“Manager” at washman was awful! Very rude and disrespectful when I went to get my car rewashed he asked me for my receipt but I didn’t get one since I paid cash and tipped 8$! I still had the green tape on my back windshield wiper and it had been only 40 mins since I was there. The “manager” so he says said he would have me pull up and then back out after the other cars passed. He did eventually let me go through the line since 3 cars pulled in behind me. If he had good customer service he would have said oh I’m sorry here’s your ticket go on ahead and have a great day. Not be rude and wouldn’t even give me eye contact! Don’t take your bad day out on your customers! Very disappointed!!!

This place is very good and the staff is great. However after the wash today I brought my vehicle over to the vacuum area where I was drying my wifes new car. They were painting the building next to the vacuum area and I now have blue overspray dots all over my wifes car. I had to leave and do my best to remove the blue overspray off of her new car. I'm sure others didn't notice the painting going on however I would suggest doing this after hours as I have even more work to do making sure her new car is free from the blue paint.

New favorite car wash on my way from home Bend to home Seattle. Get the car real dirty on the mountain pass, then clean the poor little thing up once on the western slope! I was concerned that the wheels and tires would not get clean from the de~icer, so I ordered the 14$ wash with hesitation. The employees told me that if the car wasn’t clean to my satisfaction to come back around, and they’d run me back through. I went through once- and that was plenty! These photos are 2 days later, and 200 miles later. The car wash did an awesome job! I highly suggest this place!

I mistakenly left my phone magnetized on top of my car after helping my daughter load some things and then driving three blocks to the car wash at the Troutdale location and ran through the car wash unknowingly having the phone on top of the car. When I arrived home I realized my phone was missing and remember possibly putting it on top of the car while I loaded some stuff in the car and called the car wash back and they put me on hold a short while they looked at the cameras inside the wash and found the phone in the car wash @ location where I said I went through in the car wash. When I picked it up Andre came out and handed me the phone and talked to me for three or four minutes knowing what I was going through possibly getting a phone crushed or missing or losing my SIM card, but amazingly by the grace of God, the phone was found as it flew off the car as blowers at end made it fly off & the case saved it on its fall and it works perfectly and Andre was out of his way VERY nice, polite and helpful and and a phenomenal asset to Wash Man. 👏💯🙌🏆

I’ve been going to different car washes for years, but I’ve never come across anyone quite like Nate Lingle at Washman. From the moment I pulled in, Nate treated me like more than just another customer in line. He greeted me with genuine enthusiasm, remembered details from my previous visits, and asked if there was anything specific I wanted done that day. What really blew me away was his attention to detail. Most car washes do a decent job, but Nate goes above and beyond—every single time. He took extra time to get stubborn bug spots off my bumper, made sure there were no water streaks on my windows, and even cleaned little areas inside the car that most people overlook. Purchased a year pass. They thought I used it to much and canceled it without any communication. Didn't find out until I went through and they said it didn't work. Also everytime I have been there the car has dirty spots and I need to go through another time. This never really works but sometimes I can get them to spray it and that helps. I would only use in an emergency when I can't get to another car wash....

Great job! I've had trouble with other car washes in the past when the undercarriage was washed, but this place is jets of water only - totally safe & totally clean. Worth going out of your way for. :-)

The staff are nice but The car wash itself is a joke. I think my car came off dirtier than it did before I got it washed. And it cost me $20! I will never waste my money there again. Do not recommend.

Guys, if you have a black or gray car, don't come here. I once drove a gray car, and I only had to pay for one car wash! The car was all scratched up, just like the white one. You won't have any problems; it's not noticeable, but we don't need that.

I think it’s a very nice car wash, and they are much more thorough than others, however the 5 minute time limit is not enough to clean the inside of my car at all. Usually I spend 30 minutes to an hour scrubbing and cleaning with my own supplies, so that I actually have a reason to return. Feels counter productive if I’m already paying 22$ for a car wash. Overall, very nice!

This location is better than most. However, the staff when entering the wash don’t spray both side of the vehicle, nor do they treat the high-soil areas like the better washes. The rinse cycle is weak and doesn’t remove all of the soap This carwash could be improved with better training of the staff.

The staff upfront are great - super friendly, helpful in deciding what wash to get, and also realistic about what will or won’t come out. I had some mildew from all the rain, and he even gave me a microfiber towel and helped me scrub it down before the wash. And let me go through twice. Pretty amazing service! The vacuum area is spacious as well and vacuums are strong enough to get out pet hair. I will still need to do a more thorough wash, but for a quick wash that’s cheap, it’s great!
