful, this location does NOT! I urge you to consider spending your money at a wash who has this kind of sensor so this does not happen to you. **UPDATE** You respond and say you set high standards and would like the opportunity to learn more and make it right? It may look like a good response from an outsider, however, I've given you every opportunity to make it right starting with the message I left on 4/24/25 requesting your insurance information. No response. I've been a customer for MANY years, you could've easily looked my number up in your system had you wanted to. 6/3 update - the officer visited again to finalized the police report. This time, he was informed that the manager was in an interview and couldn't come out. The manager relayed word to the officer that they no longer have the footage from inside the wash therefore the officer had to finalize the report essentially incomplete. So, what frustrates me as the customer is the manager, workers, and WhiteWater knew there was an issue at stake but made no attempt to resolve this while the footage was available?? Meanwhile, the front & rear of my car are damaged. You've destroyed the evidence and expect me to take up with my own insurance??

Best car wash I have ever been to in my life!!! The colors of the soap were amazing and so incredible to look at. I love the sound the sound of the washers hitting my car and windows it’s so ASMR coded. I also loved the service as the guys washing the car jumped and screamed in joy and cheered. Overall amazing experience 10/10. I will be coming back.

Love coming to WhiteWater…it is clean, well maintained, and your team is always helpful!, today I was lucky enough to have Trevon assist me. I went through the car wash and vacuumed my car. I got the vacuum hoses twisted and he came to my rescue. I didn’t have to search around..he just appeared. Thanks for the help, Trevon.

I’ve had a crappy week & debated even taking my car to the car wash. However, as I started vacuuming Kyran came over & asked if he could run my mats through the machine for me, as I had them out. Without hesitation he did so.. and even ask if he could help me vacuum the other side of my car. Appreciation for this young man is an understatement! He made my entire day!

On Sunday, November 16th, I went to White Water Express with my husband and our baby. The wash was not busy-only one truck was in front of us. The employee guided the truck in and immediately waved us forward, placing us extremely close to the vehicle. A few feet in, with soap covering our windshield, our car started shaking. We honked for help. The truck ahead fell off the track and got stuck, and both vehicles hit each other several times before the system was stopped. We filled out an accident report, and my husband called Central Police so both sides could give statements. The officer reviewed the camera footage and you can clearly see how close we were let in and how both vehicles collided multiple times. The car wash said someone would contact us within 72 hours, but no one did. My husband went back several times that week, and each time he was told something different - either the manager didn’t know about the accident, wasn’t there, or would “get back to us,” which never happened. On Saturday, November 22, he finally met with the manager and the area manager, Brian Kimpel, who joined by phone. Brian was extremely rude, hasn’t watch the video yet, but immediately blamed the first driver, insisting his truck was “too big” and that we should go after his insurance. Because of their poor communication and constant excuses, we decided to contact the insurance. On November 24, Brian emailed saying he reached out to their Loss Prevention Department. Today he left a voicemail saying they are “moving forward” and want us to get three estimates. We have already submitted an estimate to our insurance, who is now handling everything. At this point, I do not trust this business. The employee did not line us up correctly, didn’t monitor the cars, and allowed two vehicles to collide multiple times. No one even asked if we - or our 18-month-old daughter - were okay. The explanation about “big tires” makes no sense. My father-in-law has the same Ford F-250 with the same tire size and uses this wash regularly. And if the tires were really too big, why did the employee let the truck enter? All I want is for my car to be fixed. The body damage doesn’t look terrible, but sensors are no longer working—driving assistance, emergency braking, and cruise control etc. I also had to replace my baby’s car seat on Graco’s advice. If you drive a truck like an F-250, be careful. This car wash will likely blame you for anything that happens. After researching, I found several people with similar experiences who are still waiting months later for any response. I don’t expect anything from the car wash at this point, but I wanted to share my experience to warn others. Update 12-6-2025: I contacted the corporate office after the comment posted under my review. It has been well over 72 hours, and nobody has responded.

In the last 6 months the have been closed or down for repairs or it's been dark and the outside lights were not working at least 4 times so I had to go to next nearest drive through was and pay out of pocket. I'm a member at this wash so I pay them already if it works or not. The towels they provide to dry your vehicle are not dry, and their is a sour smell in the actual car wash like sewage. If these things are not corrected I will be canceling my membership. I go about 2 to 3 times a month so I thought it would be a good deal but half the time lately I have had to pay elsewhere.

I had such a great experience at this car wash! My car came out spotless, inside and out, and the staff were super friendly. Kirk even came by to check on me while I was there to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of customer service really makes a difference! always been a great car wash . However when I pull up . I don't need 6 grown men leaning on a machine just so they can put my card in to pay for me, I can read I don't need them to stand there and read to me, they need to go do something there is no reason to be just standing there on their cell phones. And then the entire time I'm trying to detail my truck I have girls walking around begging me to leave a review on them even though all I have watched them do is walk around on their cell phones . You would think if y'all needed reviews that bad y'all would actually put these guys to work but no we apparently need 6 of them standing at the machine so they can assist you putting you card in to pay. 🙄 I'll wash my truck at home from now on .

I went to this car wash the other day and I just couldn’t help but say how wonderful it was. It was an experience i’ve never had with any other car wash. my car entered the establishment more dirty than a stripper and left cleaner than a modest christian. And must i say, that greg heffley looking kid really knew what he was doing, he should get a raise! Anyways, 5 out of 5 for me! I will be back

Came here to get my truck washed and a young gentleman man named Grant helped me with the payment machine. 10/10 service and 10/10 vacuums. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needed a car wash to go to. Not over priced very fast very professional.
