This location is conveniently located for me and when I do go inside the attendants are courteous when purchasing inside items.

Normally gas is expancive here, Most of the time, as i remember, outside pay terminals not excepting cards or cash you need to go inside. they are not improving it.

Rude elderly cashier at 7:50pm shouted at me calling me an idiot and telling me to calm down, when I came back thinking the sign said it's 10 cents cheaper with cash when it really said wash, which is a common misconception but not warranting me being verbally attacked by the cashier when I was calm for the most part even when he went up to my face.

I even don’t want to give a single star! Worst place ugly and yucky old man there very rude. No manner and no respect for customer. This place is in bad environment. I will never go back there. There are too many good store down on the street. No recommendations!!!

Went up at 5:30 this morning to closed doors, I personally know multiple complaints of the door being closed at this time because a lot of people work. If you have a guy who can't handle getting robbed then obviously working him during night shift isn't doing any good for anyone. I went for just a monster and rolling papers, already told him I wanted the green one and he said he no papers then he walks away frustrated to the lotto machine then comes back and asks what color monster I wanted. I said again the green one but what about your rolling papers (i know hes not out of them) he walked away to go grab the monster without addressing me still about the rolling papers so I walked away.

The prices are high af , plus the carwash is the worst one Ive ever used. Didnt clean anything literally! When I asked for refund the cashier gave me another "the best" car wash and it didnt make any sense. The windshield still was dirty. Its ridiculous! Try to avoid them!

I typically avoid Shell because their gas is horrible and the prices are high. Went here because I wanted to refill my propane tank and they had a Propane refill sign out front and the huge propane tank outside. Went in to ask and the guy said, "I'm the only one working, so I can't help you. You could just exchange, it is the same price.". They sell their exchange for $26.99. across the street it is $24.99. at Home Depot it is $22.99. their sign say propane is $4.49/gal. A propane tank hold 3.5 gals. Do the math, it is cheaper to refill by about $10 also what if your tank isn't completely empty. I'll try again but the effort was pretty much not there.

I love shopping there when my cash flow gets low and it definitely helps me out and there’s so many things that you can buy from hair products and body wash, deodorants razors vitamins and cold medicine and they have shoes towels portable air conditioner ext. and food breads alcohol and much more so I highly recommended you to go there

Went to the gas pump this morning and got scammed for $150 off my gas card. The machine froze probably has a skimmer on it cashier and clerk no help at all had to file a claim through the bank so if you plan on getting gas don’t go to Shell on Kiefer Boulevard. Luckily, my gas card has $150 limit on it or it probably would’ve drained the whole thing

Car Wash is literal Poop! I didn’t know it didn’t have any brushes and barely wets your car! Don’t come here for car wash. pretty much just washed my car with water and no brushes or sponges
