Got my black tahoe pretty clean but still left some soap on it and the vacs weren't working. Attendant stated it could be a few weeks before they get fixed

Went through car wash yesterday paid $17 for their car wash to damage and scratch and take off paint off my hood of my 2017 Chevy Tahoe talked to a rude manager named Justin and he denied everything and said they weren’t paying to fix anything and to take him to court. I will be filing this through small claims court and will be filing with my insurance and they can fight it out. Justin sure did make the wrong decision here since his car wash tore up my was beautiful Tahoe very disappointed and he could care less about the situation he denied any liability and never even looked at my car. CAUTION TO OTHER DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE THIS WASH WILL TEAR UP YOUR VEHICLE. I didn’t even get offered a refund for the wash. It’s sad all these car washes open up in wilmington but take ZERO LIABILITY WHEN THEY TEAR UP UP YOUR VEHICLE.

Disappointed! After reading the review, I thought I would give this place a try. I bought the second from the highest wash as it has things that I thought would be nice like wheel wash. Couple little extra things I thought would make it really nice. Cost me $21. I get into the wash. I barely take my seat belt off and we're done already, which I know they don't take forever, it was just a lot quicker than I expected. I turned the corner where I can vacuum and clean the windows, get out of the car and notice the wheels don't look anything different than a quickie wash but it also missed half of my hood. I had to take a rag and cleaner and clean, actually clean the hood. I will say the people that work there sure are all very very nice. Can definitely see why there was no line.

Usually great but yesterday I went and it sounded really rough when I went through the car wash. Turns out it ripped a trim piece off the side of my car and broke all the clips holding it in place aswell as the glue. Not sure how safe this car wash is on a car if it is rough enough to rip off something like this The vacuums and free air fresheners are great though.

doesn’t spray enough water on your car before the spinning brushes so they scratch your car, doesn’t even get the bugs off of your windshield, and the tire shine thing scratched my rims up.

The car wash worked fine. However, purchased a package to also have tires shined and when I questioned why they never did, they stated it’s a new company and no one ever really complains because they’re usually monthly members. The gentleman explained that they can’t always guarantee the tire shine for different kinds of vehicles. I explained that it would be best to let people know that ahead of their purchase. The whole reason I purchased the upper level package was for the tire shine, because the sales rep mentioned it.

Got the 16 dollar wash with tire shine. Well the car was like all others, but the tire shine was a joke. Now all for wheels look like a cat pee’d all over them. What a waste of 5 bux’s.

I have been a member since Feb 2025, with the basic unlimited wash. I will admit, the the convenience of multiple locations is great, but each location is just a tad different...Hence, 4-stars. At my first, joining location, the line to enter is always very slow. However, they are equipped with air compressor guns to blow out all the leaves and tree gunk that get stuck in tight places. Another two locations DO NOT have the air compressor guns (disappointing). ALL LOCATIONS are plentiful with drying towels, glass & all-purpose cleaners, and the employees are consistently professional & courteous. Vacuums - some locations need to increase the suction power. I have to go over spots multiple times and still have to manually remove debris. I would like to suggest allowing add-ons, such as a wax. I didn't upgrade because it's not necessary to wax with my frequency of visits (3-4 times a week). It would save me two-to-three hours of hand waxing with my arthritic hands. In all, definitely worth $15/mo for me.

Please allow single wash paying customers (not only members) to use the built in purchase screens. As a customer, we should not have to refuse subscriptions to your tablet employee every time we need a carwash. Your marketing is too aggressive for daily living. And how about accepting cash??

This type of car wash is new to me, but it's a "we clean the outside, you do the inside" kinda deal. $15 a month for unlimited washes is a great deal. Vacuums are plentiful and strong. Microfiber cloths and glass cleaner are provided. It's a cool setup, but if you're looking for interior cleaning, special waxes, or detailing, look elsewhere. Otherwise, this is probably all you'd need.

Nice car wash David the atendent was very helpful on getting my AAA discount. I am spending about 10 dollars less for the same wash And they had towels everywhere unlike the other car wash I went to. The equipment is new and works better then other places I've been that have worn machines for your mats

Best carwash in the area. The man in charge is a super guy. I wouldn't go there if it wasn't for him. The assistant guy in charge is a named Matthew. Super guy too! I purchased the monthly package and all I do is drive up, it scans my license plate, the gate opens and I get my car wash. They do a great job too!! I also can wash my car as many time I want!

I went here on Saturday the 19th of July. An attendant asked to help me with my car wash. I said I wanted a basic wash, he used a mobile pad to select the wash (I was unable to see) I gave him My credit card. Then it processed I asked for a receipt, the attendant said we are paperless. I said what did you charge. He couldn’t answer me. I asked if he was being trained to not communicate charges and do it in a way customers don’t know what’s being charged??! He replied, “I’ll let management know your concerns.” No manager on duty to speak too. No professional

Employees are kind and helpful but a gentleman named Mark went above and beyond! Ive never used ome of those matt cleaners before but he took time out of his day to explain it to me and show me how to clean my matts correctly! I typically dont sign up for subscriptions but with such wonderful customer service and thorough washing, it pays for itself in a beach town like this! My car seriously thanks you and so do I!

I have a white convertible and arrived here after a 10 hr drive so the car was filthy. Tye was was impeccable and so nice to have powerful vacuums with both crevice and wide attachments. Plenty of microfiber towels and interior/window spray.

Do NOT Use the Mat Cleaner — and Don’t Expect the Owner to Care I stopped at Whistle for a car wash and then pulled into the vacuum area to clean my car mats. When I used the mat cleaner, my mat was completely eaten by the machine. One of the employees came out to help, and I ended up standing in the rain for nearly 45 minutes, holding the machine open while they tried to get my mat out. They used multiple crowbars and eventually had to rip it free. My custom mat was ruined, and by that point I didn’t even have time to finish vacuuming my car. There are plenty of cameras on site. The employee called the owner to ask how they should handle the situation. The owner didn’t realize he was on speakerphone and said, “Tell her there’s a sign on the machine that says ‘Use At Your Own Risk,’ and that’s it.” Respectfully, if a machine has to be “repaired” with crowbars and tape, it shouldn’t be available for customers to use at all — especially when employees admitted this problem keeps happening. I was told someone would follow up with me the next week. It has now been 60 days, and no one has contacted me. I’ve tried calling back with no response. Very disappointing experience and even worse customer service.

My car is a target to local squirrels in my neighborhood, so I went to Whistles Car wash Wednesday night for the first time to clean off my car’s driver side. Not only did the wash barely make a dent on the surface but the loader, Logan, sent me in right after the car in front of me, leading to a collision near the end of the wash tunnel. When seeking recompense, they said that my car(2010 Camry) was above the 5 year age limit for a claim and I would have to seek civil action against the other party involved. No integrity as a business and a horrible experience overall. Save your money…
