Paid for the wash right under the top Diamond tier and them machines didn't do shit. I normally go to a guy who does outside and inside for 35.. power wash. Wax etc. The two dudes who start you off don't even look like they love their jobs and barely used the brush before the machine. This place is trash. Ill never go to a machine base car wash again. I felt like I had to wash my car my self by hand after. TRASH!!!

Car was really filthy. Had brush with bug remover at the entry. Car wash had passenger side brush inop in middle of system. Good vacuum and air blower. Decent value for money spent. No drier person nor tire scrub.

It was my first visit it was absolutely wonderful the only thing I would say to add is maybe try to put one of the little air compressor guns by where the mats get washed so that people can dry their mats while they're hanging up. But I had an absolute wonderful visit

Customer service is always great. But this car wash is the most rundown of all Jax's Whistle Car Washes. (I got spoiled by Mayport Rd.) My car exited still extremely soapy & still dirty. There were 3 cars behind me & I didn't have time to wait & to go through again. Previous visit my car was also dirty, so not a one time thing. Not to mention, most of their vacuums don't have hoses. As this is the closest location to my house. I'm canceling my membership.

I use to like coming here but I will not be back . I got the ceramic plan (27) dollars . & the lady comes out she runs the car brush across my windshield and my back windshield not my tires or the sides of my car and that was it . There was no one to dry my car off like it was before . I go to the vacuum area and look at my car my tires had hardly any shine to them at all when that was ONE OF THE PERKS of getting that plan , they looked as though they hadn’t even been touch ! Either get some people to work for you that wants to do their job or shut the place down but if I’m paying almost 30 dollars for a car wash I expect for my car to look decent . I will not be back !

Linda and Elizabeth have made this place a pleasure to come to again. Unfortunately previous management had no control over their crew and it started looking very nasty and dirty and they're just wasn't any care or concern. But these ladies have brought it back to the classy place that it should be. The walls and floors are white again like they should be instead of covered with mold and dirt and whatever else it was. Vacuums work the site is clean it's wonderful

We were very disappointed with this car wash. My husband brought his truck here last week to get a wash, he was told that there was a deal going on that you can get your first month of the membership at the same price it is for just one car wash, so he bought the membership. After he went through the car wash and got home, he realized that only of his tires had tire shine on them. And then he noticed that the tire shine flung off of the tires onto the back of his mirror and all over his step. So when he came back tonight for a wash, he noticed that it was still on, so we went to the employee and he rudely said to us, Well what do you want me to do about it? And we so nicely asked if he had a cleaner or anything to get it off and he was so rude to us and said I don’t know what you want me to do about it. So then my husband went to try and clean it and then the employee so rudely handed my husband a piece of paper, and said here cancel the membership yourself. We are very disgusted with how we were treated and we intend to cancel our membership after this month and then find a different car wash.

I wish I got the name of the attendant who took my payment today. He was very motivational and did a good job of explaining the choices for me. I also appreciated the work of the young man who brushed some of the stubborn areas on the front and back of my minivan. I wish there was someone who could have scrubbed the top of the van as it’s usually the toughest part of the van to get cleaned. The vacuum cleaner did exceptionally well and reached all through my van. The best $20 I invested to get my van cleaned!

I've been a monthly member since the establishment opened. This location on 103rd in Jacksonville is the worst. I'm here now it's 530 pm. Half the vacuum hoses are missing and 4 of the ones up and running barely work. It's a shame I live 5 minutes from here but mostly drive all the way to park ave in orange park Florida because they seem to care more about the property. Everything there works and it stays cleaner. The workers are good people on 103rd but who is responsible for the upkeep of the work stations. Seems we pay quote alot for the convenience to wash and go. Please fix the issues at this location.
