BE AWARE!!!! They charge you for membership you have not signed up for. They sign you up for monthly membership without your consent. Do not use this car wash it is not worth the hassle.

Car wash will absolutely destroy your clear coat. You will not be able to cancel via website or app. The license plate reader has never worked for me, and always requires an associate to reset the camera for me to enter the paint scraper machine.

So, got a short wash after I got off work, staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Jamie came and assisted me after I went thru the tunnel, towels were stocked, cleaner was stocked appropriately, cleaning supplies were clean and operational with no hiccups. Overall a great experience for sure. The attendant was nice and polite as well.

I never do these reviews lol I came to get my “smokey Grayish” 😂Lexus washed ! I stopped coming to this car wash because something was always wrong or missing when i pay alot monthly.. I took chance today said hey what the heck i got all this pollen on my car ! I see they changed management & KayCee helped me With Everything..today From creating my new membership to little tricks when comes to detail cleaning my car she was simply amazing !!

It’s hard to describe the experience I had at Whistle Express. All I can say in summary is that I came in for a one time car wash, yet felt like I left with a new family. From the moment I turned in, trusted my gut, it told me this was the place. Who am I to fight instinct? Destiny? Jamie was phenomenal. Not only did the outside of my car look amazing, but the inside was finely curated as well!

This was a great car wash. The people were friendly, vacuums always worked great, plenty of towels, trash was regularly emptied. Now it’s awful. I had to go to three bins to find a clean towel. I also had to move my car twice so I could find vacuums that worked and offered both types of vacuums on each side of the vehicle. The trash was overflowing. The guy who works at the front of the car wash was on his cell phone and stuck one foot out of the door and nodded at me to enter the car wash and then walked back into the building. Really disappointing and am going to cancel my membership.

Good clean car wash. Fast and pretty thorough. I have a pick-up truck and most car washes that are self service don't always get all the truck clean. This one did pretty good. Vacuuming was good and quick and they had plenty of accessories to finish the interior. One thing Greenvilles not short on and that is car washes and this one does not disappoint.

I went to this car wash this week and found the experience to be great. Firstly, I appreciate the worker David helping me decide which wash to get because I had never been there before. My black car that gets dirty after driving for 30 seconds was very clean. The conveyer belt also seemed to be easier to line my car up than the usual wheel track. Overall great experience and definitely going again.

Great car wash. My truck is always spotless. They have free vacuum and rug cleaning. Get the monthly plan, especially if you have AAA. Just go twice a month, and it will pretty much pay for itself.

A necessity for large families!! Great customer service here and phenomenal amenities. EVERYTHING you need comes with the vacuums: towels, spray, and the high powered vacuums themselves. The car was is amazing - my kids love every experience through it 🤣
