I've visited several GO Car Wash locations, and while I’ve never had a bad experience, I’ve also never received the level of customer care I experienced today at the Metcalf location. I arrived around 7:45 PM, unaware that they closed at 8. Despite the time, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and treated me with outstanding respect, clearly enjoying what they do. Before leaving, I made sure to get the names of the two team members who made such a positive impression.. Raven and Kevi! Thank you both for reminding me what exceptional customer service looks like.

Raven sold me a carwash membership keeping my requirements/preferences in mind last week. Today, she helped me in resolving a billing issue of our other vehicle very patiently and promptly while imparting her other duties at the carwash simultaneously. Great customer service GO CARWASH. Way to go! 🏎️

They will not pay to clean your car if a hydrolic hose breaks and sprays oil all over your vehicle. They could care less.

I got the economy car wash for $10.00. It was OK but the bugs on the front of the hood and above the windshield were almost all there when I got home. After using a special product from Venice, Florida at home they came right off.

Leo is the man! He has the attitude to help and the knowledge to answer any questions about this business. I went to GO for a single wash but left with a membership and a future for my car solutions. Even when the computer was on the fritz, Leo remained calm and professional directly customers around me but didn't make me feel like a burden.

not doing a good job maintaining the place. few elements have not been working inside the car wash and leaves soap on the car that dries out. after the wash there is still bugs on the windscreen will discontinue the monthly subscription if I experience the same service a few more times.

Not sure if it's just bad timing on my part but the last few times I have tried to wash my car at at this location, they have been shut down. That and them increasing my membership dues, would certainly expect better.

Car is never clean when I leave here no matter the level of wash. I even mentioned to them the issue with the back of the SUV getting missed by their roller and asked them to spray it to which the attendant replied "I got you..." And then I got nothing other than all the original bugs on the front grill, dry dirt/dust on the back hatch and 5 dirty towels after wiping it down myself. Last time. If I'm going to end up wiping it down, might as well wash it myself and save 20$

Attendant on 1-28-2026 kindly offered fragrance while waiting in line. GO car wash on Metcalf Overland Park and 159th is efficient as they move members and non-members through with little wait time.

After two trips through a long line and specific comments to the staff that the process DOES NOT WASH THE BACK OF THE CAR, I was assured by the attendant that he would get the back. But, the back of my car was STILL not clean. Dirt untouched. Don’t use this specific Go Car Wash. Other locations are much better.

Really disappointed with Go Car Wash. Signed up for monthly plan when we moved back to KC area. Above average at first, then through the summer, washes kept getting worse and worse. Started with waning effort on the part of the spray down guys in front, then progressed to rollers not spinning, tire cleaners not cleaning, to now, where the location seems to be down every time I try to get in for a wash. Cancelling monthly plan, guess I'll check out Charlies or other washes.

This car wash broke down back in August, and ever since then it doesn’t wash the back of your vehicle. When you get out to dry the back of your vehicle will still be completely covered in dirt. Until they fix whatever is wrong here, I do not recommend spending your money here. Prior to this happening it was a really solid car wash.

Two weeks ago, I visited Gocarwash and had my car washed. During the car wash, I noticed that the cover of my driver-side mirror had come off. After the wash was finished, I asked an employee to help me find the fallen cover. The employee said they could not locate it at the moment and asked me to leave my name and phone number, assuring me that I would be contacted later. However, I did not receive any contact by the next day. The following day, I visited the car wash again and asked whether the cover had been found, but I was only told that they would contact me the next day. Once again, I did not receive any 연락 the next day, so I returned and asked again. At that point, one employee told me that the cover was completely broken and could not be returned to me. I asked why I had not been contacted and whether there would be any compensation, but the employee simply said that the manager would contact me the next day and then walked away. As of today, I still have not received any contact. I was not demanding or expecting unconditional compensation. What I wanted was prompt communication and an apology. I had to visit the car wash two or three times and still have not received any clear response. I am requesting a responsible explanation for this matter.

Go car wash is the only car wash I will take my Bronco through. It fits the Raptors big tires and wide wheel base. No other car wash does. Also never had a scratch or issue. I also love the free vacuums and towels. Will continue only using GO!

The staff are professional, friendly, and always very helpful. The facility is clean, with fresh towels to use, glass cleaner, and powerful vacuums! The vibe is always very positive and I love all the signage so it’s very clear where to go. I also love that there is plenty of space to vacuum out your car - so you can leave your doors open without getting in someone else’s way. I signed up for their monthly membership and was glad I did. Anytime I drive by, I can just pop by to get a quick wash without feeling bad about it! Sometimes, I’ll choose to stay and fully vacuum out my car and wipe down my rims, and other times I’ll just do the wash and leave. I love that my car is always sparkling clean!

I have to share this with our locals, probably this location for Car Wash is the best in Overland Park as you see in the first picture the one far from her back with the blue shirt. This is the manager. She’s always working by herself. I’m really proud of her and I want to thank her so much for the hard work she’s putting, she’s very professional, humble and nice. I highly recommend this location.
