Not much of a wash. The unit did not get the dirt off the car. Hand wash might be a better choice. After posting I went through other posts. It has been a while since my previous visit to this location. I figured they were cutting budget. Young man who met me at the beginning was friendly. Took my payment ($11) and sent me on my way. No air freshener. Figured they stopped that process to cut budget. Drove around and guided into place. No prewash like others had mentioned in their reviews.. After the wash I drove around to the vacuums. No squirt bottles with blue liquid to wash down dash and windows. No one to ask or for assistance just the young man from the beginning who was now emptying garbage cans and other tasks in anticipation of closing. Some mentioned a manager or other employees they cncountered after the wash and I can assure, I encounter no manager or employee other than the one helping with the payment and the one who guided me into the wash. Maybe I got there too late to get the full service. The ability of the machine to get the exterior of the car clean, was not good. No better than the heavy rain we get daily in this area of Kissimmee. I think I need to find a place that I can hand wash, with foaming brushes to clean the exterior completely.

I went there a month ago to get a single time car wash. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the membership and I said no come today. I got a charge for almost $30 for a monthly subscription from this car wash. I didn’t give them a phone number. The employee signed it under his phone number I when I went to go pay it signed me up for a subscription with that card I used. I had to call to get it canceled.

I have lived in the Kissimmee area for over 15 years and was praying for a good car wash service as the only one that was close is in Orlando or St Cloud. After visiting mod car wash I have now become a member and it feels as if I’m part of the family. Destiny who has helped me several times, goes above and beyond and has even walked me through signing up on the website. I highly recommend the services.

I've been using this company's services for a long time. The service is wonderful, it's super practical and fast to get in, wash and dry your car. The price is extremely affordable. The attendants are extremely polite and helpful, not to mention that the service is wonderful. they are new and their washing system I like very much is very close to my house and is very convenient I recommend it to everyone as the service is excellent grade 10

I’ve been an unlimited member for over 3 years and I have visited most locations up and down the East Coast. The star at this location goes to Selena, she is the real workhorse and dedicated staff member. I’ve seen much staff come and go over the years, but she remains a constant figure of good work ethic. I’m always greeted with a smile, wave and air freshener. I hope management and Karen Hutton sees this review and rewards Selena with a managerial role for her constant dedication to customer service and the embodiment of the core values of ModWash.

Good car wash overall. The service itself is solid, but the setup at the entrance is frustrating. There are three entrances, yet every day only one lane is open while the others are blocked off. When multiple people are signing up for plans or asking questions, the line backs up quickly and it takes forever just to get in. If one lane were kept open for members only, it would move much faster and prevent long lines.

Great, friendly service. Automated entry with membership by reading license plate. Nice finishing area with vacuum, glass cleaner, and clean cloths. Every time I go (every couple days), the attendants give me a new air freshener. Nice little plus. Warning: This is a brushed car wash, so if you are looking for brushless, go elsewhere.
