Very decent car wash experience. I would give a 4.5/5 if I could We paid for the full interior/exterior wash and I believe it was right around $50. I think for that price they did a pretty good job. We had a few questions and the staff was very friendly and helped us with no problem. It does not compare to a full detailing service but it is not supposed to. I would say we got about 80% of what a full detailing service provides but half the cost and a quarter of the time. We will definitely be back.

I hadn't used this Waterway and sometime in fact probably 2 years or so. There have been quite a few updates customer service is very good and the car when we picked it up what's detailed as we wanted which I truly appreciate and tipped reflectively showing so I will be back

I pay $59 a month for a membership that gives me a clean car guarantee, not one time has this location Cleaned my 2020 Escalade properly, today I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes And there is still dirt and water spots on my Escalade after they ran it through the wash three times very poor service After the third time it went through the wash there was still dirt and some sticky residue that Must of came off of one of their brushes Both Chandler and Todd Smith wiped my Escalade down and these photos that I have attached is the quality of their work here you have their Market Director and general manager that can’t get dirt and water spots off a vehicle I expressed my dissatisfaction to Todd his response was the services rendered today are satisfactory In his opinion I offered Todd the opportunity to refund my Amex card the cost of my membership he refused to do so And said I was welcome to cancel my membership

Robert and his team gets a customer 5 star review. My wife car was a mess and the team made it look like a brand new car and it is a 2011 very old car WOW. Robert has organized a excellent team to detail your car. My wife of 26 years give a big kiss after I showed her what great job Robert's Waterway team did to make her car look brand new!

This is after a $35 “total clean” wash. The guy told me they will vacuum, whipe down surfaces, ect. Vacuum job is trash besides the wide open easy to reach areas. The wipe down job is exactly the same. Big open easy areas got hit but everything else wasn’t even touched. He also told me the center console would be cleaned out. It wasn’t. I mentioned I wanted the seats cleaned but he avoided the question. The seats aren’t even vacuumed. Please don’t reply with some snarky “I’m sorry about your experience” this is pure laziness I won’t be back. I’ll claim the 5 day guarantee wash at another location.

Came by this location on Sunday 9/14 and the lack of basic detail of interior cleaning is horrible. Staff needs to retrained. Paid for full service wash but feel short changed. 😢

Absolute worst Carwash I’ve used in the area, cancelled my membership before the month was even up. They agree that our car was damaged inside the car wash but refused to take responsibility for the repairs per GM Doug, he told me that it was more than likely a preexisting issue with the seal on our light and they can’t take responsibility for that. The car was fine before it went through the carwash and the blower’s knocked off the 3rd break light cover. I would not recommend this car wash if you value your property. With Brite WorX right down the street and another waterway location not much further away I’d opt for one of those options moving forward if I were you.

Everyone was courteous and very nice. But I ordered the Whole Thing package and was disappointed. This is the 2nd time coming here. Just basic things missing, inside windshield, sides of doors, just didn't look much cleaner than when I brought it in. Outside wash was great.

Took my car here for a wash and it came back with a new set of scratches. They filed a damage claim and took pictures. I was told the general manager Doug would reach out in a couple days. It took him a week and the excuse was that he just got the info that day. He also told me he wasn’t sent the pictures that were taken. I had to tell him the manager took the pictures. Then it took him another week just to call me and say it wasn’t their fault and that I had to get it fixed myself. Terrible customer service and response times. DO NOT GO HERE!

30$ Wash and 30% work. Went in there done my wash came home seen a brand new scratches to my car at the ends. Also I need to come home, clean again all over the back and sides as it leaves a white dusty texture. 30$ is a joke for this work. Seriously!

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I have witnessed at this company. This behavior is not only insensitive but also creates a toxic work environment. I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of respect, confidentiality, and basic professionalism displayed by its management team. This experience has been deeply disheartening, and I hope that management takes serious steps to address and rectify this behavior in the future.

I went there about 2 weeks ago, and it was below freezing outside. I pulled up to the gas pumps, and an associate was there to help me select my wash. I opted for an exterior-only wash, which cost about $ 20, which seemed absurd for a car wash but was fine. The associate was shivering, so I asked her why she was outside. She then said, "Tell that to my manager." I went through the wash (which was very short and mediocre), and there was a sheet of ice all over my car after the blowers had finished. The manager refused to dry it because I don't have the best membership for $75 that includes a dry off he then pointed me towards a bucket full of dirty, frozen towels and said I was free to use those. Overall, I was disappointed in the management and the pricing for such a basic car wash.

I pay 25 bucks a month to get my car washed whenever I want. Been a waterway member for a little over a year I just went in there with a dirty car and had to leave with a dirty car because they were demanding my payment information again. I showed the guy in my bank where it just came out yesterday but he wouldn’t let me get my car washed. Said he was gonna cancel my account if I didn’t give him the new payment info. Well, cancel it then Gone scrubbles.
