I used to use the Waterworx on 23rd, glad to have a location on Thomas Dr. I haven’t been in about a month due to weather, but went yesterday. My window tag didn’t work, so Josh came to my aid and told me that they had just switched to a new license plate recognition system. After writing down my plate number and running back to the office to update my info in their system, he came back out and I was good to go. Josh also checked on me after the wash to make sure all was good. The wash was great and I think they finally got their tire shine machine calibrated, hit all four of my tires evenly.

Truck was still dirty after the wash. Tire shine on one side none on the other as I'm s scrubbing my truck clean I ask can I go back threw trucks not clean . Was told I would have to pay to go back threw. . Wow okay good thing there are other car washes in the area! I won't be back!!!!!

If only every establishment ran such a sharp business like this one, what a perfect world this would be! The employees are always happy, check on you and makes sure you have everything you need, and do it with a smile! I always have a great experience every time I go. Not to mention keeps my vehicles looking like new!! Asked my husband for a years membership for a Valentine's present this year!! Vroom vroom!

A great place to get your vehicle clean from top to bottom. A prewash for bugs, a colorful, spa like wash through the tunnel, plenty of towels and spray to clean the inside. No sand can hide from those vacuum hoses! Then top off your windshield washer fluid and check tire pressure. Your ready for the road in a sparkling clean vehicle!

I was involved in an incident that caused over $1000 in damage to my car due to a bumper that had fallen off in the rinse area of the car wash tunnel. I was told by the manager that several cars drove over it…..?????EXCUSE ME, WHAT???? WHY WOULD IT STILL BE THERE???? My car would not clear the bumper…. Hence damages. I HONKED AND HONKED BUT THE CONVEYER BELT KEPT GOING. I was a little upset, but more SHOCKED BY THE RESPONSE OF THE OWNER AND STAFF AT WATER WORKS ….Let me rephrase that……THEY MADE ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME (OTHER THAN THE MANAGER BLAMING ME AND THE VEHICLE BEHIND ME)I was told several times that the owner would contact me to discuss a resolution, I waited for a call….never did I get one. BOTTOM LINE….. Water Works- FAILED TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FAILED IN COMMUNICATION FAILED IN PROFESSIONALISM I AM POSTING THIS AFTER GIVING WATER WORKS AND THE OWNER OVER 2 WEEKS TO RESPOND. After looking at other reviews I realized this must be their business motto. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WATER WORKS (ANY LOCATION)TO ANYONE

Loved this car wash. My car shines now like brand new! Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a bug prep station where you can use a brush to scrub bugs off your car prior to going through the car wash. They also have free vacuums, towels, and cleaning supplies.

RVers beware! We took our Ford Flex in after arriving in Panama City Beach just like we do at any other car wash around the country and came out with two flat tires on the passenger side. Sheared the TPMS and valve stems right off! We had to have it towed on a flat bed to Pep Boys who was closed Friday evening. Fortunately, they fixed it first thing Friday the morning. Had the manager call us and he refused to pay for tow or repair! Policy is "not responsible for any damage to any vehicle over 5 years old or any aftermarket parts". We went in with four good tires and came out with two. Never again- we come to PCB once or twice a year and we're excited to see a new car wash in the area. Check my reviews- I'm a top contributor- this is a legit problem! Beware!

The car wash was great! Immediately upon arriving u stop to debug the front of your car! Lots of options for the actual car wash starting at $10 or u can get a monthly pass that starts at $20. After u go through the wash, u stop and vacuum the car mats. There is also a car mat washer. Great place! Staff was super friendly. 🚗

I love this car wash! All the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of vacuum stations and they come fully equipped. You have a vacuum on both the drivers side and passenger side. An air compressor to get the water out of any spaces. Towels to dry your car or use to clean the inside, and each station also had a window cleaner [windex]. Best part is the mat cleaner. My car is sparkling!!! You have the option to become a member for only $20/mo.... so worth it! Stop by!

I have visited this car wash several times and am very impressed with this location, as the car wash is always well maintained and clean. They have vacuums at either side of the vehicle, narrow nozzles on the vacuum hoses to reach into the hard-to-reach areas of your vehicle, a car mat cleaner, an air hose for your tires, and windshield washer fluid. The employees are attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this car wash!

Took my car that I rarely drive to their car wash on Saturday. After running it through the line I noticed that all 4 rims were scratched There was another customer it happened to as well. The attendant took our numbers and told manager will call us back on Monday. I called them myself on Tuesday and was told it happened at none of their car washes, and if it did there is a disclaimer that they are not responsible.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've been a member for several months, hands down THEY ARE SUPERIOR then any of their competitors in the area. PRICING, CONVENIENCE, INCREDIBLE VACUUMS 😲, Fun light hearted FRIENDLY HARDWORKING STAFF, especially Love Zachariah and Raven! ALSO my car shines even after it rains 🌧. Of course I visit daily but its always an easy task when they have and take care of everything you need to make your vehicle look AHH MAZING
