We originally started coming here three years ago when we moved from New Jersey. It was Finn’s back then. The pricing was great. The people were always available to help you. Now that whistle has taken over it just not the same. You sit and wait for someone to come out so they can try to upsell you. You can no longer use a credit card by yourself. The associates used to walk around and try to help out now they just sit inside. All you have to do is read the other reviews regarding the customer service and how it’s changed. We used to bring our cars here weekly but now we need to shop around and try to find better deals. Now it’s just an ordinary car wash.

$18 car wash leaves 2020 vehicle covered in dirt, pollen. Mentioned issue noticed on trunk, but when I got home and parked in the sun, I think more dirt was actually left on than taken off. The free vacuum and towels are nice, but if I can't get what I came here for, a simple car wash...I'm good. Nice young lady offered me the option to run my vehicle thru a second time, but I had zero confidence it would yield a better result.

Car wash was great, vacuums were great, just wished I had know prior to going in that it might break my mirrored license tag! Told guy on-site, he was very nice and said I will be with you in a minute, waited for about 10 minutes but had to leave to go to a friends

I’ve been a loyal Whistle Car Wash member for a long time, using their wash multiple times per week without any issues until recently. After my last visit, I discovered two dents on my vehicle. When I reported it, they sent me to get an estimate, which gave me hope they would do the right thing. Instead, they essentially called me a liar and refused to take responsibility for the damage. The way they handled this situation was unprofessional, dismissive, and beyond disappointing. After this experience, I will be canceling my membership immediately and will never return. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Brett the manager helped me with my membership: he actually advised me to get the better package for my first month because it was a better deal than the one I wanted! All of the employees are VERY kind and helpful! I love that they provide feedback vacuum, cleaning cloths and cleaning sprays with every car wash! You can also get an air freshener every time you go through! This is a wonderf place to wash and clean your car!!

Used to love this place, recently I noticed my bumper had a big patch of paint missing. Not from being hit, just odd. I had been leery about going back since seeing the damage: I didn’t make a claim, I just wanted to change my membership plan to something less aggressive. (The damage is a defect in the paint which would be exasperated by an automatic washing) Was unable to do online (which when it was fins, I could.) reached out to support and they told me I needed to go to the original location to change payment or plans. 3 emails later and I’ve gotten nowhere and charged for another month. I sent feedback, no response. I moved and that location is no longer convenient or on my way anywhere. Horrible customer service. Why have a website if 1) the location isn’t even on there 2) you can’t manage your account online. Now I’ve got to call the credit card company and do a chargeback. I was in the middle of moving and I should have contacted about the damage when I first saw it. It’s a bummer that Zendesk doesn’t give customers any service whatsoever. I won’t be back. UPDATE: they canceled my account but charged me 6/8/2025 anyway. The cancellation email came last night. Worst of all, nobody has reached out. The bumper is getting replaced but I won’t be returning to this car wash. They simply don’t care.

I received horrible service and deceptive response from management. My side view mirror was mangled when it went through the car wash. Car repair shop stated it was not repairable and had to be replaced by dealer. I filled out claim and was told I would receive a response in 2-3 weeks. It took 6 weeks and what I was led to believe would be a favorable response turned out to be a flat denial. I am totally dissatisfied with this car wash Whistle Car Wash express (3430 College Rd ) and strongly advise anyone considering using their services to go elsewhere. I am going to file a claim with Bertter Business Bureau and consider action in Small Claims court Totally Dissatisfied Customer

JOHN at the pay station is a 5 Star helper from God! Because of him I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE COME SEE JOHN AT WHISTLE EXPRESS CAR WASH. JOHN IS VERY KIND AND PATIENT AND WILLING TO HELP, AS I was unaware how to use the system or what wash I wanted. He took his time to explain every wash and the membership program. He helped me make a decision for my situation at the moment. I am very grateful for him. And he should be the manager because his patients was exemplary especially for a young person in comparison to other places or car washes that I won't mention who I've been to who have no patience and rush you through.
