Last week (9/2024) I visited CleanPro Motorsports to inquire about setting up an appointment to get my Honda CRV detailed. I didn’t just need ‘detail’, I need really FULL detail! I normally fold the seats down so my 98lb fur baby can have lots of room to ride in the car. My poor car, dog hair stuck everywhere, especially in the carpet on the back of rear seats. I had my reservations about whether anything could possibly be done about that. Johnathan arrived on time on my appointment day. He was friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking all kinds of questions. Ya know, questions like...."OMG, can you do anything about this dog hair"? He made me feel better, saying "Oh, I've seen much worse"! I still didn't believe him! LOL Well, not only did Johnathan do an awesome job making my car look new both inside and out, but he really did get rid of ALL the dog hair! Bless him! He even removed the hair that got under the fold down seats, too. Like I said, dog hair everwhere! The CleanPro' trailer had it all....he didn't even need my electric or water! I will be visiting with CleanPro again. Oh….did I mention they come to your house - no extra charge? Call the office and talk to Gina, one of the owners. She certainly has the answers to any questions as to how your car can be made to look new again, too!

I had CleanPro Motorsports come out to my home — yes, they even make house calls — and I couldn’t be more impressed. They arrived promptly and went above and beyond detailing my minivan, which, after countless beach trips and family outings, had definitely seen better days. I’ll admit, I’m very detail-oriented and notice even the smallest imperfections. Before the service, there were leaves around the engine area and plenty of dirt inside the vehicle. Afterward, it looked and felt like a brand-new car. Even when I tested the carpet with a vibrating device (which usually reveals leftover dirt), not a single speck appeared. The level of thoroughness and care they put into their work is outstanding. I highly recommend CleanPro Motorsports to anyone who wants their vehicle restored to showroom condition.

If I could give no stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Please save your time and money. Get it done right the first time, call Monarch Detailing Company!!!!I brought my black Chevy Silverado 25' in for a paint correction, white latex paint had dripped from a bridge onto the back end of my truck. I brought the truck to the business for a "quote in person" which would be done the following week. quote for $585.00. I noticed on the quote it said, removal of paint, polish and seal on two bed sides, tailgate, rear bumper and in notes it said if more panels are affected with overspray it will be an additional charge per quote. we will contact you first before hand. I spoke to the owner who would be doing the work when i dropped the vehicle off. I told him i noticed the notes on the quote and i wanted to be sure that the paint correction was being done to the parts but that the whole truck would be done and that we had already went over the truck and there are no more effected areas. He reassured me that the truck would be done completely and there wouldn't be any hidden additional charges because we did the in person quote. I dropped the truck off at 8:30 and they called at 4 saying the truck was done. I walked around the truck, looked great and the white paint was gone. 7 days later i was sitting up on my front porch and noticed a horrible blue tint to the back of the truck, there was a little dust that would show any swirls or defects. I sent pictures to Gina, instantly she blamed the color difference on when they ship the vehicles at the dealer or wax.. Also that i only asked for the back to be done and to do the whole truck was $2500-$3800. Mind you, they just did the 2 back doors, the sides of the beds and tailgate which is bout 75% of the truck. I had another company come look at the truck and instantly said he aggressively polished the truck, it has swirls in the paint which he could fix and do the WHOLE TRUCK for $600. I also brought the truck to the Chevy dealership detail department who confirmed there is heavy swirls in the paint in which CleanPro did. They will not refund and i dont want them touching my truck again after the damages they created. She also stated that she did not know what I could have done to the truck in the last 7-8 days. You can clearly see the affected areas are only what they did. Nothing I could have done would have made this distinct difference in paint color. The blue tint is from buffing/waxing. They also knew that the company who was liable for this would ultimately be paying for the repair, and I believe this is the reason for price jacking. We paid out of pocket at the time of invoicing. Regardless of who is paying, they did damage to the vehicle after removing the white paint drips and the job has to be completely redone plus more to remove the swirls they created. I have confirmed with 3 separate reputable detail companies (including Register Chevy of Brooksville) this was a bad job done on CleanPros part.
