Would not recommend this car wash whatsoever. Rude staff, left a big scratch on the back of my vehicle (to the left in the picture), and i pulled up to three different vacuum spots and none of them worked. I will not be wasting my time here again.

Clean facility. Nice staff. But 2 out of the 5 times I’ve gone, my rear windshield wiper has been ripped clean off. The car wash itself just seems too rough. I feel like it’s causes scratches all over. Bummer.

I was greater by Dvoyea, who was very nice and friendly. I just wanted a basic wash and it only came to $10 which was great. I always like using the free vaccums afterwards too.

Very scrappy job on actually washing my car then not having any towels for drying ot cleaning your vehicle. Greenville Carwash is so but better and cheaper

Went to go get a car wash the other day. Was in a hurry and a young man, Evan, seriously could not have worked faster to get me in and out of there! He was extremely polite and well mannered, even though i did not get a membership that day, he continued to be kind and help me quickly. Thank you to Whistle Car Wash for being speedy and amazing while doing your job!

I was told by multiple members of staff that towels were out and they were on order. They also told me that the reason they were out was because customers either steal them or throw them away, even though they are resuable. They go in the top bin above where the clean ones go btw. Overall was very satisfied with how my car looked and how everything was handled. Will definitely be back

Love that there are towels and spray cleaner available after the wash as well as a mat washer and moderately strong vacuums. I came to this car wash back when it was run by Fins because they had very economical basic washes. Whistle Stop took over and prices went up but because of the convenient location and amenities I kept coming. The basic wash has always struggled to get my SUV roof entirely clean. I usually have to work at it afterward for a while. It was tougher than usual today, and the basic wash has gone up to $12 since my last visit. I do appreciate what Whistle Stop does right but I’ll be looking for an option that is better for me.

I love it, they have a $5 car wash option (which you don't see in many places) if you just want a quick wash. They have car wash plans for cheap and there's a deal going on as of 5/29/23 for the plans. They have the vacuum included with the wash plus towels, glass cleaner, air fresheners, and a machine that washes the floor mats all included in the wash price. My car looks good and shiny every time. They also keep upgrading this location with new features. All of the staff are friendly! They politely answer any questions I have and they helped me when I was interested in a wash club plan. Y’all keep up the good work! 👍 I highly recommend They're open for Memorial Day

First time here! Aidan explained all the details of each wash and got me through quickly with a smile on his face! I had just gotten back from a roadtrip with young kids so I was there for quite a while. I saw multiple employees rotate to make sure the vacuums were working well, towels stocked and the glass/interior cleaners were filled. My car looks great and I will definitely be back! My entire family and I used to frequent this car wash until today. My daughter ran her car through the car wash 2 days ago; after she got home and later that evening, birds did a number on her car. She could not get there until today and asked the attendant if they could please run her car again given the circumstances. Showed them where she had paid for it and told her they could not do it, that it would have had to have been the same day. This would have been difficult as she didn’t even know it had happened until the next day. So, we are no longer customers of this place. Can’t imagine this decision being made. Lost probably over $1000 of business as we have 4 cars and wash them often.

was very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. They ran out of clean towels and had no alternative available, which made it impossible to properly dry or finish cleaning my car. This feels like a basic operational issue that shouldn’t happen at a car wash

ZERO towels at the Lauren’s Rd location. One associate says they’re all in the wash at the same exact time. Not worth the time to stop. Vacuums laid on the ground and it’s a terrible wash.

This was the BEST car wash experience I've ever had!! My aunts car had been sitting under a tree for months so it had layers of crud on it that wouldn't come off. The two attendants, Dvoyea and Wyatt went above and beyond to make sure I left with a clean car! They even sprayed and wiped off the remaining sap. I was so impressed that I bought a membership! I highly recommend this carwash! Those two gentleman deserve a raise for thier outstanding customer service!!
