I have been a customer of this place for many years and today I went and just because I stopped for a minute to make a call before vacuuming my car. A despot who works there kicked me out. 😰😥 And every time he helps me, he is very bitter. I think I should look for a different job. That is not customer service. I think it is racist. Because I am Hispanic. 😥 The truth is I do not plan to return to that place.

“This car wash? Slaps roof It EATS. 💅✨” Pulled up with my crusty dusty Civic lookin’ like it had been thru five apocalypses and left lookin’ brand new. Like—mirror shine, tires poppin’, even the inside smells like a Pinterest board. Staff was mad chill, vibes were immaculate, and the lil light show in the wash tunnel?? Been coming here for years with my pickup. Suddenly, today ( 8-29-24), they will no longer wash it because my front tires stick about farther than the rear. It's nothing drastic and the truck fits the conveyor just fine. Now all of a sudden there is an issue that's not really an issue. I won't return to any Washman locations

I frequent this car wash and the same guy is always working and always so friendly and nice. I hope he is able to get some recognition as good customer service is not easy to find now days. Always professional and has a smile on his face. I will continue to come here.

The guy who helped me this morning at the car wash was amazing! He greeted me with a smile, and I could tell he was genuinely kind and sweet. I really hope he has the best day ever. The car wash itself was great too, and they even provided a code for a free vacuum. Thank you so much, great as always!

Your monthly subscription service needs to come with a sticker that can be placed other than the windshield like inside the door perhaps, scan it🤷🏽‍♀️ just like you would come to my window to take my money. You are missing out on money by not providing another route besides a large sticker blocking my view on my already small windshield. Makes no sense. The sticker you will use as it is- is next to impossible to remove...I would think you would come up with a way to fix this by now.

Machine ate my money and the owner/employee on the phone refused to make it right and refund me. He said i had to wait around until he came to the location, and refused to just mail me a check. This place is poorly maintained, the water takes 15 seconds to start flowing, and after spending way too much on a bad wash, I tried to fill up my tires. The air line was leaking, and left my tires lower PSI than before. Avoid this place

Brought a FILTHY, MUDDY, truck that hadn’t been washed by anything besides rain since last year. The service was on point and prompt. Didn’t get nickeled and fined to death, even with a dirty dirty bed. Definitely will be back.

I always enjoy going to the car wash on S. Lancaster in Salem. I call the gang the smiley gang. They always have a smile on the face. It makes it worthwhile just to go in there to see their smile.
