HUGE THANKS to Miller and Tyre !!! After almost 2yrs. of membership problems and NOT getting our car washed WAY too often, these young techie guys figured out the problem that corporate could not and resolved it!!! Now we can get all the car washes we want at any location 😎!!! I cannot in a few words tell you the work these guys did for us, but these are the kind of guys you want working for you. We almost canceled our membership and now we are members forever💗

I’m a member of LUV Car Wash, and I couldn’t be happier with it! It’s a fantastic place for a car wash. The wash is always thorough, and the dryer leaves my car looking spotless. I love the sticker Fragrance that they provide I also love the extra touches, like the mat cleaner and towels they provide. Kind & helpful staff. Company needs to better serve customers who have multiple memberships in one household with affordable pricing. Better pricing for multiple vehicles would bring more business. Packages offered for multiple vehicles are over priced.

Very friendly crew. Good job for most part just the rinsing and Drying could be better still had soap and water on the trucks windows and tailgate. U guys did have clean towels and glass cleaner, that was a nice touch vacuum work great.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is just unacceptable. This place has devious and shady business practices where they enroll you in a monthly membership without your knowledge or agreement. I have already been through this before and took every step to ensure it didn't happen again, even asking the attendant "are you sure this is just a one month wash and I'm not going to be enrolled again?" and I just found out I've been getting charged SINCE NOVEMBER. I will happily remove this review and add a good one if someone helps me. I want a refund for every single month I didn't use the car wash, which was all of them after the initial month of November to December. This is infuriating to experience at a time when everything is already way too expensive. I have spent over $120 on a car wash I didn't even know I had access too. Please someone help me because the customer service line is good for absolutely nothing. **When I log in to my Luvs account it does not show a single active membership but I am still being charged for it. How is this even legal?

Had a great experience at this car wash! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and our car came out sparkling clean. A big shoutout to Luis who went above and beyond—he was super helpful and even hooked us up with some extra air fresheners. It’s the little things that make a difference! MR PAUL WAS GREAT!!! My car had just been splattered with concrete and he recommended that I take her to get a power wash first, because regular brush would cause scratches!! When I returned , he helped me get the remaining concrete off!! What. Gentleman! What great guy!! LUV you have a great jewel in Mr Paul!! I’ve been here a few times and the quality of the wash gets worse every time. I paid for the 22 dollar package today and was left sorely disappointed. I’m looking at my car and going clean where? There’s bird poop on the windows still. Bugs all over the back of my mirrors. I scrubbed those and my hood before I came so they aren’t weeks old bug debris. They were fresh. The towels smell awfully sour and the light at the end of the was is broken so it just says GO! the whole wash. Some silly little teenager is going to put their car in drive way too soon. I guarantee that. The older gentleman who helped me pay was fantastic but that’s the only positive thing I can say.
