I tried out this newly renovated car wash about two months ago. The price is rather high in my opinion, considering that there are no vacuums. The wash quality was decent, but the new high powered dryers at the end of the tunnel damaged my sunroof. I was driving a high profile vehicle(GX470), and the intensity of the dryer caused a horrible noise and air to blow through the sunroof seal. I have never had this happen in any other carwash. When I left the wash, sure enough, I opened the sunroof and the it made a horrific noise and jammed partially open. I immediately returned to the carwash to file a claim. After speaking with the manager, the carwash denied all responsibility. I am writing this review to warn other folks with tall/high profile vehicles. The dryer may damage your sunroof, and I hope to prevent anyone else from having this happen to them.

I’ve always had good experiences with Kaady Car Washes (from letting me use the vacuum free of charge when the wash was down at a different location, to overall politeness and professionalism) but Pam went above and beyond today! I was really impressed with their customer service and even when I said I didn’t mind, they took the extra step to make sure my car was clean to their standards. Thanks so much Pam, and I’ll be sure to use this location again!

I unthinkingly parked my car under a fig tree before heading out of town for a week. Came here to wash the sticky mess off, and Derrick, one of the associates at this location, hand-polished the more stubborn patches of fruit off my car before sending it through the wash a second time, free of charge. Very friendly staff, always helpful and accommodating. Five stars!

Greatest wash ever! Super clean car and amazingly friendly people. This is the only wash I go to. There are no vacuum stalls, which means I don't have to interact with Crack heads.

I received incredible service from this Kaady. They went out to their way to help me with my car when it didn't come clean. Not because of their washer, but because someone vandalized my car. I would recommend this car wash to everyone and I'll be back for sure. Also, their service personnel are so friendly!

Dry system is very poor, overall is old equipment, car is all wet, and you have to pay $1 for vacuum! What? All Kaady washes have free vacuum and much better equipment what's so special here?!

Best of the Best! I’ve seen a lot of good automatic car washes, but not like this one! First of all there is excellent service and the car wash is unbelievable the best!!! The dryer is like a jet from the Boeing 👍👌 I always do the cheaper ones for 10 bucks

Infinitely superior to the competition. When they say unlimited wash they actually mean it. The competition says unlimited wash but in the fine print they tell you that it's limited and then they write that they will charge you more if you really want unlimited. The staff is extremely friendly the car wash is brand new. Everything at Katie Car Wash has always been very good. Anyone who likes to keep their car clean definitely needs to come to Katie car wash and sign up for their unlimited wash program

No vacuums available and it made my car dirtier? My car was a little dusty at most but came out with a lot of white stuff all over it. This was the $15 wash results. Would’ve given one star but the staff were nice. Other than that…possibly the worst wash I have ever seen.

Car wash was weak but they ran me through a couple more times and still didnt remove tough grime off my car BUT the customer service was excellent could have brushed my car down before going through like other car washes do but they dont do this apparently

They were great! Stayed downtown last weekend and was completely unaware of the Crow invasion until we found this nightmarish scene (Pic doesn't begin to relay just how disgusting it was) the next morning. Luckily Kaady was right down the street. $10, they let us go thru twice (wasn't busy). Everyone working there was great. 100% will use them again.

Needed a car wash to enter the bronco in a car show. The staff was super friendly and the car wash was very powerful. They even said that I could drive it through again at no charge if it didn’t get all the bugs off. It got them all of first try.

This place is a good. Does a good deep clean. Maybe a little too powerful. :( it broke my side marker/light on my car. Edit: I took my SUV there for a wash a few months later and what do you know it broke my windshield wiper on the rear of the car. The staff didn’t even bother to tape it down with masking tape to protect it like most car washes do. I don’t recommend paying them a visit unless you want damaged parts on your car.

By far the best customer service at this location, very kind and helpful staff always offering wipes or litter baggies. Awesome! I would attach photo reviews but I don't want you know when my car I drive. Only downside is there are no vacuums because of tight spacing.
