I have gotten a few small scratches on my car in the past from here, but I do understand that it happens and it’s out of their control. However, this time it was extremely bad. I was also there first thing in the morning so I really don’t understand why it was this bad. Needless to say I will not be returning.

The wash was great (and free since I signed up for text messaging), and the service personnel went above and beyond! When I mentioned to one of the workers who was working nearby that I noticed I was parked in some mud at one of the car vacuum bays, they took two pressure washer wands and rinsed the wheels on my truck so mud would not sling up on my freshly washed vehicle as I drove away!

Waves Express Car Wash is the most expressive and *impressive* of a drive through wash I have ever been to. No scratches on my vehicle, just pure love. Driving through it even smells nice. I don’t know what they use in the cleaner, but Glade Plug Ins need to bottle it. The service here? Out of this world. They go the extra mile to make sure my mats are clean, tires spotless, car looking so fresh and clean. Smelling like a garden. Aaron is my new bestie - this guy went crazy cleaning off my floor mats and shining my tires 🤩 I’ll take 10 more of him please. Even honeybees are out here enjoying the scenery like we’re in romance novel. The suction on the vacuum hoses gets every single crumb and dog hair out of my seats (and I have 5 kids, so, there’s endless crumbs). They have the softest microfiber towels stacked up so you’re never looking around for something to clean with. I look forward to car wash days with Waves!

I really love this car wash . Left my car sparkling and I love how they have free vacuuming. They also have this cool mat cleaner I’ve never seen that at a car wash before. They also provide fresh towels & cleaner as well. I needed an air freshener and they had a vending machine with other stuff you might need for cleaning . Coming back to this place for sure .

The crew at the Powdersville Waves is always so pleasant. Aaron stopped by to check and see if I needed anything during my cleaning. He came back and offered to put tire shine on my wheels, which was so nice! I usually just get a quick wash and vacuum, not paying my wheels much attention. He came back and gave me a free air freshener and was very kind. At the end of my visit he had to help me fix the vacuum, haha. Definitely my favorite car wash to stop at.

Really bad experience... Unfriendly staff. Was sent two time through "the best wash"... The car was still dirty and they already told me before: This is the last time I send you through! They never prewash and leave you with a dirty car... Unbelievable. Sad that management accepts this quality and bad behavior of employees. Never again!!! Better go to Easley

They don’t appreciate my time. I understand sometimes there are times things break. Fine. No problem. Ask me to come back later. This would be any acceptable, and professional manner. But, allowing 25 cars to pile up and asking us to wait while you repair it—is not acceptable. I waited 20 minutes yesterday, and finally ask if I could drive up the hill through the grass to get out—without my car washed. I came back later in the day to see the same situation. A pile of cars. Of course I drove away. Today, I go back and get trapped again, to ask me to wait again. Yes, this time it was fixed quickly. This is not my issue. My issue is why don’t you just ask us to come back when it’s resolved. Letting cars pile up and asking us to wait is not pleasant, and not acceptable.

Cheapest car wash ($8) for the simplest one. Which is great if your car is not filthy on the outside. The vacuum system does not work well, you have to go over the same spot multiple times to get anything lifted (sand, crumbs). That’s the only thing that will keep me from coming back. ———— Update: 1/17/26 I went back, the vacuum system was working way better this time.

I do the monthly full service car wash is the most convenient for me and not having time to wash my car. They have free to use vacuums, and towels when you pull out of the wash. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I have dirty swirls on my hood almost every time I get my car washed. Good thing about the monthly package is you can literally go right back in and wash it again. I usually just don't have time. All in all for the convenience is worth the price. I'll never use spinx or any other gas station car wash again.
