They cracked my windshield and said they weren’t responsible and said it was the heat. I definitely reported it to the police because my car did not come in like that.

Used to be great but under new management. The wash is sloppy and always miss something. The vacuum is even worse. So you vacuum my floor but I ignore the French fry on the seat? Also no cash back now so I guess no tip because I'm not using that overpriced ATM. The Latina lady at the register is so rude and brushed me off when I asked how can I leave a tip. She didn't even mention the big ole ATM. I guess my days here are over. I'll drive a little farther down the street to another car wash.

Never again. I’ve brought my car here a few times and each time it’s not been throughly cleaned inside. Like clearly, the steering wheel and dashboard and cup holders were not cleaned. I thought maybe ok they forgot or it was an accident but for a $75 car wash, I would think it be more detailed. The customer service is great. The actual service not so much

Really bad experience!! Who ever vacuumed my work truck broke my phone charger!! Talked to the manager and told him he straight told me that the owner wasn’t going to do anything about it. Not blaming the manager that day he was honest which I thank him for that but will never take my truck ever again..

Well, I’ll never use them again. 20min to get vacuumed and truck sat in wash another 12 minutes as employees sat under a tree and manager walk-in around doing nothing. 32 minutes of my life was waisted waiting for a wash to the point I demanded my vehicle back and left. Best part, only 4 cars there on a Friday afternoon. Sign said $23 and they “added” $10 just because I had a truck when advertising said $14. Would not recommend this rundown place

The woman at the counter were rude. After they take your car they then charge extra charges that are not posted. Will not let you tip unless you pay them to pull money. Sorry to the employees that get screwed but not paying $8 in fees to get money to tip your employees. Will not be back

This is the best place in Moreno Valley to have my Tundra with racks on the back washed. They usually do a great job with both interior and exterior, especially getting dog hair off my back seats. Today they didn't do the interior as well as usual. But, still fantastic for the price!!

My sister took her car to this car today wash and they allowed somebody else to pick up the car without a claim ticket. They never gave her a receipt or claim ticket. Then when she confronted them about her car, they said if it’s missing then go ahead and call the police or file a report, but they didn’t know what to tell her. They said that they were going to be gone soon anyway so there was nothing they could do about it. The cashier girl then had the nerve to argue with my sister saying she gave her a receipt. No one took accountability. Bottom line is don’t use this place if you don’t want your care to accidentally get given to someone else.

They did a fairly good job on the car, but the ownership has issues Bathrooms are very bad ... as bad as they come Tables broken and not removed, also graffiti The temp was 100+ and there was no shade, and they had the Misty's off Pricing is what you expect to pay, but the other places are normal, not filthy. Its not just the business owners fault, the landlord has obviously made it even worse. Go elsewhere

My experience today was absolutely horrible. I am so livid. I've been waiting on washing my brand new 2025 Nissan kick for weeks because I needed a hand 100% car wash. But they're not 100% hand car wash. We all know that automatic car washes will tear up your car but with a mistake I made bringing my brand new vehicle to this place. They put scratches in the paint scratches on the side scratches by where you open the door because their workers wear rings. They're very clumsy They do not pay attention. The workers wear the spray bottle on their dominant side so when they go to clean off your vehicle guess what? The cleaner bottle scratches all along the side of your vehicle. I tried to get information to where I can reach the owner to let him know if my horrid experience and all I got was a leave your information with us and he will call you. I don't know if this car wash is under new management but it has to be cuz this is absolutely ridiculous. I purposely walked my vehicle before I brought it in when I left I had brand new not one not two not three but five new scratches all longer than 1 in length. Do yourself a favor, if you have a brand new car or a brand new paint job I advise you do not and I repeat do not bring your vehicle to this car wash.

Took my car here and ended up with a cracked windshield. When I brought it up, they didn’t take any responsibility. After checking the reviews, turns out this has happened to other people too, which makes it even worse. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. If I had seen the other reviews first, I wouldn’t have gone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Horrible! I don’t understand why they don’t do their job, never vacuum good and then they or the machine knocked the letters off my car and then they said they are not responsible for it! I will never recommend them to anyone! This isn’t the first incident with them either

Took my new Toyota to this place for the first time. They left my car full of brown spots that I just noticed. Paid to get my car looking worse with brown spots. No wonder they didn't have anyone there.

Amazing carwash, definitely recommend washing your car here that worker ticket writer Ricardo is amazing he vacuumed every little spec in my car and wrote my ticket very quickly with clear explanation on what wash I was buying and the guy Mario who detailed my car up front did such an amazing job I will definitely be returning here!!

Not too long ago my dad brought his car to get washed, looked like they did a pretty good job, so I decided today to bring mine in for a try, big mistake. After they finished the car washed I got into my car and noticed a crack on it, I went around to speak to one of the washers who tried to explain to me the possibility of why the windshield cracked and they can’t take responsibility for it, so I went to go to the cashier and put in my complaint so the owner could see, which I already know they’re not going to do shit about it. Should’ve just driven all the way to my old city to get it washed because they never once cracked my windshield. Won’t be coming here again.

They did good. I gave a tip. The car smells like lemons She rely took her time in wiping the car down. It was a slow day only 4 cars. Cashier was pleasant and very friendly. We chatted for a few minutes. She had pretty hair. I recommend their place.

Unhappy with the car wash! I had to ask the guy to wipe several places where there was still dirt spots on my car. Also stuff on my back seat. He mumbled something. There was a spot on my bumper he said it was a scratch. He sprayed some stuff and it wiped off but didn't wipe all of it. Of course I had to point that out to him. I got upset and just said forget. I shouldn't have to point out all these missed spots. I get home and let my passenger seat back and there's still dirt on my mat. It would be a great customer service experience if people get what they pay for.

Literally the worst place to take your car to. Charged $140 cash for interior detail and only provided car seats shampooed. I could get the whole car done for that price elsewhere. When asked to talk to manager or the owner, the workers (especially the cashiers) refused to take responsibility or provide their phone numbers. I’m literally livid that they’re not even willing to hear you out. Instead, they asked me to pay $4 each foe them to wash the plastic mats in the car. They didn’t even clean the car floor mats. That’s how bad it is. Ricardo (ticket clerk up front) charged and confirmed for inside detail but then afterwards walked back on commitment. Asked for $100 more for full detail. Joseph (Guy in charge) had full attitude and didn’t care if you talked to manager. In fact no one seemed to have the manager or owner’s number. Denise (cashier) had loud laughters and a very mean sounding attitude when asked to talk to the owner. Went into full confrontational mode. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I literally had to go back and vacuum my whole car again because they didn’t bother to do it. There was liquid spilled all over the plastic mats I had in my car
