I don't know what happend to this place but I'm definitely never coming back, my truck is a metally black and you can see everything when is not done properly. I literally had to take my truck to a different car wash right after and do it properly because there was water marks all over and places that was never touched. I hate doing this because I don't like to complain but people need to know what they actually paying for. Just because you charge a fair price doesn't mean you can leave customers vehicles dirty after they paid for a service. Thank you!

I've been bringing my BMW X5 to Weekie Washee Car Wash for a couple of years for the "Full Service", but unfortunately, as of today, I've decided I'm no longer going to do business there. Today was the worst job they ever did on my vehicle. And, no, I won't go back and complain because I know someone there will give me some sort of snarky remark. Like today, when I asked them to please pay more attention to the rims because last time (and other times) they were only half cleaned. Usually, I go home and wipe down all the areas they missed, to include cleaning off all the residual bugs they leave on the car. Sometimes the roof was missed and the glass moonroof not wiped down. (and they charge me extra because it's an "SUV", it's not even close to being the size of a Suburban/Yukon/Expedition) I'd come to expect that this the best they're ever going to do and I'll always have to put the finishing touches myself. Despite this, I was always nice and left a very generous tip, and even more around Christmas. Also, they very rarely say thank you when they see me put the money in their tip box. I initially chose Weekie Washee Car Wash mainly because it's usually too hot outside to do it myself and because they advertise they "handwash" the car (they mostly use a car wash brush). Previously, I've had mobile detailers come to my home or work. I am extremely picky about my car and that all bugs and road grime are thoroughly removed. That's the right way to do it, and how I do it myself. The results at Weekie Washee have always been inconsistent, and mediocre at best. The attitude and professionalism of the staff is also inconsistent. Some of they guys have been nice and some were actually kind of creepy. I know how hard it is for a business to get good help around here. The owner/management might consider having strict standards across the board, and training all the employees to do the work correctly if they want to keep their job. The owner and/or manager should consider doing a QA check on each finished job. They could've had a good thing going with their business concept, but too bad for them the Quality Assurance is lacking. This is why I would never consider purchasing a more expensive package, or their Unlimited Car Wash deal, and definitely not ever let them detail or wax my vehicle. If they can't do the smaller jobs right, why would I trust them with anything more? So, it's back to the mobile detailer for me.

I have been going to weeki washee for years. Mostly they do a job that is just ok. I always get the “works”, and the windshield is never clean. The interior is lightly wiped down, with dust remaining everywhere. Tops of windows never clean. Door jambs are hit and miss - they usually get them, but not always. I really wanted to like this place because they are close and full service, but after years of tolerating mediocre cleaning, they left a sizable spot on windshield. They said it was tree sap (doubtful as I have no trees but possible I suppose). They wanted to charge more to use a cleaner that would clean it. I am done, and wont go back. Neither should you if you want to receive a cleaning on par with the price you pay. The photos were taken immediately after being “cleaned” with “the works” package UPDATE: the owner responded and called me a liar. I notice many poor reviews in the last couple of years. Rather than call an unsatisfied customer a liar, perhaps you should do the job you were paid to do. Your response says it all. The photos document the quality of your work.

I’ve been to Weeki Washee a number of times with various cars just to get “The Works” wash and it’s normally slightly better than one of those automatic washes for about similar cost. With them being Veteran owned and local I have to support them. Today I wanted to give them a shot to truly show what they could and make my Excursion (with its flaws) shine like new with a full interior/exterior detail. This team did NOT disappoint…they killed it! Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out! The price was fair and the service was spectacular. Truly appreciate the time the techs took and the level of detail put into completing my EX today.

It is hard to rate this place fairly. I have now been there three times. The first two times were pretty good. The third, not so much. The interior, was not even touched aside from the mats. The wash i get includes full interior wipe down. Sadly the same dust and spots I came in with are the same I left with. Very disappointing.

I have been coming here for a few years now, whenever I need to update the ceramic coating or get a good detailed wash on the vehicle. I am here today, needing my truck cleaned with a good attention to detail on the inside. The mats, cupholders, the nooks and crannies on the console. My truck is full of hay dust and particles, and I don’t have the time to break out everything to get it right at home. I also refuse to use the 900 other car washes that have popped up locally because those brushes really mess up the paint. Here they are going over everything by hand, and doing the vacuuming. There I have to do it myself and often find the brushes miss spots and I’m trying to wipe them down.

When purchasing a gift card for my spouse Frank told me it could be used for the monthly car wash plan. When we arrived today they said that was not possible. So we did the works car wash. The seats and floor mats were definitely not cleaned. The hood, windshield and top of car still had bird poop on them! We will not be using the rest of the gift card here.

My husband took my car there yesterday to have it cleaned up for me. It looks a little better but definitely not what I expected. I literally couldn’t even tell anything had been done aside from the exterior was a little shinier. I could have taken it to Radiant and gotten a better result for less money. Sad, we hoped the new owners would be better.

255.00 service with taxes and credit card fees total 280.00. Car came back no better than when I dropped it off. I spent @10 hours detailing the inside and washing everything before deciding to take it to them for a good shampoo and wax, buff and coating treatment. Upon picking up there are fingerprints on the glass, trunk needs vacuum again, bugs are literally on the car still where they didn't take the time to properly wash off before doing anything else. Makes me wonder how they clay bar the whole car as they said they did, seats were supposed to have been shampooed but they are not cleaner than when I gave it to them. The buff job sucked , swirls and didn't bother to try and make anything look good around the emblems, and the Manager upon complaining about how the passenger seat wouldn't move now asked me what he was supposed to do about it. I said fix it or get the owner on the phone, to which he replied he couldn't and I could drive back over tomorrow and discuss it with him. After 15 min able to resolve seat issue. For the cost of the service stay away. Definitely should have done my homework better and read the reviews. Funny thing, I even told them if they did a good job I'd let them doy classic car, my Jaguar and my 3 motorcycles. You failed!
