WASHX arrived on time and detailed the engine only. I thought they did a very good job. After about three hours the engine started shuttering. Luckily the dealer was only three blocks away. I pulled into the service bay at 5:35. Was told they would run test on the car the next day. I told the service technician I would be leaving for Michigan at 5:AM. The next day I called the dealer about what they had found. Service tech told me it appeared the initial report was around 2100.00. I then filed a claim with my auto insurance company. Later that day the service tech called me to say the car had dryed out. The reason I was in Michigan was to give the car insurance to my Grandson for his 16th birthday. Due to my car being at the dealer, I had to make another trip to Michigan. The dealer charged 365.00 for running diagnostic tests on my car. WASHX refused to pay me for the damage to the car. I could have charged them for the extra trip to Michigan. If WASHX damages your car, they will not pay. Hence, the 1 and bad review. All of WASHX's reviews had to be written by WASHX. Very unethical busines.

Xavier was on time, with an uplifting & Great personality. I was his last client of the day, I’m sure he was tired, but you would never know it. He took great care in washing, vacuuming & cleaning upholstery seats. I plan on calling them for a wax job to the car, for next time. Their service is Great and their prices are affordable! This was the best car wash and most convenient that I’ve ever had especially in Orlando. I’ve dealt with a few mobile car wash and these people came early in the morning right on time, were fast and completed within 2 hours and I was ready to start my day.
