I originally gave 5 stars as I was happy with the quality of wash and the pricing. I wash my car as well as my wife's twice a month. I get the middle $12.00 wash because it is supposed to give you a little extra with the roll over the hood. However, it has not been doing a very good job lately, leaving excess water all over the car and leaving me to dry off. I don't mind a little, that is to be expected, but it has been excessive and the complaints fall upon deaf ears. Now, you factor in the price increase from $12.00 to $15.00 to go along with the poor wash, and I have to consider taking my cars elsewhere. I believe the price increases were from $8.00 to $10.00 on the basic, $12.00 to $15.00 for the middle, and $15.00 to $20.00 for the deluxe. Maybe I missed the notice, but the price changes went into effect June 1st. This is an update as of 8/3. It seems that the drying of the vehicles has improved, and there is less to dry off. I have a bad back, so that helps me a lot. I will say that the vacuums are hit and miss. There are some that are great, then you go to the other side and there is almost no suction, so you have to feed the good one through, so that you can vacuum the other sides. All in all, I have seen some improvements and will continue to wash my cars here, but if the consistency starts going backward again, I am going to take my business elsewhere. Update as of 07/29/24 I must say that they have made improvements in every area. I utilize the monthly platinum plan for both our cars. I really like that you get the second car for $20.00. I was our car's once or twice a week each. Shout out to Henry the owner for doing such a great job!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are several in the area that are way better than this place. They literally took my money and won’t allow me to get my car washed. I’m going to hate sue this company over $39.99. Trust me, go somewhere else. This place is trash.

It was a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, the car wash did a wonderful job, and free vacuuming. they also offer free dry rags to finish your car with. But you have to return them, don't ruin it for the rest of us.

Service has gone down so much since me and my husband started our membership every time I come in the morning they don't even bother to use the brush to wipe the car and take 5 minutes to come out of the office they just don't care anymore I guess they'll be losing my membership even though they told me at the beginning they don't cheap out like Quick Quack does , looks pretty cheap to me now

I come here all the time love the service, my car comes out spotless and the vacuum works unlike other places. I love how they provide rags to clean your car in case you forget to bring your own and the free dashboard cleaner and car air freshener. Won’t change this place anytime soon.

went to wash my car and due to the poor directions of the employee my rim cap was ruined and the employee was got upset with me. then what im assuming was the manager (middle eastern looking guy) comes and trys to shove the rim back and pretends he didn't notice it was hanging off.. they brushed it off and didn't adress the issue further, not telling me my cap was broken they let it stay on my rim while I went in into the car wash all I could hear was the popping noise by my passenger side rim... the cap fell off on my way to the vacuums.... been a member for years and Ill probably will be canceling my membership.

I was very happy with the service here. Young man that assisted me with my coupon for a free wash was very polite helpful and professional. Happy with the cleanliness and shine of my car. The vacuum and air hoses worked great. Mostly I loved that they had a restroom and handicapped spot for people who needed it. Will make this my place to clean my car. Thanks so much

Love the owners and so friendly.Even in the situation where I had made mistakes they were professional and kind. And when I bring vacuum problems to their attention they are eager and willing to help fix them example: the hoses get clogged, I say it is so, and they fix right away… even the owners themselves - so helpful and kind!! Not pretentious, not bothered - and pleasant. They really appreciate their customers! When the Carwash missed spots near my bumper and the dirt was not washed off I was allowed to go through a second time to make it right; they provide towels, the air hose is precise and pressurized strong enough to blow out hard to reach places water collects . I love the hose attachments ! And the vacuums are actually working and the narrow attachment gets the hard to reach places…and $30 a month means I can wash daily if needed and for $1.00 per day.!! Can’t beat it! They’re the best in town and I’ve tried them all!!!

Unfortunately, I had a very BAD experience. something in the tunnel ruined one of my rims. First and foremost the manager (Henry) tried to tell me that it didn't happen there when I know for a FACT it did. I had him pull the video in which he did not think I was going to snap a picture. I did raise my voice because he kept telling me it did not happen. He started to yell at me and I told him to stop. He then told me to calm down and we would take care of the problem gave me a water and told me he would report it! (I am still waiting to be contacted by corporate) Be careful with your cars! I only follow their instructions and how they guide me in! To repair the rim I was quoted 185 dollars that they need to pay! See Photos attached of my car going in the tunnel with NO scrapes on my rim. When I pulled out to dry off my car I had this horrible scrapes. They need to be held accountable. (and just now is the first time they want to respond via the complaint I placed here. I will file small claims as I have the physical evidence needed)

Water drops is a perfect name since that's what their expensive car wash left me with. Paid $20, and the hood still had dirt on it and water spots. Vacuumed and cleaned the inside myself there. Went to see if I could run it through the wash again since the outside still had dirt on it and left spots on the windows and did not dry well like at other car washes. that normally came off. Originally, the car was just dusty. I wash it weekly or bi-weekly. They said no, that they do not allow a second run-through. Every car wash I've ever gone through has let customers run through a second time if it's not clean. There's a car wash where I live that clean the inside and out for $20. Told them I'll just choose a different car wash again. Not worth $20 😕

I don’t recommend taking your car here unless you want it to be scratched. Then the manager will tell you he doesn’t see it on the footage when your vehicle is leaving the wash. Apparently deep scratches happen magically after exiting the wash to parking at the vacuums. But then when questioned he supposedly saw a little something when you entered the wash but again it was magically gone at the exit. The employee that came out to first look at my vehicle when I reported the damage stated “oh that happened at the last part before the dryers huh?”. So they know this happens but they don’t want to take responsibility when it gets reported to them. Waiting to hear back from corporate.

Not good they've raised thier prices in am considering canceling my membership today I came in car was not washed properly on both sides quarter panels. I asked to run it through once more I was told by manager/owner he would clean it by hand after doing so I was not satisfied I told the employee I c I ukd have done that. I ended up rubbing down the whole car because they did not want to run it through the.machine again I am not getting my money's worth. I do not recommend this establishment they lack good customer service.

I recently moved to the area and am in search of my go to car wash, so gave this place a try. I got the highest level wash, which costs $20. After coming out, my car unfortunately still had bugs and dirt on the front end and soap on the back end. I let the staff know this and was told that the dirt and bugs on the front end “are what the towels are for” and that the soap on the back end was due to my roof racks. The employee did spoke to the manager, who let me run my car through the wash (at the cheapest/lowest wash level) again. I appreciated this opportunity/offer. The second time through, there was notably less soap on the back end and the dirt and bugs on the front didn’t look improved at all or any different. The vacuums worked fine and picked up normal dirt and debris. As someone who washes their car every weekend, I likely will not be coming back here, as I would expect the highest level and most expensive wash somewhere to be able to hand 6 days’ worth of bug guts and road dirt.
