First time there. Use to have a membership with Quick Quack. Do to unforseen circumstances, I cancelled my membership months ago. Over time I found it was not my style to handwash my car. I had seen Waterfly while it was being built and how busy it was once it went into operation. I could no longer tolerate my filthy car so I decided to try Waterfly since it is very close to my home. The attendant who helped me when I drove in was very warm and informative. I decided to give it a try, glad I did. I will be signing up for a membership soon.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! They double charged me for months, then when I attemped to cancel my subscription the phone number listed on Waterflys website was a scam rebate company that tries to get your bank account information. There is another number listed on Google but you can only speak to AI. When I questioned the women at the rebate business as to whether she could help me, and if not why would Waterfly transfer their number to a service that couldn't help, she hung up on me and blocked my number. The emails and phone number are all listed on their official site. Its very hard to find a theory where the business isn't complicit in this scam.

Didn't have to wait in long line. Expected better service. Spraying scrubbing down on both sides but only got one side. The wash was free at a value of $28.99 normally. My car still had streaks and tires looked dirty after going through. Wouldn't recommend wasting $28.99 for this wash. The vacuum was inconvenient trying to pull it around my car to do passenger side. They give you nothing no dash wipe or any giveaway items when entering. At least there competitor does that.

every time when the car was washed, it received new strong scratches on a completely new car from the interior, especially on the top of the car. It is very unfortunate that they did not respond to my comments and the fact that I turned to the manager! vacuum cleaners are really good, but don't wash your car here. ‼️‼️‼️ Unfortunately, they told me that I scratched my car and it was my fault! Although it is not a logical explanation at all, it is impossible to peel off the paint with a hose, especially with such circular movements! and I never dragged the hose through the car, since there is a vacuum cleaner on both sides. keep in mind that if something happens to your car, you will be blamed for everything!

Convenient and equipment does an excellent job 👍 the numerous bays for vacuuming and availability of the towels for getting water from expert or wiping interior is a bonus! The monthly charge fire daily use is very reasonable. Kudos Waterfly 👍❤️

The customer service here is outstanding. I paid for an upper tier wash and it didn’t get my truck clean. I went through another two times! It was filthy. I didn’t really take a before picture but working on getting to dirty again. I did have a small photo of my hood. The last time the manager and tech both scrubbed my truck. I bet kids would have fun with all the neat colors. I sure did, it was like a tie dye experience or it reminded me of Double Dare (television game show). Very happy. If you need a good quality wash go here.

I love my monthly pass for Waterfly! It’s so close to my house, and with the condensation being on my window every morning with the cold, and having to park under trees at work, my membership gets a workout, but my car always looks great and the workers are helpful and cute and sweet, and I’m in and out in 15 minutes! They have wiping cloths, and vacuum, and even air!

One of the worst automatic car washes I’ve paid for. $28 for their “top of the line” wash, and I dunno if something went wrong but halfway through my car stopped, it stopped spraying water, and then my car just proceeded to the end still all covered with suds while it went through the air blower. And let me say, if anything my car now looks more filthy than before I went through the wash at all

I had been wanting to try Waterfly Carwash for some time, as I drive by it often. I was on a monthly plan with another car wash company, but they closed unpredictably and it was quite a distance to get there, making it extra upsetting for them to be closed. I was thoroughly impressed by the young man that greeted me to help me use my free car wash coupon. I ended up signing up for their monthly plan because they have a half price deal for the first month. The wash was great.

When being pulled into the wash I noticed and felt the first wash wheel hit my vehicle harder than a usual car wash would and thought they needed to be advised of what took place. But as I went through I had forgotten that it happened. A couple of weeks later I noticed a small dent on my hood. I had to think about what could have caused the dent. I called the car wash and got a recording and NO ONE has returned my call from the car wash. I'm still waiting. Until I resolve this matter I WILL NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. MY vehicle is a 05 ESCALADE EXT in White Diamond and is in pristine condition

This is the first car wash place I have ever gone back to on purpose without it being a spur of the moment thing. I finally got a membership. They have 2 lines, one for members and one for one time buys. I 100000% recommend the membership! My daughters and I run through here at least once a week, if not more. I sometimes have time between dropping kids off and picking them up from activities and I totally chill my way through the car wash and always enjoy it. The membership I have has like 4 or 5 things that spray on my car, and I love the workers!! They really make it for me...especially the guy who sprays my car down and guides me into the right place. They are always available and SUPER friendly and give me wipes for the interior which smell super clean. Speaking of SMELLS..they have towels available with the vacuums *there are 2 types of vacuums, and AIR btw!!*. The towels SMELL AMAZZZZZZINGGGGGG. Like a laundry sheet or something amazing. Love this place!!! Love the colors and the whole experience!!

I’ve been coming here for five years, and it’s absolutely worth the monthly fee for the convenience of coming whenever you want. The employees have always been super friendly, the lines are rarely crazy, my truck always looks great, and the jet wash made my tires really shine. Vacuums work really well and there's plenty of spaces.

This car wash can't even clean off the dirt from fallen leaves. And the employee tried to convince me that I only needed polishing and detailing, and that I couldn't just drive in and have the car washed again. I don't recommend this place; it's not worth it.

explained to employee that i hadnt received the text message for a free wash and he was so nice about it and let me through anyway! very nice employees and customers, all around great place. love that they spray off your car at the beginning insuring that the entire car is covered. smooth conveyor belt too, not jerky like other places

I stopped by this Waterfly car wash at 5505 Madison ave Fair Oaks, CA 95628 last Friday and got my car washed which turned out to be a pretty shitty wash. I will say there vacuums are very good though. Anyways, I'm vacuuming my car and and employee came up to me with something in his hands and asked me if this came off my car turned out to be my taillight lenses. I walked to back of car and not only did it knock 1 of the lenses of it ripped them both off. Employee had to go and find the other one in the car wash. Bad thing is 1 was complete the other was cracked in half. Of course the owners got ahold of me and said they weren't going to help out with any of the cost of the taillights do to the fact from the video it appears that the blower at the end is what knocked them off and it wasn't from the wash equipment itself. Tell me why it matters if it was from equipment or from a blower, it's all your equipment. If the owners would have said, hey we'll replace the 1 thats actually broke in half in stead of nothing at all I wouldn't be pissed because I was able to glue the complete 1 back on but the other I'll have to replace. Just another bullshit management team making a bullshit decision. I will never be back to that place and suggest no one else does either.
