Picked up our new 2022 Tesla model X and noticed they’re were some noticeable factory flaws upon delivery. We contacted Webbs auto detail to discuss protecting our new car and getting the swirl marks removed from the paint. Seeing the car was black we knew this would likely not be an easy task. We opted to go with the 7 year ceramic coating package after they explained all the benefits and WOW! The ceramic coating investment on our new model X was worth every penny. I can not thank Webbs auto detail in Reno enough. The car is flawless, the price was reasonable and they really exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to find honesty in businesses these days but you my friend nailed it. We need more people like you! I went in for a quote thinking it was going to be at least a couple thousands for paint protection film and ceramic coating. Eric chatted with me and told me exactly what I needed done when I thought I needed it all and was going to have to break the bank. Eric and his team at Paint Protection Solutions went above and beyond on my new diamond black 2026 Tesla Model Y. I originally came in for PPF and tint, but Eric walked me through what ceramic coating could do without being pushy. He even worked late Friday so the car would be ready the next day. The results blew me away—the gloss is stunning, and the PPF and tint were exactly what I wanted. He took the time to explain care instructions and will walk me through proper washing at my follow-up. Yes, a follow-up appointment! That's some real service. I’m new to this world of car protection, but Eric made me feel comfortable asking questions and treated me with genuine care. I’ll never go back to traditional wax after this experience. Highly recommend!

We are full-time Rv'ers and get to travel this beautiful country. Due to a problem with our truck we were able to spend 2 weeks in the Reno area and our 5th wheel really needed a good wash & wax. Since we are not familiar with the area we checked with Reno Rants & Raves on Facebook, where Webbs Auto Detailing was recommended. We contacted Eric at Webbs Auto Detailing via text and he was very quick to respond. We setup the appointment and he detailed our rv today. We had him wash & wax the entire vehicle and then put a ceramic coating on the front cap. I must say, we are TOTALLY impressed with Eric and the quality of his work. I don't know if the RV looked this good when we picked it up new 15 months ago. Eric was totally professional, timely, very knowledgeable about his trade and a really nice person. We were very fortunate to find someone like Eric and we would HIGHLY recommend his services. He has a self contained van that has everything he could need to make our vehicle look AWESOME!!! PS - The smoke was really bad today, but this was our last day in the area. He wrote and asked if we wanted to get the rv detailed a different day due to the smoke & ash but we wanted to get it done and we are so glad we did.
