Went at lunch time so it was busy. Waited in line for about 20 mins. Finally got inside to pay and wait for my car. I saw it come out of the wash and saw them move it over to the side and promptly forget about my car. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a little more. Finally after it looked like they forgot about my car I found a manager and he a little rudely told me "we are busy and are low on staff" and I informed him that the customer behind me and the customer behind him had already driven off. Then I went inside and found the owner who was very nice and he apologized and said he would refund my 23.00 but it's now 4 days later and he did NOT refund my money. I will think again before going back there.

Best place I know for a quick detailed car wash. The staff has always been quite but respectful and good at what they do. I like the little things like cleaning the inside door jams, cleaning the glass without streaking and speed the get the job done. Price varies according to the package you select and the place is always busy. If you can go on a weekday it's best. Weekends could present quite a wait as lines are regularly long. If you work for BMW present your badge for a discount.

I am on woodruff rd 3 hours each week so I have been going here consistently since December 2016. Overall I am happy with the job. A few times the vacuum job has missed a few things like under the seats in the middle row of my van but mostly they get the job done. I have found that when they are busiest it seems I get the best wash and vacuum (which you would think it would be opposite). For the price though I am happy and they do great work.

Greenville car wash is the only car wash I go to whenever I’m in a rush and need a good cleaning inside and out. They pay attention to detail and have a supervisor who is checking on the cars as they are being cleaned to ensure quality. Usually you are in and out within 20-30 minutes depending on how busy they are. The guardian package which is 28 bucks is worth every penny, and includes a exterior wash, vacuum, and a good wipe down on the interior. The staff is always kind and the quality is superb. Please note that on busy days, the line can be wrapped around the building and almost into woodruff rd, but it doesn’t take very long for you to get in and out!

The worst car wash I've ever spent money on. Thinking that you have so many people cleaning the car outside, you'd think that the car would be spotless!? Well think again. They only cater to the white people when it comes to cleaning the car and making sure there aren't any spots. I even tipped them 9 dollars after paying 32 dollars to get our car cleaned ... You all should be ashamed. 🧿💔🤨

If you are looking for a full service car wash - there is nowhere else to go. For the price, this is truly as good as it gets. They leave my car spotless inside and out and their specials on Wednesdays make it an even better deal. They keep my car looking like new every time I go - I don't bother to go anywhere else. You shouldn't either!

I won't be back!!!!! $23 for shiny tires I guess. I go to a location like this when I need a good vacuuming and interior wipe down. Otherwise these new drive thru car washes will suffice. The guy taking the ticket comes across like he's mad to have a job. The vacuuming job was an embarrassment. Between the seats is what I need you for. And if you're just going to wipe over a smudge on leather seats why even bother. Seriously don't blame it on a language barrier. Good customer service is good customer service.

Great place to get good old fashioned car wash. They are very quick here and it's a great value for the price, especially when you consider how fast they do it. Definitely recommend unless you just enjoy washing your own car. I have gotten older now and hate those automatic washers. So I pay these guys and they get you in and out of there like clockwork!

I’ve taken My car here multiple times throughout the 3 years I’ve lived in Greenville. The service was great that why I kept coming back. But, the last 3 times I have taken my car it has been terrible. I just took my car today and the entire back floor was not vacuumed, the front windshield still dirty. Not sure what happen to the quality of service.

I frequent this car wash and I hope this review will be able to change in the future. However I have found the quality of work to be very inconsistent. Especially when it comes to the interior of the vehicle. One visit they would be five stars at the next visit it would be a one star. Unfortunately if this review was based on today it would be a one star. EDIT: I had 3 stars giving them an average, tried again now down to one...

I will be going back. My car looks good and they did nice job with the inside. There's a clean place to sit while your car is being washed. The package prices are not very clear about what's included , I found that confusing. The crew doesn't seem to speak English well and didn't seem thrilled to be there but they did a good job.

this place used to be amazing before they sold it. It was so affordable from $13-$15 to a car. They did an amazing job. Now the price went up, which is fine, but so not worth it. They have a lot of little kids working there, which is also fine, but they do not do a good job. Definitely miss old management and workers.I have gave them three try’s and they were all terrible. I would go to the lauren’s road one.

Absolutely horrible. I didn't notice until I'd already driven off that none of the interior had been wiped down. I have kids. Fingerprints were still literally everywhere, and dust on the dash. If I didn't have a meeting with a client I would have turned back around. I will definitely not be going there again.

I took my Chevy Silverado to wash it today I pay $35.00 for the service. But I’m not happy with the service. They 2 spots, one in the glove compartment and other in floor drivers side. I guess if I’m paying you $35.00 I expect a good job but not. Maybe not make a difference for you as a business but it’ll make a difference for I’m definitely taking my business some where else.

Over the years, the quality has really gone down here. This used to be a sure fire way to get a deep clean of your vehicle. The past three times I’ve been here (about once a year), they have progressively missed more spots and left parts of my vehicle dirty. The wait time I had today was 40 minutes, which would be okay if they had done a good enough job that I didn’t have to take my care somewhere else to get properly cleaned afterwards.

We paid for the mega wash ($31). Plus the extra $3 for rainex. They were fast and friendly but missed simple spots on the interior. Mainly dusting the dash screens and gauges. On the exterior both running boards still had mud and all the wheel wells. Disappointed for the price.

They charge way more than what Canopy Car Wash use to charge and do less than half of the job. $39 and you have to park into the finishing area yourself. They spent less than 5 minutes on it. They spend little effort on details.

DON’T waste your time! I’m big on customer service & I definitely didn’t receive quality service here! I came here Saturday & I had to point out dirt, dust, & stains to the young men that cleaned my truck. I had a Georgia Bulldogs tag on the front of my truck that they decided to take off. I had no clue! I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice it was gone until yesterday. I go back to see if they have it & young man brings it to me cracked & can’t find my 4 screws that was in it. I put in a concern/complaint only for someone to call me back today & tell me they can’t replace it even though they broke it! It’s not factory installed so they can’t replace it! I’m beyond livid that they think this is acceptable. I will NEVER return & I will definitely let everyone know to not go also. They don’t care about their customers at all! Go somewhere else that actually cares and that will do right by you!
