I really wish I could give this place negative stars... One of the absolute WORST customer service experiences I've ever had... where to start? 3 days ago, we arrived at this location in the early evening trying to vacuum out our car. The employees refused to allow us to simply vacuum our car, without first getting a car wash. Which was fine, as we had a Washman's $100 gift card we were wanting to use for some things.

It’s a car wash. Good price for what you get. The only problem is this washman is a bit more strict with the vacuums compared to other locations. You get a code and a 5 min limit. Which ended up being enough for me but that was only front seats. Other washman locations with vacuums it’s a suggested limit and and on/off button so you can do more if needed. Here you pay $2 per 5 min if you need extra. I also wish it wasn’t the flat head attachments on vacuums, makes it hard to get anything in small spaces or cracks, and you don’t get good suction unless it’s flat to surface. But it does a decent enough job

Very nice employees! But I went through the carwash with the premium option and my car is still dirty. Then the first vacuum I tried didn't work, the attendants had to help me try two more vacuums before I found one that sort of worked.

Aggressive and rude attendant will approach you if you attempt to vacuum and clean out your car without getting a wash first, acting like you’re stupid for thinking you can pay to vacuum your car at a car wash with eight vacuums available.

Online it says you can get vaccuum for a fee. Not true and the guy stalkong around the vaccuums is SO RUDE ABOUT IT. i wpuld avoid just for the attitude...

Last time I used this wash my windshield cracked with zero prior damage. Today I returned to only use the vacuums and they stopped me and said to use the vacuums you must do a wash. Hell no.

Horrible experience. Went in to get a quick carwash but turned into a nightmare. Roller caught on the right corner of the rear bumper & ripped it of breaking plastic into pieces. Made a claim and they are refusing to pay for the damages. Shady business. Offering coupons to rip off the other side.

Matt took his time making sure that my car was completely clean before going through which was very nice because I had baked on bugs from a long road trip and my car has an area on the back window that is hard to get too that Matt took the time to clean also before going through. Not to mention they had Matt running this place by themselves! With a line, how awesome!
