I'm not from the area but I went here to get my car washed using an offer from my cell phone provider and had trouble for a while getting the offer downloaded and just decided to ask the attendant if he could help and he just let me get a free detail wash and dry! Totally awesome!

I love this car wash. First off Gabriel is rad. He hooked my wife and I up with some free car fresheners and even grabbed towels for us. That’s customer service at a SELF service car wash for the most part. The car wash itself is great, deep clean. I have a white car so everything shows, and this is one of the only car washes in PCB that can actually get my car back to “like new” clean. Get the monthly membership-it is so worth it. Thanks Take5, Gabriel and team! You’ve got my wife and I as customers for life.

Recently moved from Gulf Breeze, Florida to PCB and tried every car wash along 98, tested them all and take 5 on the west end is hands down the best you're going to find. The car wash caters more to the west end traffic ( Rosemary Beach, Carillon etc) so it's not mudded up with work trucks etc usually higher end newer stuff out there vacuuming. And, a few times I've gotten a free car wash for no reason (though it was cloudy out) so now I take everything there. They're 5 stars for a reason, check em out!

Got scratch on hood from brush and they say there's nothing they can do. I wouldn't recommend washing anything at this place. They dont care about people vehicle. And there was alot of areas on vehicle that didn't get cleaned. A total waste and now have to get scratch on hood fixed. Dont waste your time or money at this place.

Great Car wash! Closest to Rosemary, no issues with the roof rack, lunch box and widdle wadder lol. Had great vacuums & spray/cloths to get small details clean!! Stopped by as soon as we got to 30A and will stop by again on the way out!

Great service, Great customer service, wash quality is superior, Chemical usage is dialed in great, provided towels, cleaners and smiles. Has better prices than the competitors down the road !Even has air fresheners! Maintenance has definitely improved, place has been turned around completely in a very good way!

The automatic carwash does an ok job. My cars all have tricky spots that no automatic carwash could get to. Wash includes towels, glass and interior spray, vacuums, mat/carpet cleaning tools. The folks that work here always go above and beyond and are very friendly. They don’t have to be…there really isn't much competition to speak of close by. Membership is a steal if you like to keep a clean car!

I was at the Panama City Beach location. I was at this location at 5:50 pm.When I arrived the young man said that it was closed at 5:45pm but clearly says that it is open until 6:00pm. He said that he didn’t make the rules. I’m my opinion,if this place of business is going close at 5:45pm. Perhaps,it should post that it will close at 5:30pm.So,that they can do work that needs to be done to close. Do not miss lead customers on your true closing time.

Take5 is a fantastic carwash! The personnel were really helpful & nice! Unlike other car washes, they actually hand scrub your car before it goes on the conveyor belt. The vacuums are really powerful and they even have a complementary detail center!! 😳Overall, I had a great experience at Take5! Highly recommend!

I am extremely surprised by the positive reviews your company has received, as my experience has been the complete opposite. For several months, I have repeatedly attempted to stop unauthorized monthly charges with no success. I have contacted customer service multiple times and searched extensively for a corporate contact number, all without resolution. When I finally reached a corporate number listed online, I was informed that it was associated with Take 5 Oil Change. I was then told that while they were previously affiliated, the car wash was purchased by another company. Unfortunately, no guidance or contact information was provided to help resolve this ongoing and expensive issue. After further research, I have discovered that this appears to be a common problem experienced by other customers as well. I am formally requesting that someone—anyone—contact me so this matter can finally be addressed and resolved. I should not have to continue spending time and money trying to stop charges that I have clearly requested to cancel. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Thank you. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it directs me to the same customer service options I have already used repeatedly prior to leaving my review. The only available action continues to be submitting additional notes, which I have done many times without receiving a response. I am requesting that this issue be escalated and having someone to contact me directly as soon as possible
