I visited Waterway today (41 degrees) for a car wash, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From start to finish, their customer engagement was absolutely top-notch. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help, ensuring I understood all the options available without any pressure to upgrade. The process was seamless and efficient, and it was clear that they take pride in delivering quality service. When my car was ready, I was blown away by the sparkling clean result—inside and out, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! I love this car wash. The college blvd location has always taken great care of my car. I’m disabled and they let me park in the nearest lane if I’m not feeling well. They do a great job of keeping my car clean. Stephen the Manager is the best!

Request Lily!!! She did amazing washing the interior of my car! I had an amazing experience! Everyone is very professional and there was a short wait. The attention to detail was incredible! You can tell Lily takes pride in her work!! I waited inside while they cleaned my car and it was very comfortable. 🚗🚗🚗

I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative for the fantastic job the entire Waterway staff did washing and taking care of my car. They went over and beyond assisting me with additional work I needed done. Most importantly, today was almost a 100 degree day however, each staff member worked hard while smiling and engaging with their customers. Thank you!

The few times I have been my experiences have not been ideal. It is very expensive to get a full wash and have dry. However, the hand dry and clean is never up to par with what I can do myself. Plus then you are expected to tip after already paying 45$ for an average clean. I can do it myself better in 5 minutes then the 20 minutes you wait to get it done "professionally" I probably won't be going back unless I know they will improve the service.

If I am paying $55 for a carwash and interior clean, that is called The Whole Thing, I shouldn’t be seeing dust in the vents, on the dash, on the consul, on the display screen, and mud on my spare tire. I heard them say it needed a re-wash, and they never did. Also, thank you for taking the receipt that was on the dash so we can’t get the 5 day guarantee. Do better, will not recommend or be returning.

Worst experience I paid 40$ for cleaning (tje whole thing service which is $38) plus $2 cargo after cleaning it wasnt clean at all so i told them they used dirty towel again to clean the car and liked nothing happen. Dont wast money if you need vacuumed just go gas station or use your house vacuums and would be better than my car just clean your car yourself. The picture is after second time cleaning and my car wasnt dirty that much and still look like they didnt clean they just mess around and steal money

The seller at the front told me I’d get a wipe down and rim cleaning if I paid more. Then I get to the other side of the car wash and the team lead tells me I get neither of the things I paid for. Scam. Waterway has fallen off.

Terrible job - will never go back!! I paid for an interior clean only to be told that only involves wiping off the dashboard!! What a rip off!! This place used to be fairly good - whoever took over should leave it to the professionals who take pride in their work.

Amazing service! My car was covered in difficult berry spots and the manager voluntarily ran my car through three times plus did special spot cleaning. He suggested the monthly membership but was not pushy about it at all. Just extremely helpful.

I had a fantastic experience here. The employees were on top of their game and had excellent customer service skills. They cleaned my car beautifully and even ran it through the wash again because the bugs on the grill didn’t quite come off the first time. I appreciated the time and energy and I also thought the place was clean and well maintained. Please keep in mind that this is a carwash that includes a vacuum and interior WIPEDOWN it is not an auto detailing center where your deep dirt and grime is cleaned and extracted. That takes HOURS, special equipment and will cost you well over $150.

Read this to find out why NOT to get your car washed here. Today is Friday 21st, 2020. I just had my Scion Frs cleaned with the "whole Thing" the package deal costing 36$. At first walking through the door was good, watching my car go through the tunnel was all is good. Until they started cleaning my car. The first time the inside was cleaned the top of the floor mats in the front were cleaned. None of my dash or inside of my windshield and back window. The back seats were not touched nor was my trunk. So I went back inside after they told me car to tell them they didn't clean my car. They manager told me no problem we will fix this. He pulled it back around and cleaned under the floor mats and the whole back seat. The Rear inside window or the front windshield was still not cleaned. Still nothing was done to my dash/radio/center consul. On top of everything that didn't get cleaned the two times they cleaned it. Are my wheels and tires were never touch. How could you advertise to Clean the whole thing but not even clean half of it? To me this is false advertisement. P.s. Their solution now is to clean it for the 3rd time. But instead of fixing their mistakes they are making me my 5 day rain guarantee. I was trying to wait for the last day to use that coupon. So I got the most life span of their cleaning progress. Moral of all this is don’t get you car washed here. Unless you wanna get ripped off and taken advantage of. After the third time going back to get my car cleaned. They never touched my dash or doors. I made it clear to the manager when I went back up on what wasn't clean. this was the last chance I gave them to clean it. When I left, I pulled over in the lot next door at the price chopper. to whip my dash down and door cards. I will never be back and if I am asked how I fell about them cleaning my car. The answer will be A 5 year old will clean your car better then the Waterway staff ever will.

We were down for a game from Nebraska. That was the best car wash we’ve had. Excellent service! They were fast but very thorough. They weren’t happy with the first wash (I thought it looked fine), so they sent us back through. We did the whole job and had the interior cleaned, as well. I wish we had one in Nebraska. We would be regulars.

So this place is a great option for a quick clean if your car isn’t a disaster but don’t spend the $50 on The Whole Thing if you want a good clean. They get two stars because they cleaned it again today (pics are from yesterday after their first try) and they were at least nice and apologetic. My emergency brake handle still looks like this after their re-do. Even today I had to ask for a rag to clean out my cup holder completely, and they don’t pay much attention to detail at all. The car wash also left several giant bugs on the front that nobody bothered to get.

My husband took in my vehicle to get the full inside and outside treatment. After it went through the process he mentioned several issues as the car was not completely clean. He brought it home and contacted management and they just advised to come back in 5 days. We didn't have time to come back in 5 days. We took it that day expecting it to be done right. It felt as if they're too busy to properly do the job right the first go around. When I looked at my car I felt like we were duped out of our money. Outside and inside still had dirt and grime. Not all crumbs were vacuumed up. Cupholders not all clean. Gear shift smeared and still has dirt in edges. Door jambs still covered in dirt. If you're looking for a light polish then maybe that's the place to go. But don't take a dirty car and expect the sparkle and shine promise they proclaim.

25.00 + tax for the full wash, wax, wheels, etc and the wheels still need attention and there are still bird droppings on the door. Also, for 27 and some change the vacuums aren't even self service. You'll have to pay extra for someone else to vacuum your car for you. Not worth the price

Extremely slow. Not busy. Been here for 42 minutes that is way too long. Watching the workers not focus on their job. Too much time talking not enough time working. I am out. I can do this myself in half the time for 1/3 the cost. Place had gone way down hill.

Visited Express Wash ($10 wash) 2x today and got car front sprayed by attendant once - second time nothing. Should be a bit more consistent (I've even had them to do front and back which is great). I know it depends on which kid is filling the role but seriously, wash prices keep going up - service goes down. It's obvious the kid doesn't care, but the customers do.
