Absolutely amazing service! The car wash was spotless, quick, and efficient—but what really stood out was, Kendrick. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kendrick took the time to make sure every detail was right, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

Horrible! Have a membership and the features provided as well as the functionality of the equipment have been deteriorating. Today the left side of the car didn't even get washed as it went through the car wash. The scrubbers weren't spinning on the left side! Don't waste your money here!

Paid $17 for a basic single wash with tire shine. 3 of the 4 tires were shined but the fourth wasn’t. The staff offered to run through the wash again but I had just spent 10 minutes hand drying the truck with a towel and was in a time crunch. I asked for a rain check since I wasn’t able to run through again right then and was told no. I will be using other car washes around town in the future.

Just got done with my car wash I got the most expensive one that they had the wash was OK but went to the vacuum was alright. the air compressor was out of service they had no sign saying it was out i ask a worker and he told me that only had one for all of them and it is broken and I said u need to have sign letting people know it is broken bc ur car wash is not cheap it was better when it was camel wash they was much more on top of the game

The staff were quick and very easy to get along with. The grounds I went to clean my car were also stocked and the towels were present. I had no issues.

I canceled my service and they've been still trying to charge my card for different plans one for $20 and the other one for 32. This company sucks when it comes to canceling subscription what if I needed that money and they kept taking it out over and over again and I didn't notice it even after I cancel.

Have had a membership for 3 years. My card expired and I attempted to update my card. The female manager charged me for a single wash instead after telling her 4 times I was updating the card for my membership. Went back 3 days later to do another car wash (because my car was still filthy after just going through it) and was met by an extremely rude manager named Ethan. When I told him I wanted to update my card he asked if I was going to come back in 3 days a complain to someone else that i was sold the wrong thing. I was truly baffled at how Ethan spoke to me as a long term customer. I asked for a managers number and he pointed to a name and number hanging on the wall. When I called that gentleman he informed me he retired 1 1/2 years ago. The car wash doesn’t clean the car, the managers are incompetent and rude, and you would be better off going to literally any other car wash.

This location has fallen off REALLY BAD... I'd been here since it was Camel, which was great, but now that it's Whistle Express, the staff is lazy-looking, unfriendly and rude, the equipment is ALWAYS faulty, location network is limited, it's just gone downhill fast... I just switched to LUV and it's 50x better!!!! Equipment there is maintained well, you get 2 washes per day instead of just 1, pressurized air is POWERFUL, staff is ON-POINT, it's just a better overall experience. I wish the best for the Whistle team, but I was forced against my will to move on. Hopefully the proprietor sees this and makes some necessary adjustments or just allows LUV to acquire them... Either one.

We spent 30$ on the Diamond wash. Two times through (with their Sparkle Assurance), it's STILL dirty. Will not recommend. Pictures provided are after the first and second wash.

Car wash is pretty good. They did take out the bug washing station, which results in running car through washer multiple times if you a lot dirt or bugs. The vacuums and air have either been neglected or turned down. Vacuums are almost useless. The air has been turned off.

Good local car wash. Friendly staff. Love the free vacuums. They also have glass cleaner, car interior cleaner and microfiber cloths available for use. My husband washes his car here, too.

Wash was great although I had some questions about the tire shine. Tire shine applied at this location doesn't pop like how they look at the Atlantic blvd location. Vaccume suction power is really weak. The suction power used to be the most powerful I had ever seen. Now they struggle to pick up dog hair and dirt. Customer service (Manager) was awesome.

Blowers hardly ever work.. and the drive through wash they have isn't the best. I always have alot of soap left on my car and the air dryers they have doesn't do a decent job at drying before you leave the bay

Paid for diamond car wash and was assured by employee the wheel wells would be clean and if not they would wash it again and if that didn't work they would scrub/pressure wash it off. 2 washes and although they did hose and scrub the wheel wells, the car wash nor the scrubbing cleaned my vehicle.

This place used to be amazing. They always had air fresheners and towels. Once it got turned into whistle from camel it got more expensive and the air fresheners went away and the clean towels are more sparce. The worst thing I had happen was I had an aftermarket rear view mirror and the tech who sends you through the tunnel hit it with the stick sponge/ mop thing so hard it broke it. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I do like the ease of coming here but wish it was a little more like it was. That being said the staff has been generally friendly which I've liked.

I had my car washed today at your location on Merrill Road because I was in the area. I paid extra to have tire shine added to my tires due to Employee upselling in the area where the car washes are purchased. At the end of the car wash, my wife noticed that the tire shine mechanism was not working on the passenger side of the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the associates in the building and he said that he was aware of the issue. I asked why were you still selling this feature if it wasn’t working to which he had no answer. This is false advertisement and a deceptive practice. If they are aware that the equipment is broken, they should notify each and every customer about the issue before offering the service but instead they continued to upsell their product . I don’t recommend anybody using a company that knowingly sells a defective product. This is definitely my last visit to your car wash. .

I had an outstanding experience at Whistle Express Car Wash! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the wash itself left my car looking brand new. What really stood out, though, was the customer service — Cannon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. You don’t find that level of service everywhere these days. Highly recommend this place for both the quality and the people. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in just looking for a quick wash—and left as a monthly member. I’m not usually the one who cleans my car, if I’m being honest, but pulling into Whistle Express Car Wash and being greeted by Phil completely changed the experience. Phil was friendly, informative, and brought such great energy that it instantly set the tone. It’s honestly smart business having someone like him welcoming new customers. Before leaving, we even had a good laugh about my driving skills after I clipped the curb and scratched my rim—but despite that, my car still came out sparkling. Thanks, Phil!
