I like the way they manually scrub the front and back of the vehicle. I own a Jeep Wrangler, and this really helped clean my jeep.

My original review of this place was 5 star I still would be going there but the customer service has gone down hill drastically. My last two visits I have went to the monkey junction location. Each time I've went there the car wash is not drying the cars off that well. Then I park next to the cart with the drying towels (I only have one leg and have trouble getting around sometimes) on it the last two times I went the towel cart is empty so I walk up to the attendees and ask for towels first time Matt told me to walk across the lot to get towels from another cart . This time to my amazement yohnny tells me to do the same thing. If they don't want to have towels on the cart by the car Matt machine why don't they just remove the cart. I was a monthly customer and have since canceled my membership I'm paid up till the 10th of Dec but I might as well go looking now. I called the manager Dave and told him about it and it seemed he could care less.

I went to this car wash and the guy told me they had a deal that month where it was pay for one car wash today and get that same car wash for a month, then I ask is this a membership and he said no and asked him again so this will be my only charge right and he said yes then I get a 53$ charge a month later

Updating this review after only 1 Year since my 5-Star: Splash N' Dash has been my #1 wash since it was opened. We use it for our vehicles which include a Jeep, Ford truck & three Land Rovers on the Ceramic Shield monthly membership. Splash N' Dash has, in the last year, declined so far in cleanliness of its facility and proper wash operation we have cancelled every vehicle we had on a membership. The wash has countless nozzles and sprayers that are completely not functioning or just clogged from lack of cleaning. Unfortunately now I’ve switched to Fins carwash by AAA on College. Hopefully someday Splash N' Dash will work on cleaning the wash. Attached are the photos of the last wash I’ll take from here. Rinse nozzles for water we’re so clogged water barely came out.

Absolutely worth buying a month package even if you only want 1 wash. I haven't used the vacs yet, I plan on it! Only complaint is the random times the membership lane is blocked off, I don't know why but I leave when that happens since I don't usually have time to wait. It's fun to watch people try in the cars to line up the wheel, thank you for that entertainment.

I want to save any driver from the experience I had and not go through what I am going through. The price is awesome but now instead of just paying $7, I am left with buying a $300 third brake light for my SUV and all because my car is is older than 5 years. Yes, I have looked at junk yards but none for my SUV in this area. While I understand this, I advice anyone who goes here to be careful to check if you have any loose pieces on your car before going through the car wash especially if it’s older than 5 years because nothing will be done.

The two people were extremely nice and helpful right off the bat. The lady that helped with the card machine and the gentleman that helped with the prewash. The VALUE here cannot be beat! After the car wash, there are free vacuums that are very, very strong (not surprising) but also free microfiber cloths to use (with bins to return when dirty) and inside car cleaner and window cleaner to use. For $16 for the "Medium" wash a got a very clean car, on the outside, and for a bit of elbow grease and the provided materials, I got a beautifully detailed car, again, of the inside. Oh, how I had missed that, and it is good to have my baby looking fine, once more!

For only $17, you can question whether or not they actually have an undercarriage wash & use the free all purpose cleaner to completely wipe down sections of your vehicle that were entirely missed! Jokes aside, I normally go to the one on south college. If you want to feel like you actually got your moneys worth, avoid this location. Could’ve gotten more done with a water hose.

Over half of the vacuums were not working. I had to move my car 3 times to get to a fully functioning station. Very disappointed. This has never happened at other locations. I'm hoping it's a 1-time problem

The car wash experience was very bad. It's more of a rinse. My car was still dirty , and you'll see that by the picture. I could basically write words all over the car and see where my finger wiped off the dirt the car wash didn't. It was especially true on the rear of the car. You essentially have to re-clean your car using the sprays and rags they provide at the vacuum station. It also scuffed up my wheel covers. Paying a little extra for a full service job would have been much better. I could have done it at home in the same amount of time, when you consider the time driving there, and ended up with a much better job.

Careful - a younger male associate on Friday(yesterday) charged me for a membership and provided me no proof. I requested a sticker, as I was a member in the past and remember the auto scanning stickers. He claimed they would just look me up when I got there next time. I even asked are you sure and was confused. Today I pull up for a wash and “James” at the gate refused me service, after confirming the price I paid does match up with the membership cost, and acknowledged the bank charge on my account. He told me the previous employee must have not actually signed me up and just charged me, and then advised I could pay again or leave. He made the cars behind me back up and me leave the line, when I called the phone for management, not only could I not reach management but nobody picks up the phone at all. I will dispute this charge with my bank and advise everyone not to go here.

UPDATE- I just took my truck through (got the Silver this time) MY truck still had dirt on it but Javion sent me back through for Free! AWESOME customer service right there. Now I'm a customer for life. Next time I'll have get one of the plans they offer. As car washes go it's pretty good. I ran my rental car through on the basic. I like the fact that the vacuums are free and the provide sprays and towels for wiping the inside and glass. Price is good. Will definitely go back.

Donnie and Ashley were both incredible — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I pulled in. Their customer service alone would make me come back! The wash itself was fantastic, my car looked great, and the vacuums worked perfectly. Even the parking lot was spotless, which shows how much pride they take in keeping everything clean and inviting. Today I got my car washed at Whistle Express, and my baby looks brand new! I have a monthly subscription, which is super convenient and cost-effective especially with three small children. Being able to come as often as needed for one monthly price is a huge win. The staff was very friendly, and Donnie was especially helpful.
